we rested at this hotel "Novotel world trade center" from December 17 to December 23, half-pension (HB), we drove from the fan san company (tui) arrived in the morning at 9 o'clock, paid a tourist tax of about 100 AED, then they demanded a deposit of 1000AED ( 18.000rub) from us and explained this by the fact that they did not have a visible payment account, although we bought the tour in advance, in the month of June. we paid out of fright, because the tour operator was not working, it was still 8 am in Moscow at that time. they allegedly gave us a check that we had given 1000 dirhams, and told us to wait until the money was credited to the account. then we contacted our tour operator , to which we were told that everything was paid and this would not have to happen . for about 4 days they tried to take our money from the hotel, but they told us the same thing "we don't see the payment invoice" with grief in half on the 4th day we were able to take our money and then they didn't want to give it back, only after saying about the receipt that we owe them this money, they began to fuss, somewhere to call, etc. well done, the person at the reception said that he would be able to return the deposit that they demanded upon arrival and discussed the receipt.. and the check was in the room and we said that we would bring it now, it took literally 3 minutes, we go down to the lobby and this guy is not seen or heard, we approach another girl and explain everything in 2 circles , she started arguing with us , and wanted us to pay for the tourist tax again , although we this was done immediately upon arrival, but they did not give a check about this procedure))) as a result, we were able to knock out these 1000 dirhams, but we did not understand who was to blame for this situation.. TUI hotel or tour operator . it 's still a mystery , at least 2 more people had this situation , because we also heard their indignant conversations . also, the girl at the entrance to the restaurant did not want to let us in for dinner on the first day, we began to sort out the reception, by this time some waiter came up and told us to pass, in general, after such a case, I do not want to go to this network at all.
