An authentic boutique hotel in the old town, between the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia, a 10-minute walk away. Excellent location to explore these attractions. The hotel itself is furnished with wonderful handmade furniture inlaid with mother-of-pearl, which undoubtedly gives it a chic and oriental flavor. For this, he has been awarded various prizes more than once. The rooms are cozy, with oriental charm. It was the first time I met such a feature: each towel is packed in a personalized canvas bag, which is of course very nice, but you have to work to unpack them. All in all, it's a great hotel. The disadvantages include breakfast, a fairly limited range of dishes and somehow tasteless.

A wonderful hotel in the historical center of the city. The location is perfect, you can easily walk and get around quite a few iconic sights of Istanbul. The hotel itself and the service left the most pleasant impression. Everything you need in the rooms, excellent quality linen, pillows, mattresses. Bathrobes, towels - all in separate textile covers. Of course, the key here is the wonderful design and high-quality execution, the way the details are thought out. Excellent sound insulation allows you to have a great rest and sleep, which is often a problem in other hotels in the area. Breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor with a beautiful panorama. The staff is polite, friendly, friendly, unobtrusive. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I accidentally came across the hotel while walking around the city. We decided to stay for 2 nights. I didn't regret it for a second. It contrasts very strongly with the area where it is located - in a rather boring gray area, away from the sights and main streets, there is a palace made of gold and marble. Enter the main gate of the palace and find yourself in a fairy tale! There are rich interiors, carpets, furniture, and everything around is handmade from expensive and refined materials. The whole hotel is like the sultan's palace and the guests get the feeling that they are royalty. At the meeting, they are treated to drinks - the children were offered delicious lemonades, tea or coffee for adults, all with sweets - delicious onions, dates, etc. The staff corresponds to this palace - everything is as delicate, inconspicuous, and fast as possible - top class. Communication in Russian is no problem. We took a room with breakfast - it takes place on the top floor - and in this hotel for the first time I came across the fact that at a buffet breakfast you don't have to walk around the room and choose food - here it is brought on carts to the table - you are sitting at a huge table with one of the best views of the Bosphorus, and past the table carts with phenomena are passing by, you just show what you need. The breakfast is very refined - for example, I counted only more than 12 types of sweet jams, more than 10 types of elite cheeses - you can continue to describe breakfast in this hotel indefinitely. The use of the hammam is also included in the price, and it is divided into men's and women's time. There is a full-fledged spa complex - there is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, relaxation rooms, etc. For an additional fee, the wife and daughter took a range of services in the hammam - their own with foam - in a huge amount of foam - were completely delighted. If you are not strapped for funds or want to feel like a sultan/sultana, then definitely go here.

There are generally only 2 Four Seasons and Ajwa hotels of this level in Istanbul's old town. We went to Ajwa for the stunning interiors - the mother-of-pearl inlaid furniture is amazing throughout the hotel. Good cosmetics, very close to everything. Quiet and comfortable. On the downside: the rooms are quite small. A 2-stroke pool, to sit rather than swim. Lack of options for allergy sufferers in the restaurant.

A cool hotel in the very center of Istanbul, close to the sights. Beautiful, expensive interior, gorgeous views of the Bosphorus and the city, great breakfast and perfect service. The staff is friendly, the service is honed to the maximum, the rooms have Roberto Cavalli cosmetics. We were pleasantly surprised. We will be happy to come back again. Recommend 👍🏻

Positive: beautiful interiors (wood, mother-of-pearl), delicious breakfast food (a varied buffet with local salads and honeycombs), a pillow catalog to choose from. Cons: you are forced to pay horse tips (upon check-in, you give mandatory consent that you will pay for the tip), the staff compulsively offer to order a transfer through them (at each meeting at the reception they come up with an offer), the glass in the shower let water through, and therefore the bathroom floor was constantly flooded with water

A lovely, beautiful hotel! Close to the center. The design of the rooms is fabulous in the truest sense of the word! It's like getting into a fairy tale of the East)) Furniture is my love, a work of art! This is the first time I've seen the most delicate silk carpets laid in the rooms! The breakfasts are delicious, the range of products is rich. And the view! Breakfast with a sea view is already a delight! I would like to visit this hotel again!

Great hotel. It definitely justifies its 5*. The interior, of course, immediately immerses in the Oriental style. The concierge and the receptionist, Leila, speak Russian very well. Very clean, the cleaning is excellent. Very friendly and caring staff. Good breakfasts, omelet is probably the most delicious I've ever tasted) There's a great cafe MIVAN 5 meters away, prices are 2 times lower than cafes in Sultanahmet, huge portions and sooo delicious! I'll leave them a separate review.

The hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel. There are a lot of beautifully dressed smiling staff, they open the door at the entrance and exit, help with luggage, carved furniture in the lobby, carpets, an expensive restaurant with a view, in general, everything is as it should be to maintain a reputation. Our room was not small with 2 Windows and a "view" of the sea, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a bidet, clean. The interior is European, but with Turkish charm. Everything you needed was: shampoo, gel, shower cap, nail file, toothbrushes, razor, washcloths, cream, soap, towels, bathrobes, slippers, a small make-up mirror, hair dryer, all sorts of things for shoes, etc. Cosmetics, as they wrote, are expensive, but I didn't appreciate it, because I don't really understand. Each item is packed in a separate bag, even a roll of toilet paper was under a fancy cap. There was even a pillow menu and you could ask to bring, for example, an orthopedic one. The room also had free compliments from the hotel in the form of nuts and dried fruits and a paid mini-bar. The breakfasts are quite good: a large selection of cheeses, olives, fruits, vegetables, pastries, good coffee, delicious orange juice. Egg dishes can be ordered. What was missing in the room was water. The only free soda was and it wasn't brought every day. I've had enough and you've had enough. There was also no "do not disturb" sign, so we were constantly being broken into. Of course, this is not exactly a minus, you could have asked for a sign. They cleaned the room 3 times in 4 days, once they allegedly did not want to disturb us, although we were not in the room. The cleaning is bad. They change towels, stuff things in their places, but cups, for example, are not washed, new tea, water is not brought. Don't try to pay for the view! We paid for the sea view, it's not a view, it's a profanity. I'll attach a photo. They also offer to move into a corner room for a fee, the view is a little better there, but it's not worth it anyway. The location is not bad, close to the sights of the old town. But the hotel is located among the market and dirty streets, which is not very pleasant. I really hoped to visit the spa with my husband, it turned out that men and women are allowed separately. Family visits can only be arranged after 22:00. In general, the entrance to the spa is fully paid, even in the pool you just can't swim. It is a pity that I did not take pictures of the prices, but from memory about 8000 thousand rubles per visit for 40 minutes. We went to the restaurant once in the evening, the taste of the dishes is 7 out of 10, the price for 2 second courses and 2 drinks (no alcohol) is 7000 rubles. Upon departure, they were asked to pay a compulsory tip of 10 euros per day. Interestingly, when I signed this paragraph with my not very good knowledge of the language, there was no Russian-speaking staff to explain everything to me. And when I said that I didn't want to pay, because I wasn't happy with the service and generally tipped everywhere anyway, then a girl with knowledge of Russian appeared on one, two, three. Well, we paid 40 euros for 4 days at a predatory rate. To summarize, I will say that I never regret money for travel, but in this case it turns out that I bought not positive impressions, but experience. I advise you to look for another hotel in another area for your vacation.

The plus of this hotel is the location, 5 minutes to all the iconic sights of Istanbul, a wonderful panoramic restaurant, minus the work of the maids and the reception, they did not clean very well, and most importantly, they did not leave drinking water and shampoo twice during cleaning, although we left a request for this at the reception!

Very clean, located in the very tourist center. Highly overvalued in terms of prices. We were greeted upon arrival with an offer to rent an even more expensive room (not a bonus, but active sales were engaged instead of greeting!). The whole hotel is decorated with artificial stone, like the countertop in the kitchen. Low ceilings, audibility from the hallway - woke up to the noise of the neighbors a couple of times. The beds are very soft, you sleep like in a pit, it was uncomfortable. The view from the windows at the queue of transport ships to the port and the local rusty self-construction (I took the upper floors, I could not overpay for it). Uncomfortable chairs in the room with hard backs. an uncomfortable bathroom, into which it is very difficult to step over a 30cm wide side. Instead of a hygienic shower, a bidet. There are no Russian TV channels! The area itself is not very good, there is shit, devastation and market chaos all around - Galata is much better.

An authentic hotel - a good location - very convenient to get around and quite close to popular attractions. The service is forgetful- sometimes they forget something, they have to leave notes))) The concierge is convenient but it seemed a little useless - some requests could not be processed) the breakfasts are delicious - the view is amazing. But in the end, it seems to me that it is overrated. A lot of emphasis was placed in the wrong place :) In general, everything is fine.

Greetings, fellow travelers!!! Traveling to Istanbul is a very peculiar emotion, but! Fortunately, I can only say good things about this hotel, closing my eyes to micro-flaws. The hotel is 5 stars, the service is excellent! The transfer is met from the airport by a branded one, a person with a tablet is waiting for you and will take you to a hotel imbued with the spirit of the entire Turkish culture. Starting from the interior and ending with delicious dinners in the restaurant! But there's a small flaw right away, I'll tell you about it later 😁 The staff is very friendly, but not everyone speaks Russian, but they know English well, and our favorite sign language works everywhere))) I didn't go to the hammam, but I think he's cool at the hotel... I'll have to go next time for sure 😁 The keys are convenient for rooms, you will not lose them, a leather case, everything is luxurious and rich. The rooms look like sultan's, all the furniture looks very nice, as if it were antique. The bathroom looks like a hammam. And here's a small flaw... namely, it was difficult for me personally to find food for breakfast. A varied buffet, but the food is peculiar. You can order scrambled eggs / porridge / egg Benedict from the menu, etc., but the buffet is weak. But at dinner, the whole morning picture is turned upside down!!! Bombically delicious! What's wrong with breakfast? Well, maybe I'm being picky personally.… Upon leaving the hotel, they gave a small gift in the form of a cup, a trifle, but it's nice😁
