I signed up for 2:30 p.m., I was accepted at 2:32 p.m., and yes, there were a lot of people waiting in line. Closing the account took 2 minutes + one signature. Very convenient. The specialists called, persistently offered to work with the collection, beckoned with a low commission on acquiring. As a result, it turned out to be exorbitantly expensive. Forget about the "one window" service, here you will have to go through everything yourself - fill out a bunch of applications and rush around the city to get their "miracle cash register 3in1". We opened on the Thursday before May 9th, and we couldn't put it into words. The terminal does not accept many cards, rejects them for unknown reasons, and it is impossible to pay by phone. To do this, you need to enable an additional service, for which the commission for payments from the phone will be hellishly high. It turned out later, no one told at the start. It was already impossible to get through from the evening. The bank does not have those support services for legal entities at all. They'll mumble something to you on a weekday, and if something happens to the terminal on a weekend, close the facility- technical support on the weekend until Monday. The client is abandoned after opening the account, then you are left alone with your questions and the bank's commission alone. I'm the one who hasn't reached the r/s yet, it's scary to imagine what awaits me. People, pass by this pseudo-bank.
