ABOUT THE RESTAURANT. A cool restaurant with an incredibly steep panoramic view of the Bosphorus and Taksim Mosque is located on the roof of the Sofitel Hotel. The Nomads restaurant opened in 2010. The concept of the institution was then handled by Robs Wagemans, a Dutch architect who founded Concrete Amsterdam (about interiors, architecture, modern designs, etc.). According to the interior, the place is quite conceptual. Designed with the cuisine that the restaurant offers to customers in mind ABOUT THE KITCHEN. The main menu includes Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine. Here you will be offered dishes such as kefte, dolma, kebabs, as well as fish and even pasta. There is also a wide variety of drinks and desserts on the menu.👍 ABOUT ENTERTAINMENT. We got to the show program, which started at 9 p.m. Beautiful dancers performed belly dancing for the visitors. In addition, for the first time in my life, we saw a performance by Zenne, i.e. a male belly dance (it was unusual and unusual). The young man also played a darbuka for us, a small drum resembling a cup. At the end of the program, there was a dance evening for all the visitors. 😊 ABOUT PEOPLE. We were in Istanbul with a friend, we were going to celebrate a birthday, and when choosing a place, we started from the proximity to the hotel. We recommended this restaurant, we came to see it first in the afternoon, it didn't seem to make an impression. But in the evening it's a completely different place, it seems to be transformed. Dancing girls, cool music, atmosphere. It's fun and emotional.
