Mixed feelings from visiting this hotel. The hotel is big, beautiful, elevators, we had two rooms, the five of us. We didn't find the keys to the adjoining door of our large family room, we walked through the corridor, in tubes for hair conditioner, something incomprehensible. Instead of a beach on the island, it became a beach. The Corniche. The bus runs infrequently and not punctually. The pool is very shallow almost everywhere, below the waist. And only a small part is about one and a half meters in the middle. It took a long time to figure out our food, hb+, they tried to convince us that it was either lunch or dinner, we had to contact the tour operator, then they tried to convince us that it was okay, both lunch and dinner, but without drinks. I had to figure it out again. Across the street there is a beautiful Marina with cafes and hookahs. Hotel Number: The numbers in real life turned out to be much older than in the photo. From the unusual: if the room does not have a balcony, then the window does not open - the result is a lack of fresh air and dampness. The hood is pulling something, but it's not enough for the room. The rooms, by the way, are huge. We've been to 5* before, but there's a lot more space here. Everything in the room is classic: a kettle with a set of tea and coffee, a refrigerator, water, a TV, a control panel on the bedside table (very convenient). They found an iron in the closet, hangers that are brought in any required quantity, an extra pillow and a blanket. And a safe. Bathroom: A large part of the bathroom itself - and a rain shower, and a bathtub, and a watering can - all this is also independent from each other. Who cares - there is a bidet. But because of him, the toilet is adjacent to the open door, hinting that you won't sit on it with the door to the room open, which is logical. Oh, it's incredible - they are very tasty and varied. My aunt is a pastry chef - I've been used to eating sweets since childhood, but here it's a completely different level - it's the dessert level of some Michelin restaurant, you know. And a couple of lines about Saturday: Saturday brunch is when lunch becomes a hundredfold tastier, because they bring out crabs, shrimps on ice, and a bunch of other things, including various expensive cheeses. And the desserts there are even more delicious and incredible. If you are not traveling using the AI system, pay extra once for this dinner. For the residents of the hotel, it is much cheaper than entering from the street - and it is worth it. People: This is probably the most interesting part. This is an amazing place, which has both excellent managers who check and double-check everything from 6 a.m., pleasant bartenders (Nitesh, Santeewa, Sandun), a barista or hostess at the restaurant, and not the most pleasant cleaners who always forget to clean everything completely, put a full set of shower accessories, or optional people at the reception. Not a bad room, everything you need is available, relatively fresh renovation, beautiful bathroom. 3. The dinners are varied and delicious, Indian/Italian/Turkish and other cuisines are served. 4. Polite and cheerful staff in the restaurant area. Minuses: 1. The sound insulation in the room is just utter hell. The door adjacent to the next room leads to the fact that all the time you stay in the room you can hear your neighbors no worse than each other. And they can be different, and large families, and two locals who came to relax for one night in the company of a lady of easy virtue, and so on. In response to a request to calm the neighbors screaming all night, there was complete inaction on the part of the reception and security. So also under the windows themselves (in our case, they faced the entrance area, 3rd floor) there is a club where dozens of cars arrive daily, and hundreds more taxi drivers circle all night waiting for customers. The visitors themselves, of course, do not behave quietly on the street, respectively, you can hear all this splendor perfectly. 2. Reception and room cleaning. The former generally don't give a damn about any problem, the latter are always messing with basic things like: put one towel instead of two, forget to add water, etc. 3. A pool with a maximum depth of 1.20 (and then in very rare places)- it's terrible, of course. Even though it's instagrammed. 4. Breakfast meals are meager, there is no variety from the word at all. 5. A shuttle takes you to the beach, but the beach itself is without umbrellas, which is critical in the UAE, to put it mildly. The island has a swimming pool, a bar, a toilet, changing rooms and a shower. But I didn't really like the sea, because there are algae and the bottom is muddy. There is a swimming pool with a sea view on the territory of the hotel, there are many sun beds by the pool, towels can be taken in any quantity. The room is nice with a beautiful view, but without a balcony (there is nowhere to dry things). The room has everything you need, but there are no bathrobes (which is strange for a 5-star hotel). Often the staff put fewer towels, but at the reception all issues were always quickly resolved. The staff is very polite, the waiters remembered their preferences in a few days and brought drinks without questions. Food is like everywhere else. On Saturdays, there is a belly feast at lunch, there are a huge number of sweets (beautiful desserts, very tasty sweets and a chocolate fountain), seafood, various cheeses. But it is important to understand that if you do not take everything included, then there are no drinks for dinner except water. The pool is very shallow. I removed the star for the absence of the promised boat to the beach . In fact, they take a bus to the beach 3 times a day, it takes about 20 minutes to drive, and construction is underway on the beach itself and the water is muddy in places. In general, the hotel is good for your money, there is a place to go for a walk.

Lunch, dinner - drinks for a fee. And so just drink water. This is the first time I've seen such a system. You can stay in the pool without a towel. There are no sunbeds in the pool, and for several days there are no towels, there are a lot of people ( Mostly Arabs here, and this is garbage in the pool, noise everywhere ((( We took a taxi to the Cornish beach because almost 3 km on foot ( . In general, the hotel is nothing, from food: crabs, a lot of meat, shrimp, fish, fruit. But everything is there at the beginning of the meal, then it's bad and the Arabs sweep everything away.
