A good hotel for families and couples. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are rooms for smokers. The room has a safe, a mini-refrigerator, an ironing board with an iron, but there is no set for shaving and brushing teeth. The pool is small, but quite enough to refresh yourself in the heat. Food and soft drinks can be ordered by the pool. I only took breakfast. Monotonous, but the food is of high quality. There are transfers to the beach and shopping center from the hotel. There is a minimarket in the next building. To the metro 20 minutes on foot. Taxi to Marina Mall about 20 dirhams.

Everything was very pleasant, great hotel👍For a city hotel, convenient location, metro (red line) in 15 minutes, close to shops and cafes. The hotel has delicious breakfasts, chic themed dinners, top-level service staff. All issues were resolved very quickly, the rooms were cleaned daily and well. On the third floor there is a cool cooled swimming pool. For a small fee, this hotel provides a transfer and a visit to a chic hotel with a beach area, where from 11-16 o'clock you can swim in the sea, in a cooled pool, use sun beds and umbrellas for free. The staff is good , kind , polite , for this a huge plus , well done ! We were accommodated in a room of a lower class , due to the fact that the room we had booked was not available . The room is cleaned daily , the room is clean , in my opinion, the room is in normal condition , there is an iron and a board , but the iron is old and the water tank is full of holes , scale is poured on things when ironing .It's a long way to the beach, about 40 dirhams by taxi in one direction, it's impossible to sign up for a transfer to kite beach, well, or after 00:00 run to sign up as we were told at the reception, then maybe you get there. They take people to the malls without an appointment and collect people from neighboring millennium hotels.In my opinion, the choice of food is meager , fruits are not sweet (watermelon , melon and a little pineapple from the selection) , desserts are incomprehensible mainly "panna cotta" and "bread" some incomprehensible things with cream , like pies , but not tasty , I got to dinner on which there was no chicken at all, fish and so on are just side dishes. To diversify the food, we went to carrefour where you can buy fruits , milk , sweets (I took them with me for breakfast to drink coffee), ice cream, well, or to local cafes , food courts, etc. There are 3 pools, we went there twice in the morning, the sun beds were free after 8:30 -9:00, then slowly the people stay . There is a large free underground parking.

The room is cleaned every day, the room itself is spacious, but the shower accessories are extremely small, there are no brushes at all. There is also a small pressure of hot water. We had a rest from March 13 to March 22.
It's all good. Half board. It was possible to change lunch for dinner and vice versa.
Of the cons: you need to be prepared for the fact that they have their own sockets and in order to charge the phone you need an adapter. There were a lot of Russians during our check-in, they suggested how to connect to their sockets without an adapter)))
And on the 10th - 11th floors there is a strong smell of dampness. But the staff immediately changed our number. Everything is fine on the 21st floor. The room is spacious. Everything is there, even a gas stove))) washing machine. The mattress is good. The room is cool. Cleaning is daily, but during the day.
It is a pity that there was not a single Russian speaker among the staff. Appeared when we had to move out)
It's great that there are a lot of shuttles. Free shipping to both shopping malls and beaches. There is a park area nearby. Small shops, cafes. The metro is a 15-minute walk away.

Nice hotel. Very hearty breakfasts under the Euro menu mostly. On the territory there are two small pools with a depth of up to 1.6 meters and a children's pool. There is also a good fitness room, where there are several treadmills and a couple of exercise machines for strength training.
The staff is very polite and trouble-free, the only thing they understand is English and Arabic.
Cleaning over the soul is not worth asking for tips. It seems to me that it is generally forbidden to take tips from them))
The location is not bad. You can get to the beach by taxi or by a free bus from the hotel.

A great hotel for both a family holiday and a romantic couple vacation. We were with a guy at the beginning of August, the most "off-season", and we liked it.
Positive:
+ Delicious breakfasts: included only them, and did not regret: a large selection on the buffet from porridge, scrambles and fruit-vegetables to pastries and delicious additives to it. At the same time, you can take it in any quantities, if suddenly someone wants a second portion in the morning)
+ The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We took a superior room, so it was on a high floor and with a balcony, from which even the tip of the Burj Khalifa could be seen. Cleaning is carried out every day, you can additionally ask to clean up at the time when you leave the hotel + give things to the laundry for an additional cost.
+ The hotel is located 10 minutes on foot to the metro, but there are always taxis of different classes at the entrance - we used both taxis and walked to the metro on lazy days)
+ Pleasant staff and reception. The hostesses answered all the questions, the reception is spacious - there are ottomans and sofas on which you can sit while waiting for someone. And there are air conditioners everywhere, so it's nice to breathe fresh air inside after the sun.
+ There are two pools: sun beds near them are usually occupied from the very morning, but we went several times and found free ones quickly - either we were lucky, or there are still enough of them for visitors.

Basically, my review consists of pluses, friendly staff, very cozy hotel, good location (if you don't walk), hairdryer, towel, shower accessories, tea, coffee, refrigerator, even a safe in the room. Of the minuses, I would like to note that in medical terms they will not help you in any way, I do not understand why medical insurance is needed then. There is also no Russian-speaking staff to be found. Otherwise, we received only positive emotions, in principle, everything was fine, I would even come back again.

The hotel is more for business trips than for a beach holiday (although there are free buses to the beach and malls). The specialists of the reception desk are polite and tactful, show maximum participation in solving issues, but they refused to settle at least 30 minutes earlier. The security and baggage service are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, the cleaning service works perfectly. Tomorrow is just monotonous, but you can eat. Pastries and fruits are great! The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay, special thanks for the ironing board and iron! The furniture is comfortable, the bed is wide! The hotel is located far from the center. It is more convenient to get out by taxi. Within a 10-minute walk there is a supermarket, an exchange office and food establishments (cafes of Oriental and Asian cuisine at affordable prices). The pool in the hotel is small, there are sun beds, but not much. There are small shops in the lobby of the hotel.

In general, I liked everything. They were settled for a long time and not in the same room. But in return they gave a great room on the 24th floor with a view of the city. The hotel is clean. On the lower floors there are rooms with kitchens, gas stove. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous. I was satisfied with everything, it was delicious. In fact, this hotel is just to sleep and rest at the bassik, there is no entertainment here. The time of departure of shuttles to the beach is different at the reception. They speak English poorly. But with the app on the phone, everything is much easier in terms of communication. You need to sign up for a minivan every day in the evening to get to the free beach for 9 people! It takes 20 minutes to walk to the metro, a couple of stops and you are on the Marin beach. You can't walk anywhere from the area (metro, taxi, shuttles). There are a lot of shops and cafes where you can eat nearby and inexpensively. But the portions are huge!

Excellent hotel, attentive staff, delicious food.
The room had a balcony, hairdryer, washing machine, stove, microwave oven. At the request, a dryer was brought. Free wifi, catches and by the pool. Shampoo, gel, lotion, cap, but there is no dental kit, so take your own.
Nearby Carrefour is round-the-clock, there are many food shops. The metro is 1.5 km away, so I recommend first taking the shuttle to the Emirates Mall, there is a covered subway passage, although not under the sun.
Taxis are almost always available at the hotel, with a hand start of 5 dirhams, with an application-12.
Themed dinners, 7 different. Breakfast is continental.

Vacationed with a friend in October 2022, both were extremely satisfied with the hotel.
Personally, I really liked the way everything is decorated, that there is a swimming pool (not very big, suddenly it's critical for someone, but it was enough for me), I really liked their kitchen (we only had breakfast - I fell in love with hummus there simply, the rest of the dishes were always on top, a large selection, delicious coffee, a lot places to sit and eat). They changed our room when we were just on the way, because initially there should have been 2 separate beds, and we were given 1 shared bed. They changed the number in 5 minutes.
Very cozy, how comfortable it was to sleep, there are just no words, the view was gorgeous just, not the sunny side yet got caught. Cleaning is constant, towels were changed, everything is clean, there are no questions.
I was there for the first time, my mother lives there with a friend, we rested as researchers. I love that. It was 20 minutes to the subway at an average pace (not close), but we understood this initially. It takes a long time to get to the beaches, respectively, but again, we knew this and laid down initially that we were going to not only swim.

A wonderful hotel, everything is at the highest level. The rooms are very cozy and equipped with everything you need, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board is already in the room, no need to run and beg.
The bar is only on order, an Islamic country after all, the refrigerator is empty.
Dinners and lunches buffet, for guests are at a discount of 50-55 AED. There are a lot of spicy things from the menu, a great variety, but there is a chance to get on a spicy day, where there is nothing to choose except for fresh vegetables. We had Indian, Italian and Mexican days with us. The breakfasts are mostly closer to the usual European ones, with a slight addition of spicy dishes. In the evenings there is live music in the restaurant.
They give free water to the room, we asked for it every day.
The pool is free and towels are provided.
There are no Russian plugs in the rooms, or combined ones, where you can put our plugs, but not everyone will see it, there are a couple of USB sockets.
Gym on the 29th floor, there is also a hookah lounge.

Nice new hotel. We only had breakfast included, you can eat to the brim, it's delicious! We got a large room with two TVs, a large bed. Everything is well cleaned, put some water every day. A 15-minute metro station, a grocery store nearby. The only negative for me is the lack of a bathrobe and a hair dryer. Another interesting fact about the elevator is that you will get to your floor only by attaching a card in the elevator, and you will not be able to come to someone else's at all) on the 29th floor you can smoke a hookah and drink tea (the cost of a hookah is 79 derham)

Stopped at the end of May 2023. My task was not a beach holiday, but acquaintance with the energy, architecture and features of the city. As a person spoiled by hotels, I will say that this is a chic hotel, starting with a pleasant smell at the entrance to the lobby, clean pools and ending with the kitchen. This is the first time I have met such a variety of dinners, because every evening was dedicated to my country and the peculiarities of its dishes. A new, creative technique for me, which I definitely liked. Polite staff, cleaning every day and the photo does not convey the atmosphere of this modern hotel. I recommend it both for families with children and for personal, business trips. The area is convenient in terms of accommodation and free transfers from the hotel to the beaches and to the shopping center. I got a solid delight and aesthetic pleasure.
