The hotel is large, there is a swimming pool for adults with a water bar.

There are three a la carte restaurants, but they are also a la buffet :) the most delicious, in my opinion, is Asian, where there are: samimi, sweet and sour meat, oyster, sushi, dim sum, etc.
In Italian: pastorami, pasta, pizza, salmon
Lebanese: grilled dishes, almost the same as in the dining room.
Especially drunk visitors are taken home by security.
There is an animation program: sports, children's, adult. But everything is up to 23-00
A bar with alcohol until 3 am.
I was out of season, the sea was cold, it was very cold in the evenings and we were sitting in a down jacket, I immediately took the star off the hotel, since they do not provide blankets, pools, although they say they are heated, no, very cold.
Minuses:
- no blankets for cold evenings, with a strong cold breeze by the sea
- pools are cool if the weather is not hot
- no room service: they asked for a bottle opener, they said they had to go through the whole hotel, open it at the bar, and then back like a drunk with this bottle
- the late-call service, which is stated in their promotions, does not work: I had a confirmed late check-out on the application, then they called and said why I was still in the room, I need to check out.
- in fact, there is no service, any question to the staff is solved by the fact that they do not have such a service.
- the wine is sour
- the sheets are torn
For two people, they do not have a bed together, but two one-and-a-half desks, in the middle they go apart in an embrace you can't sleep.
I do not recommend taking this hotel only for all inclusive. There are other very good hotels in Dubai.

This is the second time in this hotel and the second time I am delighted! Very clean, the staff is helpful, the beach is clean and sandy. The restaurant is generally beyond praise! A kitchen for all tastes. The chefs are professionals. We rented a car, there is an underground parking lot. Two beautiful swimming pools, a beautiful garden with birds of paradise, several authentic restaurants.

Great hotel! We rested at the end of January, the weather is wonderful + 25-27 , the water in the bay is cool , but you can swim , sometimes there is a strong wind , in this case there are heated pools. The food at the hotel is good, varied, meat, poultry , seafood, various side dishes and salads, exotic fruits and sweets every day. There are 2 beach bars where you can get drinks and ice cream. The staff is friendly, they speak mostly English. The rooms are cleaned every day. We had a great time, we really liked everything!

Excellent service, excellent service! The food is good quality and for every taste, in some dishes there are a lot of spices and islands, but you can always find an alternative. Without pork, it's a plus for us, we don't eat it. There were some tough meat dishes, but we just didn't eat them, sausages are also not to our taste. A huge selection of seafood, salads, vegetables, fruits, pizza, several types of rice and pasta, many delicious desserts. Waiters serve drinks:teas, juices, beer, wine.
Children always have oatmeal porridge with milk for breakfast, and one soup for lunch, but sometimes it is spicy))
If you are suddenly late for dinner, or arrived before check-in, then a sports bar is open around the clock, where there is always something to eat:fruits, vegetables, pastries, cheeses, sets for hot dogs and burgers.
There are 5 bars on the territory of the hotel, 2 in the pools, one in the hotel itself, 1 on the outdoor terrace, and one in the club.
The staff is very polite, all!
The cleaning is good, sometimes they cleaned every day, sometimes every other day, but we ourselves hung a do not disturb sign.
Pools and the sea from 8 to 19:00, at this time rescuers are on duty everywhere, the pools are clean, they take water samples in the morning, clean the bottom every morning. 2 pools with bars 1.2 meters deep, the third is divided in half by 0.9 m and 1.5 m, 2 lifeguards are on duty on it.
The sea is very clean, transparent, the bottom is sand with a shell, there are a lot of animals in the morning))
Sun loungers with umbrellas or roofs are everywhere.
There is a water park that does not work only on Mondays, a children's with 3 slides, there are 2 lifeguards, and an adult with 4 slides, there are 4 lifeguards.
There is always something to do, aqua aerobics, crazygame, unfortunately I found out about the art club late, I painted on canvas with oil paints on the last day. In the evenings there is a club, various programs, we had a rock evening, a white party, an African and karaoke evening.
Located on the island of Deira, by taxi karim to the nearest metro station Union 21-25 dirhams, and there by metro to the main attractions can be reached, to Dubai Mall 8 dirhams.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, new, there are small traces of use, but they should be, given the flow of tourists.
We had one large bed and a sofa for a child, there is a balcony with chairs and a table, we dried our swimsuits there) TV, common air conditioning system, wardrobe, iron and ironing board. There is an opportunity to take things to the laundry (for a fee), but we did not take them.
The hotel is wonderful, absolutely worth the money!
By the way, if you leave later than 12, then you hand over your room, things are lowered down and the security guards are watching them, and you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of the hotel until your transfer, no one expels you anywhere.

Hello everyone A trip to the UAE and a vacation at this hotel are already memories of last year (there is already a review of the hotel from this year's trip to Hainan Island), BUT I did not consider it fair to leave RIU Dubai without a well-deserved review! The hotel certainly deserves attention when choosing a vacation trip to Dubai!
There are enough reviews about it on the Internet, so I will note the obvious advantages for me:
1) It is located far from the city itself on a bulk island and therefore there is no fuss + the first coastline, which is rare for this emirate + a pleasant breeze;
2) Luxury pools on site (one for children with slides) + bars near adult pools with a good selection of decent alcohol (from 10 am to 6 pm);
3) The all-inclusive system, which is also rare for this rich Arab country... The buffet in the restaurant is just a "demolition of the tower" for the lover of food and fans of Dionysus ... :)) I have a suspicion that during the week of rest it was not possible to try everything that was not created by a small team of chefs of the hotel. I.e. the choice of dishes will satisfy any gourmet and aesthete + wine and beer;
4) Room cleaning, concierge service - EVERYTHING (!) is above any praise.
In general, I recommend the hotel, I can say that **** it has its own absolutely worthily and only just falls short of 5*!!!

We had a rest in 2023 in August-September. We were delighted with the rest. Price= quality. Although the hotel is 4* all inclusive, it can be compared with 5* in Turkey. We had a rest from March 9 to March 16, 2024!
We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 in the morning. We were registered, given detailed information, and offered a snack at the bar (sandwiches, tea/coffee). The main breakfast started at 7:30.
The hotel manager offered early check-in for an additional fee: $ 110. We refused, went to breakfast, and at about 9.00 a.m. we were given the keys.
It rained heavily on the day of arrival, but fortunately, the weather was sunny all the following days. The air temperature is 25-27 degrees, the water temperature is 22-23 degrees. It was cool in the evenings, they wore sweatshirts. I advise you to use a sunscreen with high protection, you burn instantly.
The interior of the hotel is without frills, we were a little surprised by the white walls on the floors where the rooms are located (painted walls like in a state institution). But the room is spacious, fresh, clean, modern, we really liked it. The cleaning is excellent, the bar is replenished with soft drinks and water upon request.
Since the hotel is located close to the airport in Dubai, planes are constantly flying, very close and low. Especially in the evening and in the morning, we counted about 15 flights with a frequency of 3 minutes. But you get used to it, and it didn't bother you much.
The hotel is located far from the city, by taxi to Dubai Mall in 30 minutes, to Marina beach in 40 minutes, if there are no traffic jams; to the nearest metro station by taxi in 15 minutes. Yandex taxi allows you to order only a Business fare, so I think a regular taxi (mainly a Camry) will be cheaper. The hotel is for a relaxing holiday on the sun beds, there is not much place to walk, you can go to the territory of the only neighboring hotel and in the opposite direction along the sand along the sea. There are plains with construction sites around.
The animation is fun, every evening there are events, concerts, karaoke, bingo and dancing! Afternoon pool activities for children!
There is almost always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. You can also exchange currency there, but it is more expensive than in the city. The hotel staff is very friendly.
They don't understand Russian at the bar, I tried to explain the ratio of ingredients in a cocktail on my fingers (I wanted less alcohol) it didn't work out very well! With my zero English on my "pina colada havas e little rum" (I wanted half a glass and some rum) the bartender poured half a glass of rum and added the rest of the cocktail ingredients there!)
Of alcoholic beverages in bars, red label whiskey, St-Rémy XO brandy, Bacardi rum, tequila, vodka, champagne, cinzano vermouth, campari, red and white wine (semi-dry or semi-sweet), draft beer. Mahito and pina colada cocktails are made from mixtures prepared in large vats with the addition of bacardi rum. I haven't tried the rest of the cocktails, but there are five or seven on the menu. Wine or beer can be ordered in restaurants.
I really liked the food! This is the main advantage of the hotel! Dishes of different cuisines, seafood every day (fried shrimp, boiled and in salads, octopus), different fish, salmon, sea bass. Pastas, steaks, burgers, various cheeses, including those with mold! Delicious desserts! Fruits include pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, melon, watermelon, grapefruit, oranges, apples. The fruits are ripe!
The Ala carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, Lebanese) have almost the same dishes as in the main restaurant, plus several additional dishes of the cuisine of this country.
There are only two coffee machines in the main restaurant and often there was always a queue around them. Tea, juices, lemonades, beer, wine and water can be asked to bring a waiter, and you need to go for coffee yourself.
There is a gym, a sauna with a swimming pool. The visit is free of charge. But spa treatments are many times more expensive than in Samara.
In one of the reviews I read that the bed linen was not changed, but in fact, to change the bed linen, you need to put a cardboard card on the bed with an inscription about changing the linen, which lies on each bedside table in the room (changing the sheets)
In the sea, ramps about half a meter in size swam up to the beach!

There are no perfect hotels that are suitable for all occasions. So is this hotel, it is for a measured rest on the beach with pretty decent food and quite decent alcohol. It will be good with children from 0 to 10-12 years old. For an active tourist, the hotel is not suitable, it is located on the outskirts, to shops / attractions only by taxi. Although there is an evening free shuttle to the nearest market. We stayed at the hotel only for a couple of days, we didn't have enough of them, maybe in a week it would have become boring. The food is varied, there is enough seafood. Pork, of course, no. Alcohol is standard, of medium quality. The guests are mostly Europeans. Germans, French, Italians. Staff - no comments. Obvious dirt was not noticed, but they did not put a cracker specifically under the sofa))). The room was with a side view of the sea, it was cozy. The sea is sand. Fish swim, but diving with a mask does not make sense. It's the same for children.

The only disadvantage is the remoteness from the city. But silence.

I would like to mention separately the employee at the reception, John, who spoke Russian. I was always ready to help.

We were completely satisfied with the food: a fairly wide range, everything is edible))). The waiters will always help you find a suitable table, even during rush hour. Ala-kart restaurants add 2-3 dishes that are not available in the general restaurant. Except for Asian- we were not there.
Bars work perfectly))), drinks are available and can mix a cocktail that is not on the map. There's also soft ice cream.
I really liked that there is no food and snacks in the bars: therefore, there is no food lying around, blown away by the wind and does not float in the pool)))
The territory is small, but there are paths for the promenade. You can also walk along the shore in both directions.
Behind the neighboring hotel there is a promenade already ready for walking, but not yet launched.
The pools are heated, there is an adult bar in the pool.
The beach is clean, lifeguards, deck chairs, umbrellas. The bay is shallow for swimming, swim only along the fence. But it is very convenient if you just refresh yourself).

There is an application through which you can order a restaurant, report a problem, ask to replenish towels and so on.

We rested at the hotel with a family with a teenager of 14 years from October 20-27, 2022. The hotel for the declared 4 stars is very good! Price/Quality! I really liked the food! Everything is delicious and enough! Fish/meat, shrimp, fruit! 3 Ala Kart restaurants, sign up immediately on the day of arrival or the next, it's difficult to get in, since everything is booked. I really liked the Asian restaurant and the Lebanese one. Italian is also not bad. We were satisfied with the rest! But there are small disadvantages, there was always an unpleasant smell in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner. As you come in, you immediately feel, either some kind of spice, or the smell of rottenness. It was unpleasant for me, but after a while you get used to it. There's nowhere to go) Alternatively, sit on the terrace. The second disadvantage is tasteless drinks at the beach bar and by the pool, the dishes there are plastic and all battered, chipped and muddy. There were no snacks, but I didn't need it. There are drinks in the mini bar, it is better to take them to the beach with you from there. The third disadvantage is the sand on the beach with a small crushed shell, it digs into the legs, but it is tolerable. The fourth is that there is little greenery on the territory, since the hotel is new. The fifth minus is a little far from the Dubai Mall, which in general did not bother me, there is a taxi, it takes 20 minutes to go. I have been there 3 times in a week and there is always a taxi at the entrance and back. So the last minus is even a plus to the price of the hotel. If it were closer, it would be +100k more expensive. In conclusion, I want to say that all the disadvantages are insignificant, so in general all human needs are closed! Sea, beach, delicious food, clean nice rooms and helpful staff! I will definitely advise my friends in this price category! 👌🏼

A good hotel for a family holiday. The food is delicious, there are full-fledged snacks at any time, which is probably more an exception for the UAE. There is a water park and animation. Minus that they smoke everywhere, even at the children's pool. And this claim is to the hotel and not to people, because there are no signs prohibiting this.

Nice hotel! Clean, the service is excellent, the location is great. 15 min to the airport. Book an individual transfer, it saves a lot of time!
The food is varied.
The green area at the hotel is small, but the beach line is big!
