I have been celebrating my Dr in the UAE for several years in a row.The hotel is beautiful, the premium class room was settled as regular guests immediately upon arrival, it was about 9 am. Staff,attitude, service🔥The room has water, cream, coffee, tea, coffee maker. On the birthday there was a congratulation from the hotel, they brought it to the room:cake, postcard, candy. There are always fresh flowers at the reception. The hotel is clean, modern, cozy on the 1st line. The beach is large, with sun beds, umbrellas on the territory there is a swimming pool and a restaurant with cool music. The hotel is definitely suitable for families with children under a year old, everything is there for them.For breakfast there is everything I need: fruits, vegetables, cheeses, red fish,pastries, I especially like croissants, good coffee, porridges, eggs in different variations, muesli, yoghurts, draniki, soups, sauces, spicy and not. In general, I personally have never been hungry.There is a mall near the hotel, literally 7, 10 minutes on foot.Marina Mall is 7.10 minutes away by taxi. Taxi on the counter 25 dirhams. To Burj Khalifa min 35-40, from 120 dirhams. I recommend the hotel!

When checking in for a week, they took a deposit in aeds ~ $ 500, returned it immediately upon eviction (gave cash). There is one Russian-speaking woman at the reception, very nice. She said that the entire minibar can be put on the shelf and use the refrigerator, and then put it back and that there is a rest with a panoramic view, where you can go for breakfast, and not eat downstairs with queues.
The pool is cool, the balconies too.
Smells delicious in the lobby, very nice. There is a large selection of breakfasts, but it has already become boring for a week.
For palm trees, the price/quality is good. The shopping center nearby is generally wonderful. Things can be left free of charge, the car too.

The breakfasts seem to be varied, but on the 3rd day they got bored. The kitchen is specific. Gorgeous beach and swimming pool, special attention to the lazy river.

I am very surprised by the positive reviews! People, what's good here? Everything is done in order to complicate the stay. There is a poor menu in the restaurant, there is almost nothing to choose, queues. Drinks are priced like in an elite restaurant in Moscow, and the quality is like in a stall. The same story with the sunbeds, towels on the beach have not been changed for 5 years. Especially surprised by the closure of the playground at 10.00, why?! On the territory, which is so small, there is no entertainment, in the evening there is nothing to do from the word at all. To go somewhere from Palma is an expensive taxi. The most important thing is not to go with the children, they have absolutely nothing to do here. In general, the hotel is not something that is not worth the money, I would not come here for free.

By the way, the sea on the palm tree is lousy, the building is visible on the other side, the feeling that you are on the lake. We were pleasantly surprised by Olivier and borscht in the restaurant. We have been vacationing at Dukes Palm for 6 times in this hotel! Previously, it always corresponded to 5 stars and good service- Before! This year now we were surprised by such an incompetent level of attitude (like some unknown hotel, somewhere not even 5 stars!! And How are 3 stars )
1- the staff at the pool is rude and ignores Russian tourists, For example, today we ask you to put one sunbed next to them, so they don't seem to hear anything.. ignored!! We waited and followed them for 20 minutes and asked a hundred times!!! That even we girls had to carry this Heavy sunbed by ourselves (there is a video!) !!! And they just stood there and smiled!! These guys who work by the pool, Keep sun beds for Europeans and give them good seats, because they are given money for it (We saw it personally!!! It's a pity that you can't shoot it on video in Dubai!!)
2- not all the friendly staff at the reception!! Especially Russian speakers, they sometimes pretend that they do not speak Russian !!!
At the moment the hotel does not correspond to its 5 stars On Palm Jumeire!
3- on the beach at the bar there are bartenders who do not give free ice!!! And this is in +50 degrees of heat! And I also ignore!!

They don't take buses to shopping malls, only taxis, breakfasts get worse and worse every year, Thai soup has disappeared, instead of water .... breakfasts with cheap products, pastries were not eaten at all, flour + water that's all the baking .... there are fewer and fewer cosmetic accessories in the room , cotton swabs , they are no longer of such quality .In 2-star hotels, the quality is not worse .
