It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Five hours after we checked in, we saw someone trying to open our room. We realized the hotel had given our room to new guests as well. Our key card stopped working, and I was only able to open the room using the other guest’s key. Every day, 2–3 times, our key cards stopped working. We constantly had to go to reception and ask them to fix the cards. This happened several times a day, which was very frustrating. Only 1–2 staff members were polite and helpful. The rest of the staff did not know how to communicate properly with guests. As for housekeeping, I honestly do not understand how their cleaning system works. The cleanliness was very poor.
