We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It features four pools in total—three indoor and one outdoor. There’s a thermal pool (38–41°C) with pressure outlets for a massage-like experience, a regular indoor pool, an indoor pool with a jacuzzi bed, and an outdoor rooftop pool—all included in the hotel price. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were very kind and attentive, and there’s free on-site parking available, which was very convenient. Our whole family loved the hotel, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Bursa, Turkey!

Ambiguous. I didn't like the spa. The hotel is old, 80% of the fund is also old. At first they put me in a smoky room with old furniture, I asked to change it, they gave me the same one, the third time they gave me a normal one, despite the fact that the hotel was empty. The spa is very good, there is a great 360 restaurant on the roof. Location in the center, close to all shops.
