We had a family vacation in this hotel in July. We also read the reviews and were a little afraid. But all the bad expectations were not confirmed. Let's start with the fact that we rested everywhere at least 5 stars, now we have lowered the level a little because of the prices. We chose dates and flights with arrival in the morning to arrive at the hotel by the time of check-in. So Irina, very friendly and smiling, gave us and our friends rooms right next to each other. The rooms are old, of course, we thought about asking for another one, but we conducted an "investigation" and realized that they are almost all like twins. Except for the 800 building, where the beds are bunk beds for children. The food is definitely not monotonous, well, really - every day there was different meat, kebabs, mutton, tuna, some other fish, various fruits. The hotel is not big, the smallest of those where we were, but there is a plus in this - there are not many people, you can always find a dream in the dining room, there were enough sunbeds on the beach. The bar always has wine, local whiskey and vodka, and cold beer. Guys always, if asked, will make both adult cocktails and children's ones. The most important thing is the sea, sooooo clean and warm. Of course, there were a lot of little things - the table did not have time to be cleaned after the previous guests - yes, ask, they will come and clean everything quickly, they came later - there was a delicious fish, but it ran out by our arrival, they did not bring more, but there was meat and we did not stay hungry. We just tried not to be late for dinner next time.. one wall lamp did not work in the room, I wanted to call Irina, but then I figured it out - I just had to turn off the lamp and everything chattered. In short, if you are going on vacation, and not looking for some unrealistic five-point qualities in an inexpensive solid four, you can safely go.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Unfortunately, this year the hotel has problems with food (the food is not tasty, everything is salted and peppered). If you are traveling with children, it will be difficult to feed them. I put 3 just over the sea and a comfortable beach with a pleasant entrance with small pebbles, you can without slippers. A beautiful and green area with lots of plants. The rest of the hotel is bad, especially the food. It's very unsightly, sloppily served, just go away. The quality of the food is very low, the meat dish is always the same: mostly chicken, and sometimes over-salted. Once there were only offal from meat! Completely inedible and tough. I didn't even realize what it was. There is no question of any children's menu. Salads cannot be called salads. Of the meat for lunch, there were only flies in the salad - this is about this hotel. Once the meat was really sour and stank. I had to immediately complain to the staff, only after that they took it away. How can you work like this?.. The fruits are also inedible, only the watermelon was more or less. The rest tastes inedible: some kind of green sour plums, grapes of the same taste... Oranges are scary and wrinkled. They don't know how to make cocktails. They just pour soda and add syrup. Mojito is very funny - it's a sprite with a dried mint leaf and a quarter of an orange or lemon. It was very funny looking at such a service. Once there was no tea, it turned out that it would be gone for 2 days. It turns out that they have constant supply disruptions, problems with planning. There have been no cucumbers and tomatoes for days... You can only eat Turkish cuisine from food: rice, bulgur, chickpeas, stewed vegetables. I liked okra the most, I recommend this dish. The promised snacks from 14 to 16 are the lowest quality nuggets, potatoes, and onion rings are just crackers... We went to the reception to write complaints twice about the food. And they verbally made their comments. The staff does not understand either Russian or English at all. The guys are doing the cleaning, to wash the floor for them is to spray the product on the floor and wipe it 1 time with a rag. That is, in fact, you have this product on the floor ... Towels of normal quality, they change if you throw them on the floor. The slide is good for kids, I recommend it. But unfortunately it doesn't always work. It was turned on at 11 o'clock for an hour. I haven't seen it anymore. If they don't turn it on, demand it. Otherwise, they'll just score. There is no animation. But we don't need it. The disadvantage is that you could hear the discos of the neighboring hotel until 12. When we were there, the hotel from Akman was renamed to a new name. I didn't remember it, but it's already called something else on Google. It is hoped that all the disadvantages are related to the rebranding. But in fact, now it's not a 4, and I wouldn't even give a three, because we were in the top three of a decent level. We needed the sea in the immediate vicinity. The floor is generally dirtier than on the street. The food is very poor, neither in the evening nor in the morning, lunch is already better, but it is very far to 4 *. The wine in the bar is mediocre, strong like the norm. Dirt and debris all over the area: a dining room, a beach with dirty dishes, public toilets are something. Of the advantages: excellent sea, the first line of the beach for four and a lot of greenery and that's it. . In the evening, they promised to do a general cleaning the next day. A day has already passed and silence. Why they put you in a room where you need to do general cleaning, no one can say. We talked with several neighbors, everyone writes complaints to the operator. The attached photos do not fully convey the deplorable state. Guides are useless in the matter of replacing the hotel.

They offered a lunch box for a snack in which there were two pieces of sausage, two plums and a waffle. They went to bed hungry. The rooms are renovated, the mattresses and pillows are all hard-it is impossible to sleep, the sides hurt! The extra chair on which you can also sleep is very creaky. The rooms are poorly cleaned and dirty. Food is a separate story. It is monotonous (pasta, potatoes and chicken). The only plus is watermelons and melons for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Somehow they settled in, but here it turns out to be the most terrible kitchen, finished fruits, small green pears, oak plums, green oranges, it's all in small quantities, all people lacked. There is only one chicken from the diet, everything is tasteless more. This is my third time in Turkey, I have not seen this. Yes, the sea is good and clean, but we pay money not only for the sea. No fruit could be taken out of the hall, eat here, even if you burst or shit yourself. And no one believed that fruits should be eaten either before meals or no earlier than 2 hours after. You tell them that I want to eat later, they say eat here, you can't take it out, you can in other hotels, but you can't in their place. In general, I will never go there myself and I do not advise others. The one who has not been anywhere is happy. And then they say, yes, it will do for Russians anyway. There is no place to walk around the neighborhood, since the hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, on the left there are 2 hotels and ruins from an abandoned construction site, on the right there is a very expensive pharmacy, a small street selling slate and swimwear and abandoned hotels again. There is only one bus to Kemer. The Internet is paid and catches only in the reception building and in the lobby. Russian Russian and English are spoken by the staff only by the administrators, the rest of them understand Russian very poorly. The room is cleaned when it is convenient for the staff, and we were literally kicked out of the room, although we only came to change clothes. The bed linen was changed to clean with stains)) Towels were changed every three days. The slide only worked for an hour. The children's room was open 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening according to the schedule. In fact, the room was closed for all 14 days. The sports animator smoked in the bushes and was so "active" that a maximum of 5 people attended her classes. I've been doing various sports for a long time, but it's the first time I've met aqua aerobics in the sea))) When the vacationers were outraged that the minidisko literally had 3 songs, they added three more)). There were very interesting contests on the topic of bursting a balloon without hands and getting a pencil into a bottle. Cuisine: breakfast, lunch and dinner, snacks are prepared between them (pizza and grilled tortillas, nuggets). Porridges and soups are not on the menu. More precisely, the soup is diluted tomato juice in which they offer to put crackers and lemon, porridge for breakfast was offered only 2 times from rice, which was not eaten at dinner))The design of the kitchen is very beautiful. In general, if you just eat to swim, sunbathe and love shawarma, nuggets and kebabs, this is a wonderful place. You can leave the room immediately in a swimsuit and return in it, but if you are interested in something other than the sea and barbecue, then not here). It takes a very long time to go on an excursion, since the hotel is located, once again, on the outskirts of the village of Chamyva. Oh, yes, cats walk freely around the hotel and if you live on the 1st floor and you have a balcony open, tailed guests can come to you (allergy sufferers are also not here)). Two of the cats who came to the restaurant were very ill. They drooled to the floor, their fur was in shreds, in general, an abomination and horror (I love animals, but not this kind next to the table where I eat!). We asked the staff to take action and call the animal rescue service, but for 5 days no one came and it was...c, the staff just scared away sick cats. How to rate this hotel is up to you. I'm not going anymore. And yes, the gardener and the boys at the reception desk are great and do their job well, the rest is just off the hook

Food. We have been to the restaurant 5 times. The assorted food is very weak. Margarine, one chicken or powders, there is no other meat. The fish is only mackerel, which is eaten the next day in stew. There are no tea and coffee cups in paper cups (leaking) at all. The dishes are of various sizes, scanty fruits. One cake for dinner is the only happiness for vacationers.The territory is cramped and well maintained. The sea is close, the entrance is normal, the beach itself is a shame, it is practically not cared for, different sun beds and shameful mattresses, the only rusty shower, there is no toilet. I don't want to continue. We survived for 36 hours and went to a trusted hotel in Side. I didn't expect this from the reviews.

The stairs in the pool are broken. There is no professional bartender in the bar, they do not know how to make cocktails. There is Russophobia. When ordering any Russian music, they turn it off. They play Turkish music. No one speaks Russian. Or they pretend they don't understand.. The hammam is not bad, but the territory is dirty there. Steam room without light. The administration was told twice , but nothing has changed. There are more flies than people in the so-called restaurant. They sit on all the food. From food - Turkish cuisine - bulgur, peas, corn. There's nothing to eat for breakfast. There are no soups for lunch, except cream soup-always. Everything is not tasty. No vegetables, fruits, fodder. A variety of cakes, yes. That's all. One thing is beautiful - the sea. It doesn't pull in 4 stars. And the photos of the hotel are not all valid. The reception is not this hotel at all.

We rested with our family from 7.10.19-10.20.19. It took 1.5 hours to get to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband and I were scared and did not even want to go in, the first impression was terrible, but after walking through the territory we calmed down a little. The pool was small and the tiles there were very old and striped, people often cut themselves on it (we did not swim there) there is one water slide. The restaurant is located next to the pool and it is also very small and is not designed for as many people as there are in the hotel. Everything is very poor in food, chicken is not always there, there was fish (I don't know what), several times they gave rotten vegetables, chicken (people made a remark and they were immediately taken away) watermelon, apples, melon, orange and once there was a pomegranate. We were at the end of the season and the lobby bar was already closed, it was completely closed and only worked by the pool. Animation is generally a separate story!!!! The owner of the hotel felt that she was not needed at the end of the season, although the hotel was full and there were a lot of children, since October 15 the guys were fired and the hotel became even more boring, especially for children!!! There was still a cook at the bar frying tortillas in the afternoon and he was also fired..... and the food turned out to be breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is no snack in the afternoon.. How is that even possible???? The hotel is not worth what you paid for it at all!!!! The sea is of course excellent, transparent, the entrance is small pebbles. My conclusion is that the hotel owner does not think about his guests at all about the reputation of the hotel, but wants to earn more and cut back on what was stated earlier. We will definitely not return to this hotel and will not recommend it.

This hotel offers a maximum of 2 stars. It's dirty, no one cleans the rooms, the hotel grounds, or the beach. Today I slipped in a puddle near the coffee machine, because puddles are typical for this hotel. The service is at zero, especially Irina's work (at the reception), which is supposed to help and solve problems, but in fact does nothing. Don't believe the good reviews, because everyone here wants to check out of this hotel (except those who have never been to good hotels)
