We were here in October 25. The location of the hotel is good (not far from the center and you don't have to get lost a lot). There is a playground on the roof with a great view (better than from the wall surrounding the city), but repairs were underway and it was cold in principle. The hosts are very helpful (it was free to arrange tea for the chilled guests), they can help with the choice of a guide. The breakfasts are very tasty and satisfying, and your time requirements are taken into account. One of the disadvantages is a hard mattress. At the same time, 3 out of 4 hotels had these. Tap water is bad, it's all over Khiva. You had to wait for the hot water to start running.

Very ethnic hotel, attentive host. Great location, in the center of the old town. All attractions are within walking distance. There is a view of the city from the roof, and you can enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee.

We stayed for 2 days on the advice of our guide at this hotel. Located in the historical heart of Khiva, 3 minutes and we are near all the main attractions! The hotel itself is family-run and cozy, with a wonderful view from the roof! Uzbek-style breakfast is included in the price. the owner is clearly watching his mini-hotel and it is clear that he is putting his soul into it!
