I am writing a review after more than 2 months, my husband bought flowers and a gel ball on February 14th in the evening, the flowers stood for a week +- no questions, everything was fresh, beautifully packaged, but the ball is already worth more than 2 months, and apparently it is not going to fall, for this individual 5 stars)))))

I rarely write negative reviews, and I sincerely regret that I have to leave it to you. Before this incident, I was a regular customer of yours. On April 27, I bought peonies and gave them to a girl. In a few days, the buds did not bloom and began to wither without even opening. When contacting the store, the issue could not be resolved: the seller referred to the conditions of keeping flowers with us. However, all the conditions were met, as in the past, when there were no such problems. It is a pity that the quality of the product and the service were disappointing.

I bought a bouquet here on 06.03 at lunch, the very next day in the morning one flower wilted, on 08.03 all the others also lowered their heads and looked sad. We followed all the care recommendations that were recommended when buying, and the water was changed every day.
