It is perfectly cooked, tender, with a crispy crust. · Lamb shish kebab is love from the first bite. Soft, juicy, without excess fat. And the cherry on the cake is qazax tomatoes. It feels like the guys have a secret supplier who grows them somewhere in paradise. Sweet, meaty, the real taste of childhood/summer. It's impossible to break away. The staff is a separate respect. That's where the real Baku hospitality is: unobtrusively, with a soul, everyone will prompt and create an atmosphere of "you are a welcome guest." Atmospheric, soulful and very, very tasty.
