Good day to everyone. 2 adults and a child had a rest in June 2024. We liked it:1. the territory is big, beautiful, lots of greenery, flowers; 2. a gentle sandy approach to the sea (for children it's the most), 3.a varied menu for dinner (meat of different types, shrimp on the grill), for breakfast and lunch I can not characterize it that way, 4. Visiting restaurants a la carte. 5. Evening entertainment programs. 6. The condition of the room (we lived in a bungalow near the main restaurant, clean room,sanitary equipment, too, without comments,daily cleaning with a change of towels and replenishment of water). In short, for the solid 4 hotel. I would like to say a special thank you to Natalia Riffa, a consultant at the TEZ-tour travel agency, for her help in choosing a tour. Now only for her next year !

I liked the hotel. The staff, delicious varied food (both salmon and shrimp, meat is varied), the standard rooms are modest, but everything is clean. The animation team is also happy - there is something to do during the day and interesting shows in the evening.

We had a rest in 2023. Everything is fine, 4 for sure! The beach to the left of the hotel is sand. There is little landscaping... It's a little boring. And also in the central restaurant, the very intrusive waiters are terribly annoying. On the first day, I thanked him with a dollar and a kick-ass... they grazed us in great demand... and they were begging for it. Of course, it was really annoying. But in general, you can relax well. We lived in a bungalow, everything is OK, we were lucky.. everything was working! Room service for 5. You can always find a place on the beach. There is a bar on the beach and by the pool. There is a restaurant on the beach where you can have a full meal, there are shawarma and burgers.
The food is excellent, varied, fish, several types of meat, liver, pizza, barbecue different every day, 2 times a week seafood (shrimp, crabs, squid). There are a lot of pastries, delicious. Peanut halva. Everyone will find something to their liking. The food is delicious, there is something to feed the child. The disadvantage is that tea and coffee only in the morning, for lunch and dinner cola, juice diluted with water. There are cut fruits, melons, guava, dates. Delicious coffee is available in the lobby bar. You can sign up for an Ala carte restaurant-Italian, Mongolian, Oriental. We rested in Aladin from 07/25.24 to 08/04/14.Let's start with the positive aspects: this is an active animation, the guys are trying very hard, great fellows:Dashulya, Gleb, Vlada, Justin, we already miss you. The guys are always visible and audible. There are good shows every night, and during the day, there is something to do.Dasha-you are the best!!!!!!. Food:not bad, but as already noted, the breakfasts are very meager. Meat eaters will have a hard time in the morning. It is clear that there is no such variety at home, but when coming on vacation, you want to eat delicious and varied food. Lunches and dinners are better....but also not always. As already noted, the Aladin hotel has the same owner with the Ali Baba and Jasmine hotels (inactive), so in Ali Baba the food is gorgeous, very different from Aladin, but the truth is that the price during our vacation was higher for him. The territory is great, big, green, lots of places for photos. We took a photo shoot and were satisfied. The beach is fine here too, there are three of them. We swam on Aladin beach-a good entry into the sea (to the right of the pier), sand, a little bit passed and already deep, all without complaints. There are few fish, but we knew about it. Wonderful enclosures with monkeys, we often went to feed them (mango and grapes are especially respected). And now about the sad thing, for which I lower my rating-this is a disgusting moment when checking in. We arrived at about 12 a.m., fed and settled in the old, inactive rooms of the Jasmine hotel (I repeat one owner). Yes, everything works in them, but the rooms are dead, with old furniture, terrible air conditioning, dust in the rooms, a pipe in the wall in the form of a shower without a safe. They asked to relocate, and the reception told them to wait until the morning. In the morning, when meeting with the guide, he promised assistance for relocation ......., but for buying excursions that are much more expensive than those of private traders (on the Internet, on the street). If you don't buy a tour, you won't be friends with the guide, it was announced in plain text. We were a big company-we were bought, everyone was relocated, and after that a normal vacation began. The hotel apologized for the inconvenience caused in the form of fruit in each room. But a very unpleasant aftertaste remained. We signed a paper stating that we have no complaints about the hotel room after relocation.They explain this by the fact that there is a very large flow of tourists, there are not enough places for everyone in Aladin, however, I have not met foreigners who are accommodated in inactive Jasmine rooms (there are a huge number of Germans and Poles in the hotel). Only Russian tourists complain about this problem. I would like to mention the wonderful work of Oksana (the girl who writes ala-cards to restaurants). Very friendly, trying to solve your problems. A super cool vacation turned out at this hotel!
The sea is excellent, the beach can be chosen for every taste - with a rocky entrance and fish underfoot, with a sandy entrance, with swings. Everything is nearby. An incredibly colorful area due to the huge number of well-groomed flowering plants. The food in the hotel itself is excellent, but the rooms are really tired, although repairs are in full swing. We didn't regret for a second that we chose this hotel. There is a shopping center nearby, we took a taxi, called through the app. There are no problems getting to the city either, you can also take a taxi. We visited Italian restaurants a la carte, we went very far on the beach, Mongolian is a bit strange, for an amateur, but it will go for a change.

We had a rest in 2023. I liked the hotel and the area. A sea of soup. We were swimming to the left of the hotel. The beach is sandy, wide. There are sun beds and hedges from the sun. The water park is gorgeous. The territory of the hotel is huge.
There are remote buildings from the sea. But we got it in a two-storey building, opposite the children's playground and the main restaurant. There is a children's club.
There are shops within walking distance on the territory of the hotel and beyond the territory.
To the question of whether we would like to visit this hotel again, I will definitely answer Yes. There is something to compare it with, including 5 star hotels. I liked Aladdin more!

We had a rest in Aladdin in October 2023. I really liked it! The territory is awesome, large, well maintained. Everything is blooming and smelling! The beach on the first line is for every taste: there is a beach with corals, and sandy, and for children. There were always towels and sun beds. The beach bar was also open non-stop.
Food - I liked everything. The service in the restaurant is just great! The waiters are running like certified! They bring, take away, cover, clean, and smile at the same time! At the entrance to the restaurant, there are always administrators who seat guests at empty tables, so we did not have any queues! The food was very tasty. Every evening there is a new main course. There was an extra table for the children.
We lived in a one-story bungalow. But in Aladdin there are rooms in two-storey buildings. The plumbing, of course, is not new, but everything is decent and in working order. There was always hot water, the air conditioner was working. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, the water supply in the refrigerator was replenished daily too. We were satisfied with everything! In fact, the room was needed to take a shower, spend the night and change clothes, because they appeared in it after midnight (after the evening program), and in the morning at 8-9.00 they left for breakfast, and then, then on an excursion, then just to the sea. In general, we liked Aladdin (by the way, in Egypt it is written Aladdin)! We recommend it! We will definitely go there again.
Of course, everyone's tastes, views, needs and requests are different. This hotel, in our opinion, deserves a solid 4+.

We were at the hotel from 31.07 to 08.08.24. I put two stars, one for the beach, and one for the food. Everything else: the work of the hotel guide from anex tour, the staff at the reception and the room is a complete failure.
At night, they checked into a room with a faulty shower, the hose was gushing harder than from a watering can. There was not enough towels for the child. We said this at a meeting with the guide, he wrote down all our comments, but nothing had changed by the evening. The next day, they told the guide and the reception staff again, and again nothing!
It was only on the third day after arrival that we managed to get towels and a shower fixed. The room is very tired, dusty and unwashed. There are only 2 sockets for the entire room - one above the bedside table, the other near the floor by the window, in the bathroom only for a razor. The electronic door lock was also malfunctioning, it could start beeping at any moment, you had to open and close the door to shut up, sometimes several times. On the 5th day, the air conditioner broke down (there is a centralized air conditioning system), it was repaired in an hour. On the eve of departure, the hotel started having problems with electricity, and now everyone was sitting without lights and air conditioning. In the rooms of our bungalow line, there was no electricity for several hours, I had to put the child in a hot and stuffy room. At the reception, I and other guests who also came to get information were simply waved off, no one even apologized for the inconvenience! It's a pity the time that was spent on solving everyday issues, that's not why we came on vacation.
I'm definitely not going to this hotel anymore.

We chose hotels for a long time , we wanted to visit another one , but unfortunately we didn 't get the dates . We stopped at Aladin . The territory is large , the gardeners are great fellows. They work tirelessly day and night . The territory is well maintained . The room is cleaned every day.
About the number, there is a big BUT . We took a standard room marked with a large bed. We were settled in the old territory of "jasmine". Although everyone at the reception says that it's Aladdin now , but there are no such rooms on the hotel map. The fact remains the fact (jasmine). The beds are literally poured into the floor , it is not possible to connect them . The bathroom is adjacent and small, the air conditioner did not work all the time and the phone is called at the reception. After the evening animation, you go to the room in the stuffiness and you also have a condom that doesn't work. We had this problem 4 times during the whole vacation. On the last day of my vacation, I woke up at 7 a.m. , because the room was hot and there was no conde . And the further the employee got us when checking in, the wider my eyes were. We are sushi lovers and went with high expectations, but alas. Sushi is all sour , seasoned with ordinary vinegar . Tom yam spicy soup , rice and coconut milk are not served with the dish . The broth contains undissolved spices , mushrooms and pieces of shrimp . A combination of spicy and sour 🔥

Terrible vacation!!!We had a rest with our family from 08/27 to 09/5/2024. The territory of the hotel is large, green, I liked it. Originally settled in the bungalow of the old Jasmine Hotel, this is a terrible place. To go from the reception, where all events are held nearby, is very far away in the heat with children with a stroller. I had to pay about $100 for the best room on the 2nd floor, everything was fine here except for the shower. The shower reminded me of the showers at the children's camp. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory: quiet and main. On the second day of rest, my children of 12 and 3 years old and I took a dip in the main pool, after which, after a couple of hours, the children's temperature rose and diarrhea began. The condition worsened, the temperature did not go down, it stayed around 40 degrees! According to the insurance, we went to the Jasmine hospital, which is located nearby. The children were put on a drip, their temperature was brought down. At 22.00 o was allowed into the hotel. The next day, the same situation was at lunch, plus vomiting joined in. Our condition was terrible, this is not a vacation, but a horror!! We went to the hospital again and were hospitalized. They lay under the IV for another 2 days. It turned out that this is a very common situation in this hotel. While we were in the hospital, we met a lot of such children who were dealing with a similar situation. And also after discharge, we talked on the territory of the hotel with other vacationers whose children also got sick after swimming or going to the water park at the nearby Ali Baba hotel. I was confused by the fact that there is not a single review from the injured tourists, apparently they are cleaning them. Please be careful, it is better not to go to the pool and the water park, although many choose this hotel because of the presence of an aquapark!

I do not recommend such a village to anyone, I am very upset that we decided to choose this hotel. They move into the old rooms of the Jasmine hotel, and wait a day later when you will be relocated. Even at dinner in a restaurant, crumbs are everywhere, tables are wobbly, dishes are old and worn. If you are promised a room with a shower on the last day of departure, then be ready to wait for it for hours and until you quarrel, no one will provide it to you. The most terrible place to stay we have not seen in many years of visiting Egypt. To begin with, for some reason Russians are really settling into the old, closed Jasmine Hotel. When we asked to be moved to Aladdin, as it was indicated in the voucher, we were told that this was one territory, and if there was a desire, we would be moved to another room for an additional fee ($ 300). There was a long conversation at the reception, but we decided not to spoil our vacation and stayed at the Jasmine. To begin with, the rooms are terribly old and dirty. When closing the door to the toilet, ventilation fell out, mice run around and lizards crawl on the walls. But the most interesting thing is ahead. We were checked in late at night, and we didn't really look at the room, and it was so dark in the room that it would be difficult to see anything. In the morning we found that the TV was broken (the screen inside was broken). We went to the reception, where there was a Russian girl, Anna. After explaining the situation to her, she said they would sort it out. We also wrote to the guide about this problem at the meeting in a piece of paper that they give. But in 10 days, not a single person came to us to see what was wrong with the TV. When handing over the room at the check-out, they were silent until the last one, until the bus came to pick us up at the airport. And after that, the situation turned in the opposite direction: they wouldn't let us out of the hotel until we paid $390 for a broken TV. I tried in every possible way to prove to them that he was like that, which they referred to, that he just didn't work, but we broke him. In general, it all lasted 1.5 hours, probably, and we had to pay the money for them to let us out. Since we often visit Egypt, my daughter began to understand something in their language, and they just laugh at the Russians. The food at the hotel is monotonous and not tasty, the room stock is poor and old, the Russians in the restaurant are not suitable at all. There is nothing else in the bathroom except soap. The refrigerator is dirty and old. All that is good is just entering the sea from the Jasmine Hotel. Think very carefully about whether it is worth buying vouchers to this hotel for such money!

The rooms, with additional treatment, are normal, everything works, but "tired", require renovation, superior is still tolerable, and there are no words at all for the standard...Food and drinks for three, you won't stay hungry, but the quality and variety of food deteriorated when the Europeans left and there were more Russians, perhaps a subjective impression, but many noticed it - they began to save on food. Ala card restaurants are served with pathos, but this is just for show: the service, quality of food and drinks leave much to be desired... Everyone is waiting for tips, you will not see the service without them. In general, for unassuming tourists like us, it is normal, but if you buy a tour through tour operators who receive super profits, then the hotel is definitely not worth your money.

We had a very good rest here from 06/19.23 to 06/26.23. The hotel has good rooms, maybe the furniture is tired, but everything works, there is a safe, a full-fledged refrigerator, air conditioning. High-quality cleaning every day (change of towels and washing of floors), what I liked was the opportunity to use the territory of three hotels and 2-3 minutes to a great sandy beach with children (there are always enough sunbeds) and in the other direction there is also a restaurant and reception - very convenient! The staff is so helpful and friendly (unlike Turkish hotels). The food was also wonderful, varied, nothing got boring for 7 days, the only thing I didn't like was desserts, but that's even a plus)). And interestingly, in June, the heat does not feel heavy here (it was 34-36 in the shade) probably because of the low humidity, I never regretted that we went here in the summer - the sea is warm, warm, I do not want to go out!
I only advise not to go far (Luxor or the pyramids) on excursions in the summer, since it is very hot not on the coast (it is comfortable only on the bus). You can only go there in winter.
In terms of alcohol, only so-so - wine is not tasty (I like dry, but not sour, and here it is cheap sour) cocktails are just either rum and cola or gin tonic, you will not get any sophisticated like pinacolada or mojito, at least for free, in general, my friend and I drank gin tonic and not complained))
I recommend this hotel to everyone for a family holiday!
I regretted that we only went for 7 nights.

We had a rest from October 6-12. I liked the hotel. 8 times in Egypt. The third time in Hurghada.
The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, perfectly, every other day flowers, swans, bows, a nice little thing, water was reported when cleaning the room, there were always 4-6 bottles in the mini bar. We didn't pay attention to the disadvantages, we came to the sea, and not to sit in the room and it doesn't matter that the furniture is tired and all that.
The beach is also good, everything is clean, there are always free sunbeds (we went after breakfast at 8 am). The beach bar starts working from 10.
About the restaurant I want to say everything is super. Organized perfectly. there are a lot of staff. the dishes are always perfectly clean. There were also seafood (crabs, shrimp, squid ..). The food is varied, you can't go hungry, I liked mango, once we got to dinner.
No cons found

We got good rooms: large beds, lots of different lockers, hot water was constantly available. Everything that is written in the description of the hotel was present in the room. Of the disadvantages, I can note the inability to ask for an iron, you can only take things to the ironing service. The staff is very hospitable, there are many Russian speakers. If you give a dollar to the waiter at the bar, he will serve your table just perfectly for two days, he will not even have to ask for anything, he will monitor the completeness of your glasses.

We got to the hotel by 2 a.m. We were escorted to the lobby bar and offered dinner with hot coffee and pastries. They offered boxes with sliced cheese, ham and fruit. The territory is huge, very clean, the gardeners work day and night. High-quality cleaning, daily. There are no questions about drinking water and toilet paper, always in abundance. Everything works in the room. The mattresses are just a fairy tale. The new ones. They are not backward. The waiter boys are fast and not intrusive, they bring everything quickly, deliver, pour, and clean the dishes. Like ants. Russian girls at the reception, as if you've been friends with them all your life. Any issues are resolved immediately. Even if I wanted to find fault with nothing. The food, as in the whole country, is delicious and varied in hotels. A gorgeous and simply licked beach. Serviceable sun beds, helpful guys will put them at the request of vacationers. The beach is clean, sandy, and it is convenient to enter the water. For children, it's super, shallow water at first, then deeper gradually, without breaks. Location: near the airport. Almost next to the shopping center "Senzo", close to the aquarium, which is definitely worth a visit. The water park is normal. for children and adults. The hotel offers inexpensive dry cleaning services. Check-out on the day of departure at 12.00. For the extension of stay in the room, 11 € per adult was paid.

The food was delicious, although a modest choice (the only thing, I was with a child, 1.4, there is no food for such children, I had to go to the supermarket and buy baby food for the child), the soups were peculiar, I could not eat them, I did not even offer the child, the beach is very very cool! I didn't want to go anywhere at all, just not to be on the beach.
I went for a massage, of course for the money, the massage is so-so 😕

The whole family had a rest, two children, my wife and I. The rooms are very old. The food is good and plentiful. The entrance to the sea is good only in one place and it is very cramped when everyone goes to sea. But there is a lot for children - there is a small zoo with monkeys, a water park, a playground and a mini club for children from 4 years old. Cleaning is daily, but not very good.
