This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service is misleading and feels intentionally dishonest. We were told that the deposit could be used during our stay, but in reality, everything inside is charged separately. This is not transparency — this is deception. The spa was a complete disaster. We tried to book an appointment, but it was rescheduled three times, and in the end, we never got in at all. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer premium service. A special mention to manager Vipin and the reception staff, including the spa reception — completely unhelpful and poorly organized. There was no proper communication, no accountability, just excuses. This level of management is unacceptable. Additionally, our phone number was entered incorrectly twice, which made it impossible for the staff to properly contact us. This is a basic detail that should always be checked, but it was simply ignored. On top of that, just one hour after check-in, a staff member came into our room and took away all the drinks in a bag. This felt extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. Overall, the staff constantly disturbed us — there was no sense of privacy or relaxation. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel — at best, it’s a 2-star experience. Instead of a relaxing holiday, this hotel ruined what was supposed to be a special time for me and my husband. Absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
