Breakfast is not safe! 2.07.23 I was at breakfast, after which I stayed in the room with poisoning all day. Nausea, vomiting and feeling unwell are not worth their food. And in general, the service is definitely not 5 stars. Even the dental kit has become a small problem, although the reception desk can be thanked)) At the reception there is a pleasant and qualified staff - for this a star..) and a star for the outdoor pool)

The hotel itself is very clean, the lobby is sparkling, always a fresh huge bouquet of lilies greets you, Russian-speaking administrators are always nearby. Excellent cuisine for every taste. The room was cleaned cleanly every day, the supply of water and coffee was replenished in a timely manner. I took a star for a small beach shared by three huge hotels. The water is clean, but instead of pebbles, fragments of cement scratch the feet. There are always guards on the beach, clean towels are issued on demand at least five times a day. The pool is small with warm water, a lot of chlorine, apparently again because there are three hotels. In general, I liked everything.

Not everything is perfect in the room, but it's good for your money. As for the deposit, it is not mandatory and if you persistently refuse it, then you can do without problems. The staff is very polite, helpful. Cool territory, swimming pools. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you always know in advance what you will take, you don't have to break your head every time. The entrance to the sea is rocky, the bottom is muddy, but you can swim. As for food, across the street is nakheel shopping center, where in addition to the food court and a bunch of restaurants, there is a Waitrose supermarket on floor G with rather big but reasonable prices.

Not 5 stars for sure. Shoes were stolen from the room, the guard found the thieves, and the administrator tried to justify them. The restaurants are so-so, the beach is perfect for children. The game is not the best, but there is. You can go, but do not wait for the usual level for 5 stars.

The place is beautiful, but the next morning we were left without a paid breakfast, we arrived at 11.00, the night before on arrival we were told that breakfast was until 12.00 and how we did not explain that we were misled by the hotel staff - it did not help, and a couple of days later we saw two Arab women with children coming to breakfast in it's the same time and quietly went to breakfast. No one asked their dad about anything. When you book rooms, take apartments, even though they have a kitchen, but you will not be kicked out of an empty part of the beach, which they call belongs to those who live in apartments. This sad detail about the division in this hotel into black and white turned out to be true on the eve of our departure, since we spent almost all the time in this part of the beach and most importantly it did not affect anyone's interests until the overseer sitting on the tower got tired of sitting on it and he moved to my sunbed and in order not to interfere with those who are giving him a rest, he decided to find out which category of vacationers we belong to. Note that all the interesting details will be found out only when you leave, and then maybe not immediately, but this does not make it any nicer. So draw your own conclusions, the rest of the troubles are smaller and insignificant, so I don't mention them. Yes, by the way, there are jellyfish swimming near the shore, they bite hard, be careful. Enjoy your stay.

I would like to diversify the food and add dietary dishes. Very little choice. It's the same thing every day. There is nothing to eat at lunch at all. There are no fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, grapes), fish and seafood. Otherwise, I really like everything. Good rooms, service, beach, great territory!

Delicious food, excellent service (for example, we arrived much earlier than the official check-in, and after a couple of hours we found a room). The beach is large and comfortable, but entering the water is not the most successful - there are a lot of pebbles at the water's edge, you will not go into the water beautifully :) Otherwise, everything is fine.
