On the top floor there is a terrace for viewing the city from which you can see the Marmara Sea. There are many coffee shops and cafes near the hotel, exchange offices, pharmacy, McDonald's (for fans), although I consider going to McDonald's in Turkey to be an insult to authentic Turkish cuisine)) . There is a metro nearby, a tram stop in the direction of Sultanahmet district and buses.

Breakfast. I liked the dishes. There are always sausages, omelets and nuggets. The omelet is super. There are also vegetables and apples/pears. I was pleased with the honey from the honeycomb. The drinks are terrible, the coffee machine is just dark, you have to mix the juice with water yourself. At least there was a +-tolerable tea. Room cleaning. Great, all the towels are changed every time, the bed is made. The water and tea set are renewed every day, but once they forgot. The hotel also has a free hammam and a rocking chair. The hammam should be asked to heat up at the reception. From time to time, a person who speaks full Russian is on duty. There are 3 saunas, of course, and I worked alone, but I was alone there, so it was enough for me. Location. I chose the hotel exactly according to this parameter, there is a tram, 2 metro lines and a havaist bus stop nearby, which is Super convenient and will allow you not to take a taxi at all. There is a migros nearby, which helps a lot. If you suddenly need to buy something at the hotel, then they have a yapikredit terminal, where payment will be made via UnionPay with Huawei pay. We stayed in the room from 12/23/2024 to 01/04/2025 (12 days). We booked a hotel and a room through booking. We took a Junior Suite. The booking says that the hotel has 4 stars, but we arrived and saw 3… Check-in. Upon check-in, we were very pleasantly welcomed and helped to carry our suitcases to the room. Very nice staff. Upon check-in, we saw that the building has a Poppy, a police station and a strip bar. Number. When unpacking our things in the room, we found a gift from the previous tenants in the refrigerator - mussels with lemon and a container with honey. The smell remained, they couldn't store anything there. The room is 26 square meters, comfortable. The sound insulation is normal from the neighbors, but you can still hear the street. They gave cosmetic kits for 1 person, and there were no towels. There are no bathrobes, no hooks in the bathroom.… The plaster on the panoramic windows is all wet. It can be cool in the room, but the air conditioner is very warm. We got up regularly, turned it on and off. They also found several shampoos in the drawers. In general, it was safe to leave things in the safe in the room. Nobody stole a laptop and other expensive equipment)) Breakfast. Breakfast was served every morning from 7:30 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. He certainly can't boast of variety. Every day you could eat several types of cheeses (more than 5), 1 version of sausage, lettuce leaves and other pickled things. From a hot omelet, which was always the first to run out and was not replenished for a long time), French fries, nuggets, rings and sausages of local production There were brownies, bread, honey, and breakfast cereals on the sweet counter, but I don't eat those, so I can't say anything about them. The fruits were oranges and apples. Oranges were also in the slices. The coffee machine is terrible. How does coffee work in the cafeteria… But at the same time, the administration has another car with good coffee. I still haven't figured out if I can use it. Russian-speaking waiters work in the hall, but they mostly only clean. There is no single person who would monitor the replenishment of dishes. After 12 days, we are very tired of monotonous dishes and a repetitive menu. They didn't even put up anything new for the New Year.. Cleaning. It was cleaned every day. Towels were changed, the coffee point was updated and the bed was made. Nothing specific. Leisure. The hotel has a hammam and a gym. I've been trying to figure out how to get into it for a long time, since it's not written anywhere. As a result, it turned out that you need to ask the reception to book a visit time for 1 hour. And everything will be at your disposal. But we still couldn't muster the strength to do it. The hotel has a luggage storage room with scales for suitcases, provided free of charge. On rainy days, you can ask for an umbrella at the reception. They'll give you out without any problems. I give 3 stars due to the fact that the booking has a description about a 4-star hotel. The junior suite does not really differ from the standard. The breakfasts are meager. The sound insulation from the windows suffers.. Cleaning can be improved.. At least check the refrigerator.. They found a lot of stains from previous tenants on the carpets. The lobby is awfully small. The main advantage is the location. Very close to the metro and tram in all directions. But the Price-Quality service leaves much to be desired.

I went to Istanbul alone. I chose something affordable and decent in cleanliness, with a convenient location. This hotel turned out to be exactly what you need! I'm glad I found him) With a large window, with a split. From a noisy street you get to a quiet place. I liked the breakfasts, the room, and the location next to the metro and tram #1. The only thing that wasn't very good was a bad drain in the shower stall - you don't buy for a long time. And so for overnight stays of one person or a couple, it's perfectly simple. Thanks!

The hotel is perfect for its price.It is located in a very accessible place, all markets are nearby. Metro, tram, everything is at hand, everything is very close, they serve you in full, if you notice a flaw, they will be happy to fix everything right away. Delicious breakfasts, lots of choice, there is a spa, we also tried it twice and really liked it. This is my first time in Istanbul and I am sure that I will come again and again!
