The hotel is new. The whole engineering system works perfectly. I was struck by the large bathroom. The service is at the highest level. Starting from the arrival. There are Russian-speaking staff. Thanks a lot to Dima at the reception for help and clarification. There are a lot of Russian-speaking tourists. The big plus of this hotel is its own beach. However, during a strong low tide, you can just walk to the buoys. We really liked everything, and we went with the whole family - me, my husband and daughter of 17 years.

I was at the hotel from the second to the ninth of February 2020.Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, great location - first line.I was with a child of 8 years old - in the children's club they work with children from only one travel agency..the rest are not allowed in, besides, the girls working there with cold faces are more like the players of the football team..Stairs to the beach are not designed for toddlers..very cool and improperly designed...There will be broken knees ...For adults, it's just paradise...

In general, Turkey. There's nowhere to walk in the evening. In general, Fujairah is a very dirty town. I have the impression that I have been to India or Pakistan. Good afternoon. We liked the hotel, but it doesn't pull 5 stars. The food is good, but the service is lame. We were given a corner room, it was cool, towels for a family of 4 people we were given 2 large and one for the face, one bottle of water. The staff does not speak Russian, we were not very comfortable. There is no animation, there is no entertainment. The territory is small, there is nothing to see outside the hotel within walking distance. We went twice by taxi, both times the drivers fell asleep at the wheel.

I had a rest with my family in the period from 10/28/19 to 11/17/19. For a full 10 days, it was stormy for 3 days, they were not allowed into the sea, for 2 days there was pollution of the sea and the beach with oil or fuel oil. There are unusually many restrictions in the hotel: access to the sea from 9 am, access to the beach, despite the huge number of doors only on the technical floor past the pool treatment facilities (there is always an unpleasant smell), which is very inconvenient with baby strollers. There is one toilet on the territory of the recreation area, located remotely, which significantly increases the likelihood of pissing in the pool. The menu practically does not change, it clearly does not pull on the 5th. I can recommend this hotel only after a week of running around Dubai for 3 days, no more. Wasted time and money!

We are resting here for the second day. We took a ticket from 9.11 to 22.11.2019. The sea is closed. Although there is almost no wave. One cannibal and 2 managers make sure that no one swims. We went with the child specifically to the sea, for this we were ready for the restrictions inherent in this country. Russian tourists do not understand the ban in such good weather and rebel. The ban on bathing puts a huge cross on the choice of this place afterwards.
After a couple of days, the sea was finally opened.
Briefly about the hotel:
Food - you can find both for the child and for yourself. A lot of spicy, various pickles and sweets, cheeses. In the morning, an omelet or scrambled eggs are prepared. There was borscht. There are always potatoes in different types, rice and pasta. There is non-alcoholic beer.
Room - the room is clean, the furniture is intact, there are traces of exploitation, the shower stand is broken. The baby is 3 years old. They gave the playpen bed not the first freshness (it, like the whole room, smells of mold) and a large blanket for the 2nd day. Quiet, there are no drunken cyborgs and kosarezov. Dressing gowns are issued only on demand, they began to clean up every day from the third day.
They fell for the olinclusive, although it was necessary to take breakfast, dinner or boarding, since it is unclear what is included in the olinclusive besides cola, not even coffee beans to drink. 300 rubles for our money at the pool bar. By the way, it only works from 12 to 17, you will be pointedly ignored in it. So for the bar and olinclusiv, a huge minus is not only for the hotel, but also for agencies.
Cleaning in the dining room and common areas is excellent, it is clear that they are trying. Rescuers react very quickly. They also have a first aid kit available.
There is a tavern near the hotel, there is a gas station shop where there is everything except a washcloth. We take coffee and ice cream there, all together about 170 rubles, googlopai and their derivatives do not work, but you can pay with a card. There's a yacht club nearby that has a pub with beer and pizza, but we haven't gone there yet.
