We stayed at this hotel from April 9 to 22, 2024.
The hotel is not bad, not tired, the furniture and rooms are good. Keep in mind that there are no balconies and ventilation. Only the air conditioner. The room has a kettle, tea, and a refrigerator for a minibar. There is also an ironing board and an iron in the room. The pool is not large, but comfortable, there are sun beds. There is a sauna for 2-3 people in the locker room. Saunas are separate for men and women. A good gym. A lovely children's room with wooden toys and a TV. A big plus for the hotel is the compensation of a taxi from the hotel to the beach and back. But you need to return from the beach before 15:00, and accordingly provide receipts from taxi drivers for trips. Taxi to the Beach is 14 dirhams.

We settled in earlier than yu, already at 10.00. There is a tablet translator at the reception, detox water (with cucumbers, fruits, etc.). There is water, tea, sugar in the room. We need to get used to their breakfast, there are no usual cereals, omelets and others, but there are muesli, eggs, vegetables and fruits, including seeds, dates, buns and even honey in honeycombs. In general, you will not stay hungry. But since the hotel is more of a business, not a tourist one, there were often some meetings in the lobby and walking past them in wet shorts and dresses, and in general it was not very good in beach clothes, but if everything is closed (legs, not transparent clothes) then it is normal. I personally didn't feel any discomfort because I was decently dressed. In general, the hotel is normal. And if you're going somewhere, then download 2GIS in advance and go ahead, the distances here are long, and there aren't enough pedestrian crossings.

The hotel itself is very good. Food is expensive. The coffee is terrible, there is no coffee machine (i.e. there is, but it is in the kitchen and you can order a cappuccino through the waiter, for example). A huge plus is that in the morning you can take a taxi from the hotel to the nearest beach (Al Khan) and back (almost 4.5 km one way), take checks from taxi drivers, give them at the reception and you will get your money back.

Friends, I am glad to share my impressions of visiting this hotel. I chose it based on reviews. I often visit the Emirates. The Novotel had a solid five. I hasten to reduce it a little. Not everything is perfect, but not everything is bad either. The emotions from the cons have gone away a little, so it's constructive. The location is convenient. The beach is 4km from the hotel. It's not the best, there are a lot of Russians, as well as dirt from their stay here (there is a lot of garbage and cigarette butts in the sand). You can take a taxi to the beach. The hotel pays. Only departure is possible no earlier than 10.30. Come back as you wish. The breakfasts are good. You can choose. You won't be hungry. The food is fresh, as are the pastries. Satisfied. I still haven't had my underwear changed during my stay. It's been 4 days. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving machines, slippers, shower cap and other "necessities" were not found in the room on the day of arrival. I had to go down to the reception three times and ask. Two hours later, it arrived. Awful. Gel, soap, shampoo in the room are not individually packaged, but in a common bottle (dispensers). I don't like this approach. Towels are changed on request, as well as room cleaning. Tea and coffee can be drunk 24 hours on the floor M. Tea bags, coffee, sugar cannot be found in the room, although there are mugs and a kettle. The room itself is small (standard). For two beds, instead of one, or a room with a view of the bay, you need to pay extra. To summarize. My score is 4 out of 5. When choosing a hotel next time, I will think about whether to return or look for an alternative.

We were with a friend from March 10 to March 17, 2024, checked in at 11 o'clock immediately, room (1304) was ready. We took 7 minutes by taxi from the hotel to Alkhanbich beach for 14 derham and back for 14, immediately at the reception we were compensated for 28 derham, only the taxi driver had to take checks and show a business card with the name of the hotel, there are hotels similar in name, we got caught on the first day and rolled 42 from the beach to the hotel, only 15 derham were compensated. The staff was very polite, on request they brought an extra blanket, a hairdryer, helped with the safe, brought water every day, cleaned and changed towels. Shampoo, shower gel and face wash of pleasant quality in dispensers. The food in the restaurant is very diverse: meat dishes, vegetables, soup, fruits, vegetables in sufficient quantities, dates, nuts. I would like to praise the beach: it is huge, a tractor clears the white sand every morning, there are showers, cabins, a toilet, a playground. Umbrellas (30 underhams) and deck chairs (not taken)paid. Excursions were taken from the guide . In front of the hotel there is a passage to the promenade by the lagoon, if you go right to the bridge and turn to the canal, then the view is like in Venice.Generally delighted. We definitely recommend it.

I don't really understand the rave reviews about this hotel, it's completely unsuitable for recreation, except as a transit point, given the proximity of the airport.It's noisy!
The location is inconvenient, on the one hand, the noise of a 6-lane road that does not fall asleep, on the side of the construction site.
The pool is small, heavily chlorinated, with a view of the construction site and the screeching grinder, the lagoon next to it is absolutely useless, to have a nice walk you have to go to another lagoon with fountains.We had a 3rd floor with a view of the road, to change it because of the noise of the road only with an additional payment of 10-12 thousand, but there is no point in changing it from the other side of the construction site.The windows are blind, there is not enough air supply, and the air conditioner is not suitable for everyone.There is also some kind of hustle and bustle at breakfast in the morning, the dining room is like a dining room.The sauna is cold, so it's not clear if you need to turn it on yourself.They didn't congratulate me on my birthday, I barely begged for a vase for flowers.
If you plan to travel to Dubai on your own, then you can only take a taxi to the subway for 50 dirhams, there are no buses nearby to the subway or Dubai, although there is a huge road under the windows leading to Dubai.It takes 30-40 minutes by metro to Buj Khalifa, about an hour to get to the Marina, only by metro standing in a Pakistani crowd, by taxi to the Marina 130 dirhams! A wonderful hotel!!! Two families were vacationing. We arrived at the hotel at about 11 a.m., checked in immediately. Breakfast and dinner were included, you can change it for lunch if you are going somewhere on an excursion. The food is good and delicious. In the morning, tea, coffee, freshly squeezed juices. Only water for dinner. Delicious pastries. We went to the beach by taxi, the money is returned by check. The staff is very polite and friendly.

A great hotel for a family vacation!
Transfer to the sea in the form of a taxi (pay from your wallet, but the hotel will refund you if you show the receipt)
There is a currency exchange office across the street, but it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest pedestrian crossing in one direction, do not run over too much traffic.
It is absolutely safe to take excursions to Dubai and it does not take long to get to the airport.☺️
The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, there is something to choose to eat, I liked everything 🥰

The rooms and corridors are very humid and damp! The air conditioner only works for cooling! There's some kind of problem in the shower, water is leaking on the floor, the masters can't do anything, they just nod their heads! There is a construction site nearby, from early morning the noise of a crane and workers, until late at night, it is impossible to rest! The hotel management can't influence anything, only promises every day! Cleaning is done poorly, only visibility is created! We're not going to this hotel anymore.

The worst hotel in Dubai
1) there are no dinners - or it's not very tasty. You come to dinner, but there is no buffet, you are given a menu in which you can choose 1 salad, 1 soup and 1 of 2-3 hot ones. We chose meat - it was like the sole of shoes - they don't know how to cook (it was a pity to pay for breakfast and dinner and get this!!!!!!
2) water in the room for drinking only in glass bottles - The cat can not be taken from the room
3) from the shower, the water rubs into the bathroom and does not drain into the drain hole - the bath is a puddle.
4) the smell in the room is damp and just unpleasant
5) there is 1 transfer from the hotel to the sea (with a limited number of people - to warn a day in advance - to book a place in transport)
And the most important thing is that the transport departs from the hotel at 10:30 in the morning, and you will be picked up back at 15:30! May +35 degrees !
6) you are lying on your towel on the beach - there are no sun loungers or an umbrella from this hotel!
* the whole vacation went to the sea by taxi. 10 minutes by taxi and 15 derham one way +15 derham back and so on every day)
7) the pool is located at the hotel on about the 3rd floor of the hotel and the sun appears over the pool in May at exactly 12 o'clock in the afternoon - in the sun!
