We stayed at this hotel for a few days. Clean, spacious rooms with small terraces and views of the Marmara Sea, courteous staff and convenient location. There is a bus stop nearby, and a 15-minute walk away is the Zeytinburnu Metro Station, which is only 8 minutes from the heart of old Istanbul!

I have been a member of the Rewards loyalty program for many years. We stay in hotels of this line in different countries. This is the worst hotel in our practice. There is no question of any 5 stars. Old, tired rooms, with yellowness and accumulated heads of dirt on the plumbing. The breakfasts are very mediocre, corresponding to the level of a 3* hotel, but not 5*, there is no porridge for breakfast, no fish. When cleaning, cosmetic kits are not added, dirty mugs are taken away and not brought without a request on the phone. The empty sparkling wine bottle was in the trash area for the entire 4 days that we stayed in the room. When booking the transfer, the amount of € 95 was announced to meet us at the airport, and the hotel sent an official message stating this amount. In fact, they took 114 €, referring to the fact that 95 € is only for cash, and we have a card payment - for a hotel of this level, or rather how they position themselves, this is an unacceptable situation. It was my husband's birthday, and on the days of our arrival, they didn't bother to put an elementary postcard in the room, as was usually the case in other Radisson hotels, not to mention wine and fruits - the usual standard 5* gift, but not in this hotel. They called the reception, asked to bring sparkling glasses, but they did not wait.... Sea view, well, see for yourself, how do you like this view of the sea and the swamp under the windows and is it worth paying extra for it)) In the photo, our room is room 3033 junior suite, on the 3rd floor. Very tired. Everything is visible in the photo. Plumbing leaks where it shouldn't, and where it should, it doesn't flow)) Dirty room, everywhere! Doors, plumbing, tiles - cleaning is very superficial. I do not recommend this hotel either in terms of location or quality of services.
