Hello!) I'm sharing my impressions of visiting the studio.: I'm absolutely thrilled! I'm 35 years old, have four children, and I never have time for styling. It was my first coloring in my life, and I was very worried. Master Kristina is a real pro: she is very attentive, polite, smiling and professional! I've chosen the perfect color and haircut that doesn't require much fuss with a hair dryer. I look 10 years younger! The place is very cozy, the service is excellent. The worst haircut of my life.The first hairdresser cut it first, but after half an hour my nerves gave out and I just wanted to leave, another one got it quickly. He asked me to shave the sides at 0 and remove a little from above, as a result, the whole head is covered with some bald spots. (my wife was cleaning the house, she was cutting it somewhere, half of the photo is already cleaned)) There was a lot of hair above his ears and on his neck. He asked me to just trim my bangs, at least half of them were removed. From above, too, after cutting, there are a couple of cm left. 0 points out of 10. Of course, the girl is probably just learning, and you shouldn't judge her harshly, but in this case you need to warn her in advance about this, do the work only in the presence of a master, and even more so do not take any money for it.

I wanted a cold Airtouch. It turned out not to be cold or Airtouch at all . But I've come to terms with it, there seemed to be nothing in front. A couple of days later, I decided to get a haircut at another salon and the master showed it to me. To say that I was shocked is an understatement. Disappointment and loss of money. There is no desire to even fix the work in this studio.

I applied to the salon for coloring using the AirTouch technique. In consultation with master Elena, the technique and the result were agreed upon in advance. In fact, I got something completely different: striped lightening without smooth stretching, a rare "gray" color and lack of density. This is not an AirTouch. This is a common highlighting with poor shading. She reported her dissatisfaction immediately after the procedure. She was in Brest temporarily and left the next day. Despite the obvious inconsistency with the stated service, I was forced to pay the full cost — 373 BYN (there is a receipt). After contacting the salon, I received a formal response, "contact us officially," followed by complete disregard. No apologies, no attempt to resolve the situation, no offer of compensation. Disappointment is caused not only by the result of the work, but also by the attitude towards the client. If the service is rendered poorly, the normal practice is to offer a rework or refund of part of the amount. This did not happen here. I am writing this review to warn others: the name of the technique does not guarantee its fulfillment. If you are counting on a professional AirTouch, check the real experience of the master and be ready to defend your rights. Below is a photo of what should have been and what I got.

Result:I was tricked into the price I had already agreed on, the master cut off half the length for me and said before that, they say, I have heavy hair, so I think she did it to make her work easier, green edging at the ends.
