Excellent place for big events.

The exhibition center is conveniently located, not far from the airport and next to the Museum of the future.
It is quite good to navigate the pavilions.
There is a metro station nearby.
A huge disadvantage: during the exhibition period, namely during the opening and closing hours, to get to the subway, be prepared to spend a couple of hours (or maybe more) and also be prepared for the fact that your shoes and clothes may be stained and wrinkled.

Very conveniently located. There is all the necessary infrastructure, including a hotel near the exhibition. The only negative, although it's more likely a combination of circumstances, is that during heavy rain, the lower tier of the parking lot floods. We witnessed this, but rain is extremely rare for the region.

The disadvantage is very poor navigation. It's hard to find the right room. The navigation in the Dubai Mall is much better.

The largest shopping mall in the world . There are prayer rooms and an aquarium inside the mall, and next to the Burj Khalifa. A huge bookstore

It's easy to get lost in the crowd.. there are a lot of people, but I recommend visiting :) the place is nice, everything is clean and tidy, the place for a walk is the best
