This is by far one of the best hotels we've been to. We had a rest from the first to the 10th of May, 2025, and liked everything from the room to the animation. There are new concerts every day, Russian stars have come three times: Eva Vlasova, Nathan, Oleg Miami. Besides these big concerts, there were also daily concerts, sometimes a foam party, sometimes a pirate party. Amazing breakfasts and lunches and dinners, everything is organized in a buffet style. The most memorable desserts are baklava, I've never eaten such delicious food anywhere. Several different pools from 18+ to a large water park for children. There are flamingos, turtles and cats on the territory.

Family reboot in Dobedan. We chose a hotel with a child of 3 years old. Overall, we were satisfied — these are decent five stars with very pleasant service, although there are some nuances. Room and sound insulation: The Family room is fresh, the furniture is new. There is a table and a dryer on the balcony, but things have been drying for a long time. The room was cool, and the air conditioner only worked for the cold. There were not enough hooks for clothes in the bathroom. The bed is wide, the pillows are comfortable. A sofa was laid out for the child, we visited together, it was very convenient. * An important point: if you are accommodated in side buildings, you can hear music from neighboring hotels in the evening. Noise insulation is not ideal, and this is a disadvantage for a light sleep. * Cleaning: for 6 nights, the bed linen has not been changed even once, which is strange. * The rooms with children are not accommodated in the Swim-up, but the heated pool, but the pool is for all rooms on the first floor, and not everyone has their own. The service and WhatsApp assistants: The main advantage is the support of WhatsApp assistants. Any issues (second blanket, iron, cosmetics) were resolved instantly. I liked the approach to the mini-bar: if the child was asleep and there was a "do not disturb" sign, they left us a note that they came in, but did not wake us up. Beach : The shore is pebbles. The entrance to the sea is increasing rapidly. It is suitable only for swimming children or strictly under the supervision of parents. There are plenty of sun beds everywhere, there is a pier on which it is pleasant to lie down, beautiful views. For children: A good menu without spices and seasonings (there are canned food and yoghurts). The mini club is more suitable for ages 4-5,5 years old. The older ones will be bored, the younger ones will not be taken, and there will be no possibility of supervision. The program (drawing, applications, beads) on the third day began to seem monotonous. But the evening awards ceremony on stage is a super motivation for children! There were only two swings on the playground and there were no toys inside the club except for the cubes. Logistics and territory: The hotel is clean and well maintained, but the territory is small. There is nowhere to go outside the gate, except for Turkish shops with things, toys, sweets, there is a pharmacy. It takes 1.5 hours to get to Antalya, which is exhausting with a child, and a taxi is 2 times more expensive than in St. Petersburg. I really liked the Kemer area — due to the stunning mountains and pine trees, it looks much more advantageous and pleasant than Belek. The air and views are wonderful. Result: Everything worked out well in the off-season, the price was good, and I wouldn't have chosen a hotel for a holiday in the season when the price is high and there are a lot of people. We already felt "cramped" at times.

Вот так вот неожиданно,на фоне общего рейтинга 5.0 ,хочу дать честный отзыв об этом месте. Может кому то это поможет. Из плюсов Очень крутая территория отеля,огромная. За день нахаживаешь 10 к шагов свободно Близость к аэропорту. Мы брали частный трансфер ,доехали быстро и с комфортом. Неплохие номера,достаточно свежие. Хорошая кровать ,постельное , убираются неплохо,мин бар пополняют исправно Персонал приветливый ,оперативный. Это очень располагает Можно попасть на выступление какой нибудь селебрити. У нас выступала какая то неизвестная группа,но до и после были винтаж,шафутинский,слава. Что вообще похоже на супер бонус. Хороший спортивный зал. Тренажеры новые,людей мало))) А теперь минусы Зубные щетки нужно попросить. Почему их нет базово-вопрос Еда. Кажется ,что ее много,но она одна и та же изо дня в день. Но это уровень хорошей 4,никак не 5 ультра. Много жирного и безвкусного. Мясо неплохое ,рыба тоже. Креветок мы не наблюдали ) Алкоголь. Хороший только в 2 местах. У пляжей и бассейнов 50/50 (местный и импортный)Коктейли делают не очень. Белый русский-отвратительный ) Ну и вишенка на торте- наши недалекие соотечественники,которые занимают лежаки одновременно на пляже и у бассейнов ,соотвественно ,лежаков на всех не хватает. Хотя их тут огромное количество ))) отель здесь не виноват,но этого достаточно ,чтобы понять уровень контингента ,здесь отдыхающего )))) За эту стоимость можно найти более достойные варианты. Всем хорошего отдыха )

The grounds are beautiful and comfortable, lots of trees, some of the pools were heated, we were lucky with the weather and even swam in the sea. I liked the food, there were a lot of things. The service in the buffet line restaurant is good, the waiters always offered drinks. They made various delicious cocktails at the bar. Animation for every taste, in the evening there was a band show, a disco for those who wish. The hotel's guests are almost all Russians. The beach is large, access to the sea from the shore is convenient, and it is also possible from the pier. We would also like to come to this hotel.

There are a lot of food outlets and bars, so we never went to the main restaurant for lunch. Waiter service is 10 out of 10. There is a lot of entertainment for both children and adults, foam parties, we got to the Republic Day holiday (the holiday lasted 2 days at the hotel), past the Gala dinner, a big outdoor party was organized in the afternoon (a sea of kebabs, snacks, sweets and various cocktails). Swimming pools and a heated water park are very important when vacationing at the end of the season. Every day there is a show program, a disco. The hotel was almost completely full. But ala-kart restaurants are not worth the extra cost, neither fish nor Italian, so you didn't have to go. Evening entertainment every day, shows, disco, night discos. There is also a place for children during the day, but they did not use it themselves. Now about the food. There's so much of it that I probably haven't tried 80 percent. The variety of dishes, salads, appetizers, sauces, desserts and other things amazes the eye. Everything is delicious. Food and drinks are everywhere, not just in the main restaurant. The staff is friendly, many speak Russian very well. There are no issues with communication at all. There is also a SPA area - a swimming pool, a children's room, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and saunas with a hammam, which can naturally be accessed directly from the central building in bad weather. The atmosphere is friendly. I wouldn't leave there. We were with my husband and son (8 years old). Everyone was having fun. Participated in all the games. We had a family vacation, we were accommodated in the second building, the room is fresh and pleasant after renovation. The animation is interesting and varied, and we enjoyed going to the amphitheater in the evening to watch the artists perform.And also, every 10-12 days, there are performances by show business stars. Beautiful views -mountains, blue transparent sea, sand on the shore and pebbles closer to the water. The sea is still cool, of course, but tolerable. It was possible to swim. According to forecasts, thunderstorms were promised, but thunderstorms there are 5 minutes a day in the form of fine rain. It was mostly sunny. On food: there is a good snack bar by the pools, you can have lunch there without changing your clothes, and by the way, the chef prepares a very tasty pizza there, much tastier than in the Italian a la carte. I also want to mention the Starbucks coffee shop, a very delicious ice coffee next to the 15+ pool. In addition, there is a lot of beautiful caffeine. According to the buffet, I can say that each dinner is themed, the choice and quantity of food seem to be the norm. There are enough pools. Of the cons: Well, first of all, it's the attitude of the staff. There is no individual approach. 1. For example, the first thing that struck us was that we were accommodated in an unmade room, namely, the floor was not washed, there was hair on the floor and dust in the corners. The next day after cleaning the room, the floor was not washed again. We cleaned the floor only when we asked the cleaner about it and left a tip of $5. Then there were only ear sticks, cotton pads and a cap from the consumables. I had to ask for a razor and shaving foam myself. 2. We were given a two-story room with children's beds on the second floor, but since our child is 2.5 years old, we asked to put a cot (playpen) in our room. I had to ask the employee about this, she said that we give playpens to children under two years old. 3. We faced the problem of changing money, I came to the reception five times and was refused, there was nothing to leave tea for your staff. Further, it was stated that the pools were heated, but the heating was not always turned on and the water was as cool as in the sea, the child was cold. And the main large pool is not heated at all, and therefore there was a large crowd of people in the pool with warm water, and besides, classes were held there and there was nowhere to swim at all. The water temperature has always been comfortable only in the pool of 15+, and small children are not allowed there. 6. The big disadvantage is that in Kemer we didn't find a single bartender who would make a delicious and beautiful cocktail. Everything was done on "fuck off". This is especially noticeable in comparison with the same hotel in Belek, where you could feel the high level of work of the bartenders. 7. It can also be noted that the breakfasts were monotonous. And there are a lot of people, everyone is fussing, long queues for pancakes, and it is very difficult to take a place on the veranda. (In Belek, the buffet was divided into two buildings and there were no problems). We didn't go to buffet dinners, so I can't say anything. In general, as a result, I can say that we expected the best, namely the same level as in Alva Donna Belek (2022-2023), and the price of the ticket has increased significantly.
