A chic hotel, I definitely recommend it. We met Russian tourists here who are not choosing a Novotel for the first time. We took breakfasts and dinners (dinners can be changed to lunches depending on your plans, which is very convenient). The rooms are clean, cleaned and towels are changed 1-2 times a day, the water in the room is always fresh. There is a free safe and a mini fridge. The bath has shampoo, gel, body lotion and liquid hand soap. There is no hair conditioner, so you can put them in advance. The breakfasts are monotonous, but the lunches and dinners are gorgeous: fish, seafood, lamb, beef, chicken ... everything melts in your mouth. Lots of vegetables, herbs, sweets.

The hotel is a solid four with a beautiful view from the window. Clean, modern room. There are tea accessories, water, tea, sugar are replenished every day. In the bathroom there are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, body cream, bathrobes, slippers. Change of towels and cleaning every day. We took half board, the food was delicious: chicken, beef, fish, salads, meat, sausage in different types, oryachy bread, pastries, vegetables and fruits. Coffee, tea in the morning at the counter, in the evening the waiter brings. Within walking distance of the metro, you have to go through the exhibition center, near the Museum of the future, beautiful streets. Transfer to the beach, to two supermarkets. We were not expecting golden toilets, so we REALLY liked the hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff!

I liked everything, only there are no slippers, toothbrushes and even more needles in the room, but if you ask, everything will be kindly provided. And the split systems are a little strangely adjustable, but if you spend time, you can make comfort. The breakfasts are ordinary. Porridge, scrambled eggs, a couple of cheeses, a couple of sausages. Fruits, juices, coffee, tea. Everything is cleaned quickly, so it's better not to get up from the table if you haven't finished))))

Very nice hotel! Clean, conveniently located, next to the Museum of the future. The staff is friendly. There is a currency exchange office nearby, without going outside. A very nice large pool is not on the roof, a lot of sun beds, two separate changing rooms, towels are provided.

Excellent location if you come to the exhibition at the exhibition center. Decent breakfast, there is a bar, a good gym and an outdoor pool in the courtyard. Of the advantages, only the location and the presence of a hammam. On the downside, the room was constantly damp and did not smell nice. We had a room (female room) for a family of 4 people, but when cleaning, for some reason, only 2 towels were constantly left, despite constant requests, the same applies to tea, mugs, etc. I don't say anything about hygiene products at all, they were only at check-in, they simply weren't left further. The transfer to the sea is poorly organized, because, firstly, there was not enough space on the bus for everyone on the way back, and secondly, there were very rare intervals between trips. From the hotel at 9 and 11 o'clock, and back at 12 and 15 and that's it. I was also outraged by the arrogance of the cleaning staff, while we were not in the room, an employee approached my son and insisted that he put a positive review. In general, I do not recommend it.

Great location! Very clean! There is a fridge, a kettle and drinks in the room. Water bottles are always replenished after cleaning. The bathroom has shampoo and conditioner, cotton pads and sticks, bathrobes, slippers. There is no brush, which was strange. Great breakfast. But very important in terms of the opening and closing time of food. You can't pour yourself a drink there, you have to wait and ask the waiter, who are few in the morning. Coffee is not brewed. If you ask to change dinner for lunch, you need to do it in advance. But not a convenient transfer time to the sea. And there are unscheduled weekends, about which it is not written anywhere. They speak only English, but with a strong accent, sometimes it is difficult to understand them. We stopped by late in the evening, demanded a deposit of $ 100 in cash. There is a swimming pool, but not a big one, if there are more than 10 people it will be difficult to disperse. The coffee shop at the hotel is simply incredible prices.

A five-minute walk in the exhibition center there is an exchange office, which can be reached without leaving the street, there you can also go to the subway (very convenient). Everything is fine at the hotel. The only thing is that there is not enough air, there is no balcony, windows do not open, nothing dries. The transfer to the beach is not convenient in time (round trip), it takes 25-60 minutes to get there - it depends on traffic jams and on possible arrival at the Dubai Mall.

The hotel is designed for business trips, so it seemed to me that the staff communicates too strictly))) Located in a beautiful area near the metro. There is a transfer to the kite beach. What was very good for me was the first flight (transfer) in the morning to the beach at 9 o'clock. You can leave back at 10.25 and later (every hour for several hours). There are no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. This is not exactly a minus, just a remark if someone is counting on them. Overall, the impression was very good.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, near the metro (6 minutes on foot), which takes you to all major locations and Malls (2 stops to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall), the Museum of the Future is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. The staff speaks excellent English, are always ready to help, and are very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were also changed daily. Breakfast is a buffet, several types of juices, always fresh fruits, several types of bread, various croissants and rolls, fresh vegetables and salads, various omelets, several types of cheeses. Next time we will take accommodation with lunches/dinners. Among the disadvantages - not everyone has enough sun beds near the pool, not everyone has a protective canopy from the sun. Two sun beds were always "booked" in the morning by a local employee (perhaps for "their own people", or for paid change) We had a rest in the middle of March, as a couple, we were satisfied. We'll come here again. I will recommend it to my friends.
