I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you value your safety. Money was stolen from my room while I was staying there. Instead of properly investigating, the staff denied responsibility and showed no intention of resolving the issue. What’s especially concerning is that they did not even deny that similar incidents have happened before. There are also no cameras, so there is no way to verify anything. Even more offensive, the staff suggested that maybe my friends took the money, which is completely unacceptable and insulting. Based on other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated case. The lack of security and the way guests are treated is extremely disappointing.

I liked everything: a pleasant interior, an excellent transparent elevator, a neat, always clean room with a change of towels, refilling the bar, etc., staff who were sensitive to any request (setting up a safe, route information, taxi call, etc.)The traditional continental breakfast set is delicious and fresh. The location is ideal for those who want to see authentic Tbilisi (you can take a bus or walk across the bridge to the new city).
