A wonderful hotel! We had a rest from August 15th to August 18th. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions and several streets full of restaurants. A huge plus is that the hotel is not located so high, so it is convenient to get there on foot. The room is clean, cozy, and the view from the window is beautiful. Many thanks to Arthur! He is a very friendly man, can support a pleasant conversation, and will always help. He met us right away and posted us without any problems. I advise everyone to stay at this hotel.

Two stars are due to the maximum convenient location of this hotel. There is no cleaning of rooms, garbage collection, change of towels. For four days, no one from the staff visited our room except the flies! When asked to change towels, the receptionist replied, "Look for a woman tomorrow." In general, the hotel staff is not tactful! The air conditioner wasn't working, the door handle in the toilet and the shower were just killed. You can suffer for such a price, but if you want comfort, coziness and courteous staff, this place is not for you!

We were given the wrong room that we booked at the booking, saying that everything on this floor is a junior suite, and also asked to cancel the reservation. The payment was taken in advance. The reviews seem to be screwed up. After spending half an hour in the room, we realized that we did not want to stay, because these conditions absolutely do not correspond to the promised ones. The shower head is broken in the bathroom, the faucet is peeling, the toilet seat did not rise, and the lock in the toilet is broken, the bed linen with dirty stains that apparently do not wash off, disposable slippers with dirty soles, as if worn. With a scandal, they tried to return the money and move out. The administrator and the director decided not to return the entire amount to us, because we stayed in the room for half an hour, touched everything there and breathed their air. We were charged 30 GEL for this. The absolute lack of customer orientation. Now do not leave a review on the booking, because the reservation was canceled. Don't be fooled into canceling your reservation, but rather choose another hotel. Judge for yourself what kind of junior suite it is.
