The exchange rate at this bank is good, but such long queues and such slow service are the hardest test for the nervous system. Both legal entities and individuals are suffering. Currency exchange takes the last place in the electronic queue algorithm. A queue of two people for currency exchange once cost 2 hours of waiting. Maybe pre-registration helps, I haven't tried it yet.

I came here in the daytime. It was necessary to change two euro notes, which refused to be changed in another bank under the pretext of a stain on one and a spill on the other. When I was there, the stain was wiped off with a coin, something just stuck there, and they didn't say anything about the stain at all (although I warned them right away when I gave them the money, for what reason they refused to take it from another bank). The girl said that the bills were fully solvent according to their criteria and everything was OK. Apparently I was lucky and there was no queue, I waited only a couple of minutes. In the same technobank in green, you wait at least half an hour and the service is very slow.

Good afternoon! I visited the BNB branch on 08.10.2025 at 15.04 in order to receive a service (card opening). I would like to clarify that, in general, I receive all the bank's services online through the application, but a situation has arisen in which a personal presence is necessary. There was 1 person in front of us. He was served by a specialist, after which he silently packed his things and left. We continued to wait in line, and people started asking questions behind me, after which it turned out that the specialist had left for a 1-hour lunch. No information has been announced to us. That is, if we continued to sit in silence, we would have been waiting for our service for a total of 1.5 hours!!! First, you need to treat the bank's customers with understanding, and even if you have 1 specialist performing certain operations, the people waiting in line should be notified that lunch has begun, and not silently leavethere is silence in the branch, and to announce the information, it is enough to say it out loud (at least), but in general it is worth leaving an information sign (which will list the services that will not be provided for an hour) so that the bank's client does not waste his time and does not reduce his loyalty to the bank where he is served. Secondly, it is necessary to organize the work of the department so that all the services that are provided there are provided continuously, and if one specialist left for lunch, etc. the other specialist was competent and continued to provide services independently, he works with legal entities,individuals.persons , etc . I had an extremely unpleasant impression after visiting the bank branch.
