We returned from this "hotel" yesterday. We arrived at the hotel after lunch, at the reception we were met by their wonderful administrator Irina, you will not understand whether she is joking or serious. We good-naturedly handed her a large chocolate bar, bought from the bottom of our hearts on the advice of the tour operator. To be given a more or less normal room. But, it was not there, the overeager Irina took our Russian gift as a matter of course. Without even thanking you. And God be with her, we did not expect this. After checking in, we went to get acquainted with the territory. At first glance, at first there was just horror, everything was shabby, scary and squalid. The restaurant (if you can call it that) is dirty, the tablecloths are crumpled, the tables and chairs are terribly old, the coffee and tea area is simply beyond words dirt, dirt is solid dirt.!!! everything is filled with flies, they are just residents there and they are treated better than guests there. The staff is wearing clothes dirty from eating. The leisure area is squalid, the bar is filthy, it's even a pity for the bartender boys, but they are very nice and friendly. (Perhaps from the entire staff)There is always no ice in the bar, beer is constantly running out, there is no declared alcohol, the boys have to constantly justify themselves to the guests. What is gorgeous in this hotel is only the SEA! It is divinely pure, and this is a merit of nature. Thanks! Thank you so much for him. During our stay of 10 days, we looked at the territory a little bit, there is a lot of greenery. The gardener takes care of her, he is respected. Nutrition, if you can call it that.. For flies, of course, this is not 4 stars, but all 10.This hotel is just for them. People are not appreciated there. People are treated like pigs. A lot of sourness, it seemed that day after day, everything that was not eaten was mixed, and served to the guests again. The grill is always uncooked, the elementary chicken that is given there for breakfast, lunch and dinner is always raw, cutlets of unknown origin are always raw. Garnish with rice, rice, forever rice... We've had enough for the year ahead. Buns in individual packages with mold, look carefully.! The dishes are dirty, there is a constant shortage of them. For the first couple of days, we were a little glad that there were no queues at least. But, the joy disappeared on the 3rd day. All the staff deliberately creates these queues. The staff, including the host, does not listen to complaints from guests. They don't give a damn about us. Just give me the money. Therefore, People, do not be fooled by the good reviews about this hotel, they are 100% purchased. The sea is Yes and once again yes. But, it's better to see another hotel along this line.
