The hotel met our expectations. It’s very simple but clean. The room cleaning is twice a week. Good stuff. Breakfast is okay, you won’t be hungry but sometimes we wanted more food variety. All in all, great location. I’d recommend to buy earplugs right away coz you can hear car noise in the early morning.

It turned out to be a great vacation, the three of us came in March, the hotel was quiet, we occupied room 306 on the third floor, windows to the courtyard, it was quiet, we listened only to azan, turtledoves and cats). The room is small, the closet is small, but the beds are comfortable, high, the linen is clean, towels and bed linen are changed every three days when cleaning is done. There is a safe in the room, a kettle with cups, a telephone with reception, a TV, a refrigerator cabinet; disposable slippers, shower gel, soap and shampoo are laid out during cleaning. Excellent breakfasts are freely available -biscuits, biscuits, croutons, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, vegetable, sausage, cheese cuts, hot porridge, omelets, pasta, salads, olives, drinks. Coffee from the coffee machine. Tea. Dishes and appliances are clean, with a creak, chairs and tables are stable, natural wood. The food eaten by the guests was constantly replenished, there were no problems with empty dishes. The breakfast area is in the basement - it would be cooler if it were on the roof, like many establishments in Fatih. Nearby on krasnye lokanty street, the meals are full-fledged, at a very affordable price. Restaurants are nearby- turn left from the entrance on the same street. The main attractions are within walking distance. We had a late transfer to Sabiha, and we paid an additional € 25 for late check-out. Excellent Russian-speaking staff, friendly attitude, participation. Everything is fine in this hotel, if possible, we will return.

It'll do for a few days to spend the night. There were 3 days, in March. The rooms are small, it's better not to look out the window. In the room: kettle, glasses, soap accessories, towels and slippers, refrigerator . It was cool, they asked for another blanket, and they gave it to me. They didn't put water on, they said take it from the tap, there are no tea accessories. The breakfasts are not plentiful, modest (porridge, sausages, sliced vegetables or eggs), tea, coffee machine, milk for muesli, juice or compote (did not drink), Turkish biscuits. So everything is clean, neat, there is nothing superfluous. For 3 * and city hotels- standards. Rs: there was hot water.

I'm resting here now. It's modest, but! Clean, friendly staff, I live for the third day - towels, bath accessories were changed, everything was washed. I read the early reviews and was afraid to go. I can't say anything bad, just positive emotions. The breakfasts are delicious! They say it's not rich, but I don't eat such a mess at home, and I think many people do, too, so I don't understand why people are unhappy. The staff tells you everything: how to get there, where to find what. I like it: everything is fine with my money.

The hotel is well located in the historical center of the city. All attractions are within walking distance. We checked in early immediately upon arrival from the airport. This is a big plus for the hotel. The breakfasts are good, everything is there, you definitely won't stay hungry. We lived on the 3rd floor, the elevator is working. The room cleaning and the bed are changed in time. Wi-Fi is free at the hotel.

The place is good, not expensive, the staff speaks Russian. There is breakfast, you can eat it. I got the number (I don't know for the rest) as if when something broke, it was repaired with the wrong materials. We were in February, and the room was warm. There is heating. The water is hot, but the drain in the stall is difficult to drain. Kettle with TV and refrigerator. It was comfortable to sleep. Food is within walking distance, transportation is 10 minutes uphill, and the sights are 20-25 minutes on foot. In general, the only thing that spoiled the mood was the condition of the room. But when you walk all day and come to sleep, it's almost not noticeable. Probably if the price is quality, then you can put 4)

Overall, the hotel is good. The room is clean, small, and cozy. Breakfast for 4 . There is a beautiful veranda with huge seagulls and a view of the Bosphorus. One of the disadvantages is a mosque nearby. There is a prayer service at 5 a.m. Loudly. And the street is noisy, wholesale of children's items.

I didn't like the hotel: the room was very cramped, all the furniture was tired, the blankets were lumpy, the bathroom was very small, the audibility in the department was good, conversations from the reception would be heard on other floors, and the breakfasts were super modest. It's clear that it's budget-friendly, but if comfort is important, then it's not in Raymond wanted🙈The location is normal, everything is nearby

The hotel is small, the rooms are tiny for low-key tourists like us. The breakfasts are hearty. You won 't leave hungry . Every three days they change the bed, clean the room and add shampoos and stuff. Polite Russian-speaking staff. They will always prompt and help you with any question. It is a 15-minute walk from Istanbul's main attractions, which is very convenient. It is located in a picturesque place. Opposite there are two inexpensive cafes and a shop nearby .

The 3* hotel. The breakfasts were modest, but there was enough to eat. There is an exchange nearby, opposite a cafe with normal prices. Slippers and towels were changed. The staff speaks Russian well. Famous sights can be reached within a 15-minute walk to Gorka. Everything is within walking distance. On the downside: the room is very small, it was difficult to disperse in two, the garbage was never taken out in three days. The view from the window into the wall didn't bother me, we only spent the night in the room, but there were external split units under the window, which sometimes turned on and one of them was very buzzing. We lived in December and it was turned off after a couple of hours, but it will be difficult to sleep in the summer. An economical option. Next time, if there is a financial opportunity, I will pay extra for a bigger room.

Nice hotel, old, but clean. Towels, slippers, and a set of shampoo, soap, and shower gel were cleaned and changed every 3 days. We had breakfast included, quite varied, different every day, very tasty. We ate too much and had enough until lunch. The staff is very polite and Russian-speaking, they asked them where to have an inexpensive lunch, how to get to some places and about pharmacies, they always helped, for which I thank them very much. I'll say this, the hotel is old but decent, well done, they're trying very hard. I will be happy to stay at this hotel again next time.

Our rating is 3.8-4.0 out of 5.0. We had a rest with my husband, the hotel is good. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes to Sultanahmet Square; 7-10 minutes to the embankment; 15 minutes to the nearest metro uphill. The breakfasts are excellent, you will not stay hungry (there is everything, eggs must be in different variations + either mashed soup or porridge; vegetables, olives and olives; sausage and cheese; yogurt + various jams; muesli and cereals; muffins, biscuits; fresh delicious bread; coffee, tea, juices). The rooms are small, but we were ready; there is everything you need (kettle, cups, refrigerator). There is no sound insulation, you can hear all the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed linen is clean. The pillows were new; one of the blankets was new; the other was battered, but we did not change it, it fulfilled its function. The mattress is old and collapsing. It would be good to replace the sleeping accessories, then the hotel could be set to 5.0. Towels are available, clean, not snow-white. They change it every two days. Disposable slippers, also changed every 2 days. Plenty of soap, shampoos and shower gel. What we didn't like was the cleaning, which leaves much to be desired, the floors were washed and towels were changed, and that's it. If you bring it up to mind and at least clean the bathroom, it would be great. Well, our shower was leaking, the floor was constantly wet, it wasn't a big deal either. We only came to sleep))) The staff was good, Russian-speaking, there were no problems.

A typical three-piece, check the view from the room, the breakfasts are standard, the price is regular. We were very satisfied with the location, and it's not far to walk to the sea through the rows of good cafes, in the other direction it's not far to the tram line and the Grand Bazaar, only to go uphill, but in Istanbul it's everywhere. Good staff and the head of the hotel, who always prompted and went to the meeting at various points. They help with both routes and transfers, and you can even arrange a meeting and send-off in advance. Keep in mind that this is a three-piece. We were not very satisfied with the towels, but they were changed quickly when we contacted the reception. If it takes longer than three days, then ask for a more comfortable number, they will hear you.

A great hotel, close to all the local attractions, the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc . What I especially liked was the cleanliness. Clean and well-maintained room. Clean dishes and delicious breakfasts. Moreover, the breakfast is very plentiful. There are salads, hot dishes, and desserts. It's very decent for 3 stars. I would also like to mention Nina Borisovna, an employee of the hotel. Such a good fellow!!! She cooked, cleaned the rooms herself, and was always very friendly and hospitable. I definitely recommend it for a pleasant pastime.

We stayed at this hotel from 04/19/25-04/23/25. The hotel is not new, but very cozy and clean. Special thanks to the staff, they helped with all the questions and with the transfer to the airport. They suggested how to install a map so that you can move around without the Internet. Breakfast is good, but unfortunately there are no chicken eggs. The location is convenient, but it's uphill. Metro and tram are nearby. There is a cafe and a shop nearby. The staff understands Russian. We'll be happy to come back. We recommend it.

The hotel is located in the old part of Istanbul. The main attractions can be reached on foot: Sultanahmet Square, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia Cathedral, Topkapi Palace. There is a tram stop nearby, and you need to walk about 1 km to a bus stop or metro station. The sea is only 500 meters down the street. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, many speak Russian. I was not impressed with the breakfasts, I ate mostly eggs, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and I didn't like the taste of any sausage.

A three-star hotel, of course, tired small rooms, a lot of broken inventory, they don't take the word away from the beds at all. But the very convenient and good location of the hotel makes up for all the disadvantages. All the sights are nearby. Since we only spent the night there, it's quite normal. The buffet, which is just breakfast, leaves much to be desired. The room has everything you need, a kettle, a refrigerator, and a safe. The staff is very friendly and Russian-speaking. The first room had one light bulb in the floor lamp, gray towels with stains, mold in the shower, the stench of sewage, piss stains on the blanket, pellets on the mattress, All kind of dilapidated, moldy and dusty ... When you want to change the room, you will not succeed, absolutely everyone will not be able to help you and will start being rude, in style what did you want for 30 euros white towels? The rooms are so small you can barely turn around. With grief, we knocked out the room with lighting, there were 2 white towels that were replaced with gray ones on the day of cleaning. If the view is not on the passing street, then it is better not to look out the window, on the ground floor there is just a window facing the wall. The audibility is strong, one night we listened to people copulating on the floor above, the kitchen staff singing songs at 7 a.m.-there are no options to get enough sleep. They refused to make a refund, they referred to the organizer, the organizer, of course, did not help in any way. Breakfast is very mediocre, you will have to get up early to have time for sausage or cheese. you will walk uphill for 15 minutes to the main attractions, with a suitcase I wish you have a strong respiratory system

The room is very small, two people can not turn around. The kettle was also broken. When asked to fix the bed, they replied with a smile, "You can be patient." But still, on the 3rd day we were moved to another room (for which I am very grateful to Kuvat, who heard my cry of the soul). The 2nd room was 80% better than the 1st room, but there was still a problem with the mattress and the fungus in the tub. The room has old, unwashed linens, a stained blanket, and towels that are gray from countless washes (they were replaced at my request, but they weren't any better). The breakfasts are very poor. Some strange porridges and something like soup. The cheapest cheese and sausage. Even if you only come to the hotel to sleep, you want to sleep in a clean room and on clean linen. There are rooms where the window looks into the wall of the neighboring building. I advise you to take a room with a balcony on the upper floors. There is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, very responsive, our heating did not work and we were moved to a nice room on the 4th floor with a balcony.
