We stayed for one night between flights, so we didn't expect much. Finding a stop for a free shuttle that takes you to the hotel from the third terminal is a real quest😅 But we did it✌️(thanks for the feedback earlier🙏) even though it was almost midnight, and cunningly made minibus drivers tried to separate us, offering to take us to the hotel for a "symbolic" 100 dirhams😂 We did wait for the free shuttle, which comfortably took us about 20 minutes. We booked a hotel through Ozone Travel, we were a little afraid that there would be problems, but everything went fine, we took our passports, paid 10 dirhams and were in the room in 5 minutes. To be honest, after reading the reviews, I expected the worst. But the room turned out to be very comfortable, with everything you need: a comfortable bed with snow-white linen, a tea station, two bottles of water, a wardrobe with a safe, a TV, a bathroom with a shower cabin. hair dryer, towels and bottles with shampoos and gels both near the sink and inside the shower cabin. The air conditioner was working properly and after the forty-degree heat outside, the room was very comfortable. In the morning, a buffet breakfast was waiting for us. And again, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety, taste and freshness of all the dishes and drinks, you definitely won't stay hungry👌 I don't know if I would like to stay here longer, but I can definitely spend a night or two next time, if necessary! I won't even consider other options, especially for the money we paid. A solid "four", I recommend👌

An excellent hotel for transit tourists, which we turned out to be, when we checked in, we asked for a non-smoking room and were provided on the first floor, the window overlooked the courtyard of the hotel - I would not say that it was noisy. Breakfast was for 4+, - you definitely won't stay hungry. The free Shuttle quickly took you to the first terminal (with a check-in at the third one in advance). Please note that it stops at the first terminal in the bus parking lot near the arrival area, so I had to walk a little to the departure area. I recommend it as a transit hotel, or as the first hotel for subsequent housing searches in Dubai.

The hotel looks like a hospital, the rooms have some old furniture. I asked to bring a fork to my room by calling the reception, I was refused. There are plastic dishes in the room. When I got to the room, it was terribly cold. For this money, this hotel is definitely not worth it. I highly recommend not coming here. Grandma's repair costs 17 thousand a day.

Dirty is unbelievable. Everything is outdated. There are not even toothbrushes in the room. They gave me a smoky room with two separate beds, they say: move it)) We moved it, and there's tons of garbage 🤢🙏🏼 The food is mediocre for breakfast. But you can live. In general, we only had to stay there for 5 hours, but it was really unpleasant. On the plus side: gorgeous assistants at the reception helped with luggage and its storage, with calling a taxi to the airport!

I was at this hotel in May 2024. 5 minutes to the metro is very convenient, near a supermarket where you can buy everything. Fruits are cheap. There is a good place to eat 26 minutes from the hotel. I'll attach a photo. There are shops nearby at very affordable prices. Chips pringles 160₽ is 4.99 dirhams. The hotel is cleaned every day, the breakfast is good, even a watermelon was given. I'm happy. There is a transfer to the beach, a schedule at the reception. However, check the relevance of the schedule, we were in the month of Ramadan and it turns out the schedule is changing. It was like this: we looked at the schedule at the reception and went to the sea, went back to the scheduled time and waited 30 minutes, the bus never arrived, we had to take a taxi. As it turned out, the driver should have warned us about the schedule change, but no one warned us, of course. When we arrived at the hotel and told the manager all this, he offered one sandwich club as an apology. Why only one, the question remains, there were two of us. as far as I remember, I argued that a sandwich club costs about 50 dirhams, and we spent only 30 dirhams on a taxi. It's very strange and unpleasant. And they also refused to print out the current schedule, which is also strange. In general, all questions at the reception were resolved quickly, except for this unpleasant case. The metro station is close - about five minutes. We saw a cockroach on the last day))

Everything is clean, but it is clear that the hotel is already tired. I asked for an iron, they brought it to me with a broken nose. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I was ironing things, and this broken nose clung to everything (( While staying at this hotel, I got into a fire safety training. Information letters were sent to all the guests that the exercises will be held tomorrow from 10 o'clock. Everything seems to be in order, the situation is normal, it's a useful thing. That's just the alarm was turned on at 5 in the morning, the exercise lasted about an hour. To be honest, the working day after this was disrupted(( In general, mixed feelings remained from staying at this hotel.
