Terrible service, the mood was completely ruined!!! I wanted to buy flowers, but I came across incredible rudeness on the part of the seller. We went into the store, the choice was very modest, but we decided to take a closer look. We stand at the window for literally 2 minutes — the seller asks "have you chosen?". We asked her to give us time, and she continued to twist her bouquet with a displeased look. After 5 minutes, she literally attacks again in raised tones: "Well, have you chosen or not?" To solve something, they asked me to put together some flowers to look at. I put it together — I didn't like it, we politely said: "Give me a couple more minutes to think." Further — more. I decided to ask for a dopamine bouquet, I showed a photo, I wanted to choose from what I have. But the salesman, looking at me with a sour face, raised her voice and said: "You can't collect such a bouquet, you need to order them in advance." All this was said in such a tone, as if we had come to distract her from important matters. They thanked me and went to another store. At parting, she only grimaced even more. No desire to help, no interest in the client. It's just a terrible place and an unprofessional seller. I don't recommend it, go to another place where flowers and customers are welcome!
