If you come to this salon, prepare for the fact that you will have to wait a very long time. Today is Sunday, there are only two operators working. Both accept any kind of visitors, there is no separation. When you take the ticket, keep in mind that, depending on the choice, those who arrived later than you may pass earlier. I need to buy a SIM card. I took the "individual services" coupon - it's been 40 minutes. Everyone who came after me has already passed. I went and got another coupon for "connecting individuals". Let's see which one will be called earlier. It's not a logical system. In front of me, the operator in window #2 called the number that comes later only because older people came up to her and asked. And then she called the number that was before them. Go to the salon with a live queue, you will spend less time.

Very bad. Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. I moved the room, went to the store for a special rate, they refused to transfer it, and I need to go for the rate again. Some genius figured out how to store the status of a mobile app in notifications. Twice it happened that a notification about the transfer stage was received (the first time you need to pay, the second time you need to add an eSIM), but when you click on them, nothing happens in the application and there is nothing new. I'm writing to the chat, waiting for something again, and so on for a couple of days. I left the country, added eSIM, I can't activate it abroad - you can only connect roaming in the store. I can't log into my personal account without a SIM card. I can't go back to the old provider - for a fee and after 90 days. I use their home Internet and also had problems with the connection and violated the deadlines provided a couple of years ago. I was hoping that something had changed, but the service is still disgusting.
