Of the significant disadvantages: - very close to the hotel, literally visible from the balcony, there is a large oil terminal and cargo port. When the filled tanker departs, black smoke from its pipes spreads across the sky and reaches the shore - you lie on the beach, breathing smoke. And with a northerly wind, toxic emissions flow directly from the port and terminal towards the hotel. It feels like you are not relaxing at the sea, but in an industrial area., - there is a wide noisy avenue next to the hotel, you will not be able to have a quiet rest under the sound of the waves, - the beach is not cleaned at all, cigarette butts in the sand, garbage from the sea - everything remains lying there, no one cares., - water is supplied to the room daily at a quota of 2 bottles of 0.5 and 2 more on request, for all additional charges. I had to stock up at the pool bar. - the service in the hotel is definitely not 5*, maximum 4*. They give 2 towels per person + a foot towel, and then one day they managed to put 2 under, - in the hotel restaurant the staff can not cope with cleaning / serving, while they work very slowly - we got a room with very poor lighting, although there were several lighting fixtures, but all were dim. - well, traditionally, there is no provision at all for where to dry beach accessories, and there is nowhere to fully hang towels in the bathroom. There's even only one clothes hook. But this is a sin everywhere, the usual household comfort of guests is completely not thought out, although there is a place for both rods and hooks. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially people with lung and bronchial diseases and families with young children.

The water in the bay when we arrived (30.03.2024) was cool (we swam in the pool) and the weather was not sunny for the first few days (there was even a little rain), but just a couple of days later the weather got better and the water warmed up, there was a yellow flag on the beach all the time, waves, but it's even cool, tides during the day , tides at night if you approach the stones, you can see a bunch of crabs. We were settled on the ground floor with a view of the sea, but I think if we had been settled higher, the view would have been even better.The room was cleaned every day, well, if you can call it that, mostly towels were changed, hygiene products were added (a set of toothbrush and mini paste, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, disposable razor) and coffee bags (nescafe), milk powder, tea bags and water bottles were replenished 0.5. I left a note to change the bed linen, but it was not changed, but it seems that the pillowcases were changed, we left a tip of a dollar or two , but I read that it is not necessary to tip here , at discretion.If you leave tips, then on the bed, if they lie on the table or on the bedside table, they will not be taken. We did not go on excursions to the city , oh yes, the guide came to us only for the sake of the tour and did not give any more information, he also expressed his dissatisfaction that why he came , they say, this is probably the only thing that did not like, but this does not apply to the hotel, rather to the voyage tours company. Infrastructure near the hotel 7 out of 10 – Near the yacht marina hotel. The hotel is located on the shore, on the territory of a chic pool and beach, sun beds and towels are free for guests, you can rent a kayak or jet ski. In March, the hotel was not crowded, the beach is very calm, the sea is about 25 degrees. If you swim with a mask, you can see fish, in the evening crabs come out of the sea on the sand :) The room has a kettle, ironing board and iron, refrigerator. Tea and sugar - for 1 time to drink, no more added. The breakfast is delicious, there is hot, and cheese with sausage, fruits, desserts, an omelet is prepared. There is nothing interesting in walking distance around the hotel.
