I would also like to add a review about the work of a specialist. Initially, I thought that he was the only one who had questions about the service and communication with the client. But no, it turns out that the specialist is also doing his job. I approached him with a simple request - to update his passport data in connection with the name change. As a result, I had to go to another point, because the specialist changed everything except the last name... I really want such a large company as a1 to pay attention to employee training. Both customer service, as well as functionality and (it would seem obvious, but judging by the reviews of other customers of this point of sale) products.
