I have been staying at this hotel for 3 days and I can say that this is the worst service I have ever seen!The hotel does not match the star at all! The buffet is very monotonous and meager.We took the all-inclusive system, drinks are only locally produced!At 22.01 the husband wanted to take coffee at the bar, he was told for a fee.The hotel dies at 22.00 and the system starts to work if you want to drink, pay!I am just shocked by everything that is happening!The only thing that impressed me was the sea!But I will not return to this hotel anymore and I will not recommend it to anyone!

The seal's rest suited me very well, peace and quiet, not counting the children. There is a very good Hamdi employee in the restaurant, Ali's porter was rude, apparently his work is very hard and he is tired of it. On the first day I burned in the sun, but there is a shop on the beach where a very kind man named Ahmed works. He saved me. He has a magic ointment for burns, which took away all the pain and took away the heat and temperature. In 15 minutes after applying the ointment, I was as good as new. I strongly advise you to visit his shop on the beach, he has a lot of interesting things.

The main disadvantages:
1. Children have nothing to eat
2. There is absolutely no food between main meals.
We had "all inclusive without alcohol". 2 children: 5 and 1.2years old. The food is generally delicious, but there are practically no options for children. Moreover, there is no children's table or area. We accidentally found out that the waiters can be asked to bring nuggets and fries, but they cooked for a very long time and with failures. It's not convenient.
And there are no snack bars operating between main meals. It was also very uncomfortable. Both the children and we wanted to have a snack, but there was simply no food.
And so everything is clean, the polite staff is pleasant, everything is on the level. The rooms are a bit old: there is something to "touch up" and replace.
They wouldn't come back because of the food.

My husband and I vacationed here from February 12 to 18, 2024. One day it rained, all the other days were sunny. We swam at the sea every day, the sea was +22 degrees somewhere, the air was +25. We were very comfortable, the most important thing is not hot! After sunset, it was certainly cool in the evening, we wore jeans / sweatshirts. The hotel is decent by our standards. The most important thing we went there for was the sea, the mountains, the sun, the beach and nothing more! We only took breakfast, and it was quite enough not to overeat. We had dinner in the restaurants at the hotel, the average was 200 dirhams dinner for two. The rooms are all spacious, all with sea views, the furniture is of course old, but in general it does not spoil the impression. The animation is not intrusive. There is a lot of choice for breakfast, but on the 4th day the same thing gets boring. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel, only the fruit market is a 20-minute walk along the highway. The hotel itself has a large territory, there is a place to walk. There is a girl Gulnara at the reception, she speaks Russian, it helped a lot! On the territory of the hotel there is a diving – 350 dirhams, a jet ski – 250 dirhams, catamarans, kayaks, etc. In general, we were very satisfied!

The three of us had a rest with our daughter in July 2024, as the locals say - Fujairah is the coldest emirate (the temperature is 5-7 degrees less than in Dubai) We checked in before 15:00, but Alin bracelets are given exclusively at 15:00. I do not recommend going to the bar - it is sooo expensive (a shop with an alcoholic opposite the barrier (check out of the hotel, leave the hotel, on the left 5-7 minutes IMPORTANT: the store is on site - do not get confused!!!). The rooms are all really on the sea, we lived in the second building on the 3rd floor (it's the last one) and in my opinion they have the best view, but here for an amateur! Everything is normal in the room, the plumbing worked, 2 Russian channels on TV, water was given every day for 3-4 bottles of 0.5. The beach is super, but don't overestimate your strength on the waves. There are a lot of injuries: abrasions: buttocks, knees, elbows - take care of yourself!!! There is nothing to do in the sea with a mask, so I recommend not to take up space in a suitcase! But, on the left behind the stone pier, at about 10:00, sea turtles come to feed, they can be observed from the middle of the pier). Be prepared that after ordering at the bar you will be asked to fill out a check: room number and signature (annoying, but these are their rules). The food is monotonous, but everything is there and everything is of high quality, if you come to the restaurant at peak, then there may not be a table, in this case you must strictly ask the staff to remove the existing ones - they are not quick! We went on an excursion to Dubai (basic) $ 285 for three people. If you want to shop with local goods, then you are up to LuLU: here is a tip: a taxi from the hotel will cost 35 dirhams, back 25, BUT contact this taxi driver by whatsapp, write to him in English from which hotel and at what time to pick you up and the trip will cost 45 dirhams in both directions! We are resting now at the hotel from 24.09. Two adults and a child of 8 years old. In principle, we liked everything. But there are some disadvantages .If you are traveling from Abu Dhabi like us, then get ready for a 3-hour transfer. The room is nice, big, clean. The beach is good, the entrance is a little with small pebbles, but it is quite comfortable to go into the water. There are lifeguards everywhere on the beach. If you come to the beach after 9.00, you can no longer find sun beds, people occupy them early in the morning. But the guys who give out towels at the request of the sun beds will put you.which pleased us when we didn't find any empty seats. In the evenings there are contests and a disco for children and adults. The hotel has a game room with billiards, tennis, etc. But everything is always busy there. The food is normal, I won't say that it's super delicious. For young children, food is not calculated, well, except pasta. Since there are a lot of families resting with children, of course we could diversify the menu and the menu for children. The rest turned out to be cool. The room is old . Where is the kindness to animals? ! In Turkey, there are cat houses , food and water everywhere in hotels.

The room was cleaned 2 times a day , replenished with shampoos and gels constantly, even if they were whole. The staff is not Russian-speaking , but there are trained people who can easily solve any problem. Upon arrival , even at night , they were fed . They opened the balcony . You can rent a car or buy an excursion to Dubai itself . On the territory you can look at crabs , at 7 pm everyone was escorted out of the water , because it was so dark that they took out their eyes and safety above all , swimming is already prohibited . The staff is also so-so, room cleaning is very conditional, even shampoos and shower gel had to be begged. There are 5 swimming pools on the territory of the hotel with different temperatures and different concepts. There is a swimming pool for adults, for vacationers without children. a separate children's pool with fountains, a pool with a bar, where all the activities of animators take place. pools with different water levels, and another for children.
The food in the restaurant is delicious! The waiters are polite and attentive. I would especially like to mention the hall administrators who keep order, the hostesses who greeted the guests with a charming smile and the waiters Zafar, Ahmed, Godspower!

The hotel is for family holidays, 99% of Russians rest, mainly families with children and families of retirement age. There are enough sunbeds, the beach is clean, lifeguards do their job perfectly, look after the safety of vacationers, they are not allowed to swim behind the buoys, it is dangerous there. Inside the hotel is beautiful in a classic style without pomp, always clean, there is always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. WiFi works perfectly everywhere. The rooms are simply excellent, every day they put detergents, change the linen, the guys clean up, very clean!
The room was on the ground floor, the mosquitoes were stuck, take with you the remedies for them. Unobtrusive animation, aqua aerobics, yoga, volleyball, children's, some kind of quizzes! We arrived early in the morning at 10 o'clock already placed, we wanted to buy water, there is not a single store in the district, the concept of the hotel is to buy from them, but the prices are unaffordable in the bar, Dibba is 8 km away and only 35 dirhams to order there by taxi through the reception, back at the shops "Max" and "Lu-lu" there are always taxis for 20 dirhams to the hotel, the fruit market is 2 km away, you can walk there. The room is huge (about 150 sq. m.), everything is fine. It should be borne in mind that this is a relatively inexpensive beach hotel. There are 5 different pools, plenty of sun loungers everywhere. In my opinion, all the rooms in the hotel have a view of the Indian Ocean (the Gulf of Oman of the Arabian Sea - who likes what better). Don't expect any chic: the hotel is old, but well maintained. Interesting fact: in the dark, a luminous plankton washes ashore with a wave, which glows with stars on the sand - very beautiful. The gym in the hotel is small, equipped with old Technojim simulators, there are horizontal bars and bars on the beach, a volleyball court. There are gazebos on the piers to the left and right of the hotel, where you can order a romantic dinner.
Breakfasts at the Breeze restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30 are not the most diverse, but you are unlikely to stay hungry (do not forget that this is not a "luxury" hotel). In the Lounge, you can order a la carte from 11:00 to 23: 00 - delicious, average prices, 15% discount on VIP. You can drive around all nearby settlements by car, but there are practically no special attractions (man-made waterfall and amphitheater, tower ...).

I really liked the sea from one side of the buoys to the other. We were in November, you can swim for hours! There is nothing to see in it, however, although it is positioned as an ocean, but swimming is a miracle, not water! There are evening pools-as entertainment for the evening, it will also suit children and people who are tipsy. The buffet is decent. Everything from the service is quite modest, lunch was not given at the check-out, although taking into account excursions, we did not have lunch and dinner every day. We lost the LV bag, we didn't help to find it, we had to strain ourselves, inertia was felt. Of the things that bothered me, the keys to the front door did not work peridically, they lived in a distant building, it was infuriating, especially at 2 a.m. And the inability to find a free chaise longue is already at 6 o'clock in the morning, everything is occupied. At the same time, they write out some checks (which creates a queue), took lemonade to the child, attributed two beers, asked what it was, the bartender said no problem signing, I don't know what he will do with it later. You take a whiskey, they write two and so on with everything. The food is terrible, just sausages from breakfast in an incomprehensible salad at lunch. Everything is seasoned, absolutely everything. The children's menu is a separate story, it's a quest. First you need to find a waiter and order a children's menu (they only include over-dried spaghetti and over-dried fries in old butter), everything else is not included in the all-inclusive system, and if the waiter has not forgotten, he will definitely bring you this delicacy in half an hour, but this is not accurate, as well as drinks if you suddenly you also order them from the waiter, you don't have to wait. Dirty plates will not be cleaned either until you finish the meal. The humiliation of vacationers is everywhere. Ice cream is only for children in general, it costs 7 types of ice cream, the child chose, the aunt says everything is paid, except for those three in the corner. I really liked the hotel, the food is excellent, the bay is gorgeous , the rooms are clean , there is animation for children , the only minus is the highway outside the hotel and nothing else, the nearest fruit market is 20 minutes on foot
