The food is varied, fresh and + the fact that lunch can be changed for dinner!!! ++++ In case of poisoning, we even have rice without spices separately, as it should be, and mashed potato soup, as I understand it, was specially made for us. The child did not have dinner, and the caring restaurant administrator made us a lunchbox as a present for her son. Nice. For breakfast, I recommend ordering a vegetable omelet without spices, as we eat, from the restaurant administrator. She treated us and we liked it. We appreciated the caring attitude towards us. 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰. Thanks to the guys, there are always clean towels and friendly staff by the pool. Thank you for the transfer that was organized to the beach and back. I only found out on the last day that there is an aquarium near this beach and you can walk to it. And after the beach, I came to the hotel and ordered a taxi. In fact, it turned out to be the same beach, only the aquarium. And this is the same place... The aquarium costs 25 adults and 15 dirhams per ticket along with the museum. There is a square of glowing fountains in the Caricature, but it is not clear on what day they work, as I understood that from seven o'clock on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The room is very humid, the windows do not open, there is air conditioning. The staff solves all problems very quickly. We stayed at this hotel in February 2026. The repair is good, the mattress is on fire, the food is delicious, the sauna is free and the heated pool is within walking distance of the lagoon, the embankment, the shopping center, the sights. The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the beach. It's not a long drive to the beach, 5-7 minutes. The staff does not speak Russian, but an interpreter helps, WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Regarding the service, most often they need to be reminded to give coffee, refresh tea, put slippers (we had one pair for two), give water. The only thing that causes discomfort. The lack of good ventilation and the inability to open windows, so even with the so-called ventilation open, things did not dry out almost completely after the pool and beach.

We stayed at this hotel in early October. Fully meets its 4* Expectations were met, but they did not exceed themselves. We checked in quickly, despite the fact that we arrived at 9 a.m. The rooms are spacious and have a modern design, but they are already in need of renovation. Apparently, due to the fact that the windows do not open and there is no ventilation, there is carpet on the floor + moisture from the bathroom-there is a musty smell. Plumbing also needs to be replaced. Very low water pressure. The shower stall door won't close and all the water is constantly pouring all over the bathroom. It is strange that there was no hairdryer and it can only be brought upon request at the reception. So is the iron. Cleaning is daily, but towels and bed linen are not changed every day. But the staff diligently fulfills all requests and wishes when contacting us. There were no complaints about the service. The staff is not Russian-speaking, so a minimum command and understanding of English is necessary. The breakfasts are standard, no frills, everyone will find the most necessary for themselves. Also, the lack of staff in the restaurant often affects the periodic absence of clean dishes and appliances here and now. Plus the hotel is in a good location. We chose it precisely for this reason. In the center of Sharjah, close to the exit to Dubai. There are many cafes nearby, the Nesto shopping center, and the embankment. There is a shuttle service to Al Khan beach 3 times in the morning- 8-30, 8-50, 9-30. There is enough space for everyone if you pre-register the day before. We drove to the Novotel Sharjah Expo Centre without any problems for about an hour, it was the initial tour, so the road was through Dubai from Al Maktoum. The hotel is wonderful, the check-in time is 10 minutes, everyone speaks English, there were no difficulties. The hotel is urban, not a beach hotel, located next to the Expo Center, transfer from the hotel to the beach every morning, 10 minutes by car, 50 minutes on foot. along the landscaped canal embankment. The pool is not large, but it provides an opportunity to relax and swim after a long day. Bathrobes, towels, everything is available, in the shower and by the pool. The cleaning was excellent, it felt like not only towels were changed every day, but also bed linen, everything was in perfect condition. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, we could walk around Sharjah (safely everywhere), take the bus and hail a taxi right off the road. By the way, our Yandex Go application is working, they withdraw money for travel from the card in dirhams at the exchange rate. The Novotel hotel chain was very inspired, we decided to choose it in Dubai next time, but Sharjah is an amazing emirate, many mosques, more religious and very different.

We only came to the hotel to spend the night, if we stay there for a long time, it will be very uncomfortable in terms of the microclimate. But the staff is very helpful and will help you with everything you need for your stay. Cleaning is daily. The food is bad, we had the same food for 5 days. which is very small, we took breakfast and dinner, there are no drinks for dinner except water. Still, I had to eat something without much pleasure from hopelessness. There is no transfer to the beach, I read in the reviews that if you take a taxi to the beach, the reception returns the money for the taxi, but they refused us. The cost of a taxi to Al Khan beach is 13.5 dirhams, and the same amount back. On foot - 30-40 min. Bottom line: if you need to get to AOE very inexpensively, this hotel will help you with this. Of course, there's not even a smell of 4 stars here, 3 with tension. The only advantage of this hotel is the price, but if it is possible to overpay 30-50 tr, it is better to do this and look for a better option and closer to Dubai itself.

It's been noisy since 7 a.m., we couldn't sleep! It takes about half an hour to drive from Dubai Airport. The hotel itself is not big, the furniture is not damaged, everything looks decent. There is a swimming pool and a small game room, a gym. A hairdryer is provided on request, towels are not a complete set, you need to ask every time, as well as toothpastes/ brushes. Cotton pads and sticks were not seen at all. The dispensary has shampoo and gel. The room was overlooking the lagoon, very beautiful both morning and evening. There is a kettle and a fridge in the room. The windows don't open, but there's no smell. With the air conditioner turned off 24-25g. There is a shuttle service to the public beach, you need to sign up, but if there are places, they take both there and back, a taxi from the beach is about 400 rubles. But the hotel bus has long intervals of 4 hours, and it's hard to be with children under the scorching sun. Sun beds/umbrellas are available for a fee. The entrance is smooth, the sand is good. We also went to the lagoon next to the hotel, to dig sand and build castles. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but everything is quickly resolved with a translator. There is an aquarium and a playground next to the beach in a 7-minute walk. The entrance for all is about 2 thousand. There is also a marina, from which you can sail to the nearest metro station for 450 rubles. Meat/fish is spicy every other time, sometimes normal. Vegetables, a couple of salads. In general, the main food for children is rice, vegetables, fish/meat, if you are lucky.
