Were in December 2021. Lovely new hotel. The only drawback (which has two advantages) is that there is nothing around, you have to take a taxi to Dubai. But: but so far it's cheap and the sea is clean!
Water in separate bottles in the room, mini-bar, - you can always ask to fill up. Everything is new, beautiful mattresses and pillows, cleanliness, cleaning every day, very courteous staff. The sea is just a stone's throw away - it's just like getting out in the yard of your own dacha.
Yes, the sand is not fine and there are shells in it - but it's such a thrill for children to play. Shoals of fish swim near the shore, you can catch small hermit crabs.

The food is excellent, varied, meat, fish, fruit, inexpensive, but very decent alcohol: beer, white and red wine, champagne - all this can be obtained in the main restaurant, three a la carte for lunch and dinner, and in a separate lobby bar - almost around the clock. WiFi is not a problem, there is a feature that only two devices can be connected through a password. But this is not a problem, you can do as much as you want, it is important that only two will work from your account at the same time. I think that it is quite a normal measure for a speed of 200-300 MB/sec. Otherwise, everyone would be yelling, why is the Internet so slow)
Animation is decent! There is a constant movement at the pools during the day, classes in the children's corner, at 20:00 a children's disco, then songs and dances - Arabian nights for adults.
In the restaurant, you can ask to cook something special for your diet - for example, you were asked to cook porridge oatmeal on water for a child - everything was done without question and instantly! You can also take out food with you - you just need to ask the waiter and they will give you a separate container.

The hotel was chosen only because of the water park. And only because of him I put 1 star. My child cut his cheek today, and so deep (about 1cm deep). The lifeguard wasn't looking for anything. When the child screamed, he just raised his head. They didn't know how to help us, so they called an ambulance for us. I'm in shock and I'm shaking, I can't think straight. And when the ambulance arrived, she said that she could pick us up, but this is not an insurance case and we will have to pay ourselves, and then maybe the insurance company will return the money. And in general it will be insanely expensive, because it needs a cosmetic seam to do and it's not urgent!!!! When such a wound is bleeding!!!! Knowing that prices in Dubai can be exorbitant, we refused and began to find out about insurance.
None of the staff apologized !!!! The child did not run, but fell and hit something on the playground that he could tear his cheek like that!!!
The room is normal, with a balcony. We lived on the 7th floor, the music is barely audible, the planes don't make much noise either, if you close the door completely.
Food - you will always find something to eat, although sometimes there was a spoiled watermelon.
The sea- the approach is smooth, but what is on the beach what is in the sea, sand, although it is difficult to call it that, is insular, it is unpleasant to walk. The sand consists only of shells.
There is a children's club and children's discos, but all the days are the same, only the animators' clothes change.

The children's playground is sooo small, you can say it is not there, it is far from the city, there is no transfer only by taxi. Good cuisine, good breakfasts, good alcohol, clean everywhere, all inclusive is the only reason you can go there.
