A good hotel, monumental, one hall is worth it) large rooms, a little used, but within reason. The breakfast is not bad, but it seemed to me that it was more modest than that of Dukes' neighbor, but better than that of another neighbor (Radisson). Everything else is + - normal.

A great hotel on the artificial island of Palma. It's really big, the staff is on top. Very good cuisine of the main restaurant. There is a small Indian restaurant with specifics, but also not bad cuisine. I didn't really like the beach, large sand. The water in the sea is overheating due to the lack of current, the water is standing, blocked from all sides. We also rested in another Firemont in the UAE, but not in Dubai. So, in comparison, Palm is much cooler and more respectable.

In 2021, when I had my first vacation there, I wrote a negative review. After that, my manager contacted me and asked me to delete It. I refused, saying that I would not remove all the flaws until I saw them with my own eyes. A year later, I specifically stayed at this hotel for three days. Yes, there have been changes. But this time I was in shock. I did not stay at this hotel, but decided to visit my favorite restaurant, Miss little India, located on the territory of the hotel. I have already written about this restaurant. After going down to the minus first floor and walking to the restaurant, one of my family members fell, stepping on ice cream scattered by very "careful" tourists. There was a refrigerator in this place and they sold ice cream. After making a remark to the hotel employee standing next to me, who did not move to pick up the old woman, I drew his attention to the dirty floor, stained with ice cream. I asked to invite the manager, he disappeared, but after three minutes the floors were clean and a sign (careful, slippery floor) was placed on the floor, which was not there. Never stay in this hotel. I strongly advise against it. None of the hotel staff even came up and apologized. Once again, after asking the manager to invite them, the ice cream tray was closed and everything disappeared in 1 minute. It's a pity that a good establishment is located on the territory of this worthless hotel.

I rested with the children from April 28 to May 3, paid for three meals a day. As a result, the first days lunch was waited for an hour, then one day they said that the restaurant was reserved and did not feed at all. On the second day, we ran out of beach towels and were given out only an hour later. Reception does not solve any questions. There is a queue at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, because the staff takes a very long time to seat everyone. We paid for a room with a sea view, gave a corner room where the sea is visible if you just look around the corner. A disgusting hotel for that kind of money.

Great location. Large rooms with terraces. Comfortable, beautiful places by the pool. Segregation of guests by service level. The hotel is in Arabic style, but is quite concise in design. There is a small place for swimming in the bay. The water blooms (goes out). You can walk along the entire coastline along the shore. The beach at the hotel "beggar". Just really bad.

Meager breakfasts, the beach has been reduced by 2 times and there are not enough sunbeds, it's a queue in the morning! Mattresses and umbrellas are old and torn, the beach is dirty, there is garbage in the water, they smoke right on the sun beds! There is a football area nearby, although it was possible to move away from the sea and put more sun beds! The water in the pool is icy, the only food on the beach is fast food! The shower room on the beach barely works and it was possible to raise the floor so that there was no puddle! Constantly around repairs and noise from construction sites! There is still a lot to write! The hotel is dying! Too bad!

Friendly staff, solving any issue, helped a lot and advised what and how in this country. Russian-speaking! The breakfast is very, very good and varied. Dinner is also good, 4 restaurants to choose from, with excellent cuisine, no drinks (water and drinks are paid). The pool is heated for adults and children, children are always supervised by lifeguards. there are not enough sun beds, but you can go to the beach. Oakushechny beach, you need to be careful, you can cut yourself! Along the coast of Alea, it's nice to take a walk in the evening, after dinner!!! Room service is daily, high-quality.
