We liked everything..! When planning a vacation trip, of course, I read reviews about the hotel, there were both positive and directly opposite. To be honest, I couldn't figure out who writes such negative reviews about this hotel))) most likely these are people who prefer only luxury hotels and randomly find themselves in Radisson)) We choose hotels of average cost, so in principle we understand that there will be no suite))) Guys, the hotel is great, the staff is great, everyone is friendly, courteous, attentive! The buffet is excellent))) I read that hungry people left - lies))) there is food even at sunset for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Everything is delicious, varied! The rooms are cleaned daily, although we didn't need it in principle! The beach is clean! Everything is super, we were very satisfied!

A very, very old hotel. A meager buffet, monotonous food from day to day, for which you have to stand in line. Once we did not get to dinner because we were not allowed into the restaurant, there were no empty tables. Ice cream for children only. I want to write a review, maybe it will help someone. I was vacationing with a friend from February 17 to February 23, 2024, the sea is wonderful, the location of the hotel rooms is good (all Windows overlook the sea). Many people here write that upon arrival they were settled immediately, it was not so with us, they settled in at the time indicated by the hotel (after a night flight, of course, I wanted to relax in the room, but it did not work out). We took breakfast and dinner, the food was delicious, but monotonous (the same thing every day, small queues every day). There are not enough sunbeds on the beach, although there don't seem to be many people, but due to the fact that there were either things or towels on the sunbeds all day, the sunbeds were occupied. The hotel is generally not bad, although not new, the territory is large, you can walk around, everything is cleaned and clean.
But there is one big unpleasant thing.
There were ants in our room, it was impossible to leave a piece of chocolate or a bun or dates on the table and even in the refrigerator (I didn't freeze at all, there was no sense from it), immediately a horde of small ants.
Is there really no way to withdraw them, it's very unpleasant, you must agree, to pay a lot of money and live in such conditions ...
The staff is wonderful, everyone smiles, they try to help, especially Alina, she removes a lot of questions and problems of vacationers, since she knows Russian, you could always approach her with any question, smart girl, she deserves a promotion or a good bonus.
It would be nice to change the furniture or put tablecloths in the restaurant, it would be much more cozy and comfortable.

The territory is very good, but at night it is not really illuminated, given the fact that there is nowhere to go from the hotel from the word at all. There is a fruit market, 15-20 minutes at a good pace, along the highway without sidewalks. The food is not particularly diverse, not to say that it is very tasty, but you will not stay hungry. The fish, as they wrote, is only one and kind, and so it's not very. Beef is good, but no one bothers when cooking, and as a result, there are enough films and veins. On the beach, there is an eternal problem with finding sun beds, but this is more likely to vacationers who clog sun beds at the crack of dawn and do not use them ((( it happened that someone also grabbed towels (just to free up space. The pools are good, there are many, one of which is open until ten in the evening. Towels may not carry, cleaning is chaotic, then before lunch, then in the evening, you can't guess. The staff is all polite, there is also a Russian-speaking. The room is nice, spacious. Special thanks to fun&sun for our insurance (ingosstrakh) without a franchise, which I had to use. When an insured event occurs, it is better to contact the Turkish number, they answered immediately and appointed the time of the doctor's arrival. In Russian, the phone was answered in 3 hours.
For unassuming tourists, the hotel is good, but you have to understand that it's still not 5 *.

We rested a week ago in this hotel, the advantage is access to the open ocean. This is where the pros end, and the cons begin:
Very poor food, the same thing every day, that's just no variety, only watermelon from fruits, not sweet, water, and melon, too, of an incomprehensible taste. Ice cream for all in is given only three types and only to children 🤣🫣 kamon, guys. Adults also love ice cream.
There is zero entertainment, there is nowhere to go, the rooms are old antediluvian, with flashing lights.
The territory is very small, sun beds need to be occupied from 7 in the morning, if later, then God forbid you will lie at the end)
Of the 8 days of stay, only 6 swam, because oil spillage is often a phenomenon in the emirates, and the consequence after it, on the first day there was fuel oil and oil all over the shore, on the second day they were allowed to swim, but there was a lot of oil and smell on the surface of the water, I didn't want to swim at all, there was no place near the pool, the number of sunbeds is clearly not thought out, the hotel does not pull 5 stars at all, a maximum of 3 stars.

I had a rest in early February 2023. So, in order, a tour from Coral Travel, 2 adults + 2 children:
- ocean (yes, there is an ocean, the Gulf of Oman) it was cool, but many of my children including swam without problems.
- daytime temperature up to 26 at night up to 18.
- clean, well-groomed territory, sandy beach with sun loungers.
- meals were taken for breakfast + lunch / dinner, in fact I understand that this option is the best because the buffet is good, hearty and after a hearty breakfast at lunch you can throw ice cream or fruit before dinner. Well, or have lunch for 20-30 dirhams in a cafe at the lobby.
- there are aquabikes for rent, like 250 dirhams for 30 minutes.
- there is nothing in walking distance outside the hotel, only take a taxi to Dibba for 30 dirhams, they call at the reception.

A weak three, no more. I checked in at night, there was a late flight, and to go from Abu Dhabi about 3 hours. There were no shower accessories and towels in the room, from the word at all. Like a 5-star hotel where no one is waiting for you. There is a table on the balcony, but no chairs. This is also done on request. They will bring it, but not the first time. The furniture in the rooms is old, it creaks right. About food - I don't know who is praising here, but really there are problems with food - if for dinner (it is scheduled from 19 to 22-30), come at 9 pm, that is, there is nothing. And so the choice is small. From fruits - watermelons, finely chopped melon for breakfast, and grapefruit. There are bananas. From meat - chicken, beef, 1 dish each. Rice, potatoes, pasta. There is no seafood at all. Fish happens, also for 1 dish, but you can't eat it, it has a very strange smell and taste. There is more choice for breakfast, in the sense of rolls. You won't starve to death, of course, but really if it goes on for more than three days, then it's a so-so story. There is no entertainment in the hotel, take this into account. TV -2 Russian channels . Internet is available, works throughout the territory. There are no shops nearby, no infrastructure. Because of the mountain near the hotel, you will not see beautiful sunsets either. The beach is sand, but entering the water is quite a tangible stone. Sun beds, towels on the beach - everything is there. Surprisingly, one day (or rather night), it rained, after which jellyfish appeared in the water, from which blisters appeared on the skin. The hotel staff said at the same time that they did not have jellyfish... but after complaints, they put up signs on the beach - jellyfish in the water. In general, of course you can relax, but this is not a top five for sure and definitely not worth the money. Will I return to this hotel? Definitely not and I will not advise anyone.

A hotel you don't want to go back to!
First, about the disadvantages, of which there were a lot:
1. We were checked into the hotel at 16:00. We were the first guests and arrived at 9 a.m., but we were the last to be checked in and did not meet the usual check-in time, as "the room did not have time to be cleaned." It was only after 15 o'clock that we were given bracelets so that we could at least get drinks.
2. There is no animation at all, the hotel territory is not illuminated and an evening promenade is impossible.
3. The room is cleaned every day, but new towels are not put in, just old ones are folded.
4. The kitchen is disgusting and monotonous, the menu has never changed. There are a lot of meat dishes in sweet sauce - for an amateur. The same fish. The desserts are terrible. There were no fruits except dates, watermelons and melons.
5. Drinks require special attention. At dinner, the waiters carry (or rather should carry) the waiters. However, you will have to wait 30-40 minutes for just a glass of wine and constantly remind yourself of yourself. The waiters do not look at the guests on purpose and try to run past as quickly as possible. The cocktails are diluted and tasteless. Champagne is included only for ultra-all inclusive. We took all inclusive because we didn't know about this nuance.
6. The lobby bar is open from 11:00. It's very sad. Ice cream is given free of charge only to children under 10 years old.
Of the advantages:
1. The sea. It's gorgeous. A sandy beach with a good sunset.
So far we haven't figured out who gives this hotel 5 stars. The service is 0.

Absolutely did not match the expectations. The hotel does not pull in its 5 stars, it does not match in real life with the pictures on the booking. And the most important thing is the bathing area. It's been cut down to the point of horror. Not a beach, but a paddling pool. And if you swim out or swim on the beach behind the pier, they scold you. It's just absurd... what's the money for 🤔
I have visited at least 30 five-star hotels. This one is no match for them, neither in terms of device, nor in terms of territory, nor in terms of entertainment, and even more so in terms of bathing area. It doesn't match the rating at all. The renovation is old and the overall decoration of the hotel. The only thing that has positively sunk into my soul is the staff, who are very responsive.
The rest turned out to be quite good, you can't say anything. But, friends, this is not 5 stars at all, and expand the beach ... on my arrival, the buoy zone in width, that is, the bathing area in width, was cut down as much as possible, so up to 60-80 meters. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel claiming its rating, and for a hotel where such a large number of guests live.

The most terrible hotel (More Like A Boarding House). The service is just wildly not pleasant. Everything is old. It's very dirty everywhere. In the rooms, in the dining room (there is a canteen there), you just trash!
Half of the hotel is closed. No service of any kind. The windows have not been washed for years! All photos are real. Never come there. There will be no rest from the word at all!

We were at the end of June, the hotel is amazing.
Quiet, comfortable, clean. The staff is very polite, everyone is attentive.
The pools are clean, the territory is well maintained.
There is not much food, but there is enough of everything.
Animators entertain both children and adults. Drinks in bars are decent.
We got everything we planned from the vacation!!!

It is not clear why the hotel is five-star. Of the minuses:
-there were constantly not enough towels in the room, several times I had to ask to bring
- cockroaches
-there were no chairs on the balcony, they asked to put them three times, but they never brought them in 10 days
-after checking out of the room, the hotel services cease to operate (that is, you will not be able to go to lunch)
-there are very few sunbeds, which is why you have to take a place in advance

It's a shame that I hurriedly chose a hotel and did not study all the reviews in detail, 30% negative and 70 good. If the hotel is good in its category and stardom, believe me, well, a maximum of 10% will be negative.
The food pulls on Turkey from 3/4 stars. Nothing unusual, but the most important thing is that everything is spicy almost as people wrote, I like it, I like spicy, but there is almost no choice for children, they could dilute the local cuisine (but sometimes there were theme nights and it wasn't so bad). A lot of spices and sauces, the kitchen is boring after 5 days. The feeling that the hotel has never had a renovation, the whole is falling apart. Just like the beach and the sea and the staff is generally friendly and trying. On the plus side, everything. Fujairah is one of the poorest emirates. For a holiday by the sea in the winter season - ideal, warmer than Dubai.
The hotel is family-run, there are few young people. Guests from Russia, the Baltic States, Indians and locals.
I rested in the middle from 15 to 21.12.2021, the sea view is beautiful.
Sea excursion towards Oman, towards the mountain, the cat. it can be seen from the hotel) I would have known - I would not have gone. But they entertained well: banana, snokling, lunch on the boat, fishing, sun beds and charming staff. Who gets seasick in the sea - be careful. I took pills for motion sickness and everything went well. We saw a turtle and colored fish.
The breakfasts are hearty, but the diet is for an amateur.
I took a boarding house with only breakfast, I didn't want to have dinner. But for the sake of gastronomic interest, I went to dinner, bought fresh and shrimp a large portion for $ 24, to be honest, I ate it).
Blankets and pillows with synthetic filler, the mattress is hard, comfortable. Room cleaning every day. I left 5 dirhams for a tip. No dressing gowns, but I didn't need one. There are slippers and shower sets, and they are replenished. They give out rag slippers.
The rooms of the category above the standard are comfortable, large, bright, there is both a bath and a shower. In the bathroom there is a panoramic window into the room, you can close the curtains. Romance.
Swimming pools, bars, diving, hookah in the evenings in the restaurant. I could hear the evening music from the room, but it did not irritate or interfere.
The staff is polite, responsive, some speak and understand Russian.
I got everything I needed from my vacation, I'm happy. But for lovers of impressions, events and excursions, either pre-book your own departures from the hotel private or with a group. Or choose urban Dubai. There's a place on the rental beach from $30. But if there is no desire to lie only on the beach. that's quite convenient.

We were settled only at 15.00. The staff is in no hurry. Food for a dead troika in Turkey. From meat for lunch, only chicken. The rest is tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage. And sweet 2-3 kinds of cakes. The hotel is old, the furniture is worn. The UAE was very disappointed. A vacation for 150 thousand for two with a child could be much better.

We had a rest in February 2024. The hotel, of course, is far from 5*. I would put a maximum of 4*. We arrived early, at about 11 a.m. They gave me towel cards, there is an opportunity to change clothes and go to the beach. But there are no free sunbeds at this time, and the beach towels are over. So we were waiting for check-in in the lobby. The room was given on the 3rd floor, the ocean view is gorgeous. All rooms have a balcony, a table and 2 chairs. There were three of us, but the room was prepared for two, there were no hand towels, glasses, cups... We were able to fully staff the room only the next day after cleaning. The bed is large, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean. The bed is also full-fledged with a good mattress. The room is large, and cleaning is done every day. But they are not cleaned very carefully, the sand is not washed, there is dust under the beds.
Sun beds need to be occupied at 7 a.m., there are few of them. I liked the warm pools and the beach. The beach is clean, the swimming area is fenced with buoys, there are lifeguards.
Animation is weak, we can say that it is not.
The food is normal, there is enough of everything, perhaps, except fish. There is nowhere to go, rest only at the hotel or trips on excursions. But it's a long way to go everywhere, the hotel is isolated, they pick up / bring it last. There is no desire to return to this hotel. I highly do not recommend jeep safaris from this hotel, they are the last to be picked up, you have to sit in the third row of the jeep, not the most successful places.
The hotel is suitable for families with small children, we were bored.

Today 01.03.2023 we stopped at the hotel, and he immediately received his well-deserved first place in the anti-rating of all-inclusive hotels. Starting from the old room stock to the location on the map of the globe.
First, you will take a long time to get to this remote corner of the UAE along deserted roads with stunted vegetation along the roadsides, then you will stop by the city of Dibba itself, the main attraction of which is a cement factory, then you will go further to a place where there are no shops, cafes, nothing at all! And there is no public transport either. You remain cut off, you can say locked in the hotel. So to speak, voluntary prisoners in this prison with poor food, lack of entertainment and terrible, dark and murdered rooms.
Of the advantages, I can only mention the sea - it is there!
I can definitely say that the hotel is not worth the money. I don't understand where the positive reviews that guided us when choosing a hotel come from. Maybe they are custom-made....
