The main contingent of tourists from Russia and Kazakhstan aged 45+ or families with children. There are very few young people.
Among the disadvantages: the natural wear and tear of the hotel, the lack of animation and temporarily closed shops on the territory of the hotel.

The place is just wonderful. Quietly , calmly . Starting from the reception, the impression was very good - friendly staff who goes to the meeting to resolve any issues. Delicious food . Good drinks. I haven't been to the hotel itself. But I was on the territory. A green area where you can sit in the shade of palm trees. The bay is 5 meters from the hotel, but you can not swim - the coastal area is laid with large stones, probably act as breakwaters. The beach itself is on the other side of the island, across the street. Guests are taken from the hotel by electric car (like for golf, for 4-6 people)

The rooms are nice and large... However, when taking some towels, they forget to put clean ones.. Soap is only liquid... Slippers and bathrobes must be requested separately - they are given out free of charge. WiFi is available throughout, including the beach. There is a bar on the beach. Alcoholic drinks are everywhere until sunset, then only in the restaurant and bar until 22.00. The all-inclusive restaurant is one, if you come to the beginning, there is a queue. The staff speaks Russian partially, it makes no sense to speak English with the service staff with good knowledge, because they don't speak it much either... There is construction going on around, this is for those who find it stressful... In the bar, you can play backgammon, checkers, etc. in complete coolness over a " mug"... You can cool off in the pool after the beach, because the water in the bay is too warm (September). The buffet is not particularly varied, but you will not stay hungry. The room has an iron, ironing board, refrigerator, safe, TV (including Russian). The most important thing about the UAE is that they do not have a license for messengers, so you will not be able to call through them via local connection and WiFi, only through your connection (roaming) and then only using a VPN. I am writing because many people do not know and make a scandal at the reception. The beach is a 3-minute walk away or a golf cart rides every five minutes and takes you to the beach and back. There is no need to carry towels, there is an issue near the pool and on the beach... Alcohol: tequila, vodka, brandy, rum, gin, beer, wine, champagne, cheese, cocktails, respectively, the rest for money. A playroom for children. In the evening, there is nothing else to do except sit at the bar. There is no animation. The nearest store is about 30 minutes on foot, but in the evenings it is very stuffy and humid, there will definitely be no desire to walk. In general, it is not bad for a relaxing holiday... let's go to Marjan, let's leave Pullman (they say the French bought it out). While here for the third day with a 6-year-old child, the room and view are amazing, the food is varied and delicious, the staff is friendly (not Russian-speaking). The number of rooms is 5 out of 5 .The sea and the beach are the cleanest, if you did not come for a party, but to relax , bask in the sun, swim and sleep - here it is! The nearest shopping center store ( by taxi 20-25 Dirhams ) . There is nothing nearby but a beautiful bay and white sand , there is not enough good playground , there is also no trampoline , although I saw it in the photo .In general, one of the disadvantages is that there is one children's room for children, and it is also impossible to enter the spa area with children. Otherwise, everything depends on your mood, and you can always find entertainment for yourself and your loved ones. By the way , today will be a holiday , they brought an invitation for 17:30 , we will meet the new management of the hotel. I recommend the hotel. We were in the UAE for the first time from 07/20.24 to 07/28.24 we were scared by the hot weather, but I want to say it's hot for 1 day, then the body quickly adapts to weather conditions and the buzz comes.
The hotel is very nice - the rooms are comfortable, clean, cozy with expensive furniture. Cleaning every day. Everything is in the room, right down to shampoo, gel, etc.
The food is excellent before you go, I read in the reviews that there is not much choice. But I want to say there is a decent choice. I am fastidious about food and I found food for myself without any questions and it was very tasty. I want to express my Gratitude to the waiter Oksana, Ahmed, Said. They are very responsive guys and work quickly, understanding us from the start.
The hotel has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool with cooling. The sea is gorgeous, warm, clean, there are sun beds, tables, a bar, a shower, a toilet everywhere is clean.
The receptionists at the reception have Russian speakers who are very friendly, especially Alexandra.
At the entrance, the guy meets and offers coffee or drinks that are delicious.

Which I really didn't like and I write about it exclusively for people like me.
There are a lot of children, I chose the hotel from those considerations that are not for children, and there is not much there for children, but local whole families come and there is nowhere to go from the children, especially in the dining room, they yell, about and without.
I have finally decided for myself that I will no longer take risks and in the future I will choose only 18+ hotels.

The sea is across the road, it takes about 5 minutes to walk. The chaise longue should be occupied before breakfast, then there are no seats.. the sea is warm, there are stars, crabs, and fish underfoot. Masks should not be taken, the water is muddy with sand, people are like herrings in a barrel.
We woke up at 6.30 am to the sounds of machinery working, making the road right outside the hotel. There is a construction site around, trucks drive until night and start again at 6, you will not be able to rest. The nearest grocery store is 3.5 km away. Next to it there is an alcohol store and a pharmacy if anyone needs it. You can only get to the shopping malls by taxi. To Dubai, you can go 1.15 approximately with a taxi driver to arrange a round trip of $ 150.
In general, a very strange impression about the hotel is only a spacious room, the rest is just a disaster. I will never return to this hotel.

The hotel has been under the management of Pulman since the beginning of 2024 and the concept is not yet clear. If it is a family one, then there is clearly not enough children's entertainment both on site and on the beach.

- in April 24, there was no playground and football gates on the territory, although they are in the photos on the website and aggregators in the descriptions.

We traveled as a family of 2 vz and 2 reb. We bought a standard room. I will write without +/- but just what I saw, and then judge for yourself how you like it :))

Drinks, except coffee and juices, need to stand in line, there is no service at the table, i.e. there are no waiters. You go everywhere by yourself. You can't get coffee for breakfast, there are long queues, we always went to eat closer to closing, but there is no longer what it was at the beginning, but there is no jostling, there are a lot of free tables and there are not particularly queues.
For children, I asked the chefs for French fries or pasta without everything. They go to a meeting and cook fries and pasta without sauces and spices.
The pool is normal. There were plenty of sun beds in general, but right on the edge.
There are 2 bars, one on the beach and one by the pool, the set of drinks is the same. Often they are not given cans, but poured into a glass, then as luck would have it. There is no water in plastic bottles anywhere, there is an untitled bottle of water in the room. At the pool bar and in the restaurant, they pour from reusable bottles, there is a cooler on the beach in 50 degree heat, we did not drink water there.

The beach is across the street, 10 minutes on foot, or by electric car, which was carried for free every 15 minutes, towels are given on the beach according to hotel cards, the beach is equipped with sun beds, tables, umbrellas, tables, chairs under a canopy at the bar, there are toilets, showers, places for changing clothes. We are in the hotel now. We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. We did not have to wait until 15 o'clock, we were given a room with a balcony overlooking the beach 645 immediately upon arrival, and there is a construction site under the windows and it is noisy all day and all night. The builders are especially trying to rattle at 7 a.m., so you won't be able to sleep any longer. Regarding the service, it is clear that the staff is trying, but they are sewn up, there are simply not enough of them. Hence the poor-quality cleaning, untidy tables in the restaurant.
On the second day we came to the beach. There are no beachboys on the beach, so no one makes sure that there are enough sunbeds. We arrived at 11 o'clock. There are either people or just towels on all the sun beds... moreover, I watched people leave for lunch and leave towels on the sun beds.
In other hotels, if there are towels, but there are no things, then towels are removed from the sunbed.... so go and justify yourself later, why don't you have a towel or a card for issuing it! One or two would have been punished like that, the rest would have thought about it... well, or add sun beds. There is a mountain of broken sun beds, shyly covered with a cloth. Will they be repaired? Hardly, but they don't take it out either.
We just sat on the beach on chairs, took a swim and went to the room. There was no comfort on the beach. About the queue for drinks is generally a separate topic.
I complained to the reception about the lack of free sunbeds and wrote to the hotel's website. A day later, 30 pieces of deck chairs were put up. So they heard me. Don't be silent, tell me if something is wrong!!
It's clear that we entertain ourselves with trips, but it's us.. I specifically chose a hotel without discos and animation. I am completely satisfied with this hotel. Good food, warm sea, comfortable room - these are the components of our real vacation!

Rooms for 5 plus, given a 2-room room, cleaning every day. There was an incident with the sewer, but it was not eliminated instantly, so thank you very much. The main bed is large, and the sofa is for an average height of a person.
The staff is responsive and understanding, there are Russian speakers.

We had a rest in December 2023.
I'll start with a good one. The buffet food is decent. A large selection. But - everything is too salty, spicy, however, there are pancakes and porridge for children.
The beach is wonderful. It's clean, they keep an eye on the sun beds, there were always free ones.
After December 10, I noticed for a long time that the water and air become cooler by literally two degrees, but quite noticeably.
Room cleaning is also of high quality.
Now about the cons.
I have not seen such a check-in in any hotel. 2.5 hours for a group of 10 people. The reception is poorly organized. All bookings have been paid for. The children fell asleep, the adults quarreled. The 5-star hotel!
Wi-Fi worked until December 13 without interruptions, after that neither on the beach nor in the room to watch a movie, only intermittently, waiting for messages, not to mention movies.. What's it? The end of the season?
The food in the restaurants is disgusting, even in Lebanese, where they ask you to put 5 after each meal, demanding to download the app (a nightmare), I don't even want to mention the rest. The pirate club is one name, unionpay card machines do not accept, there is no one to change bills for small change, the child was crying.
In the pool bar, cocktails are made by eye, almost without alcohol, the bar is closed at 20.
There is no leisure at all, but every day they call for fur coats. Don't waste your time. In Moscow, everything is much tastier, cheaper, and better. There is only the sea here. And preferably all inclusive

We were at this hotel in April 2023. The hotel is located on a bulk island. Clean, the food is good, in principle, you can always find familiar dishes. The hotel is large, pleasant territory and embankment. The beach itself is a 3-minute walk away, if you are too lazy to go, then regularly oversees a shuttle for 6 seats (naturally free). In general, the territory of the entire island is under construction, but it does not cause any noise or dirt to tourists. As is customary everywhere in the UAE, all construction sites are hidden from the eyes of vacationers, the territories between the hotels are large, there is a place to walk in the evening. Of the surprises - I found out that there are no waves in the water on the island at all, and sometimes I just wanted to swing on the waves, but it turns out there is no such phenomenon on the bulk islands ...
I realized for myself that it's worth resting in such a place, but the second time if I go, then after many years, to see how everything will change. I bet 5 for new discoveries.

The rooms have not been updated since 2013 (the year of construction). The carpet is stained, the furniture is pretty tired, it's unpleasant to touch the curtains. A set of towels for one person was placed in the room for three people, and bed linen for only two people. The bottles of care products are empty, dental kits and bathrobes are not put in, toilet paper is one roll. When asked to provide the necessary funds, the reception staff is rude. To the restaurant, no, rather to the dining room, there is a queue. People gather before the start of the meal. The door is locked with three locks so that no one "breaks through" earlier for a minute. The food is spicy, the assortment is meager compared to last year. If you didn't make it to the beginning, there will be frankly nothing to eat at the end. The waiters do not clean dirty plates, all the tables are crowded. The hall is not designed for a fully populated hotel. However, the staff is not prepared for such a volume of residents. The room can be cleaned only by 16 o'clock, even if you asked at 8 am, going to the beach. They do not respond to requests, they have "few staff and full workload." The bar, which is open from 10 o'clock and "until sunset", has very conveniently come up with opening hours. After all, no one knows who has the sunset and at what time, maybe it is at 18 o'clock, or maybe at 17, in any case, the bartenders do not overwork and close at a convenient time for them, even if they see the queue standing behind the drinks, they closed the curtains and that's it. We had a rest in October 2023 with a family with daughters of 6 years and 1.5 years. Friendly staff, good cleaning, excellent buffet food. There was always fish in sauce for lunch and dinner, 2 types of chicken. There were often beef steaks and stewed, for children there were always 2 types of pasta except for breakfast. Rice in different types, just white, pilaf with meat, rice with vegetables. Of the drinks that are included in the food, apple juice, orange, pineapple, water, tea, coffee. There were always soups. Even a 1.5-year-old child was always found something to feed. A lot of pastries, pies, various breads, pita bread, rolls.
By the pool, free water, tonic, sweet sodas, tea, coffee. Paid ice cream, lemonades, smoothies. Orange juice on the beach and by the pool has never been available, although it is included in the list of drinks for free.
There was not enough pasta for breakfast, cucumbers tomatoes tasteless. The rest of the cabbage, greens, salads were all delicious.
The first days at the hotel, the staff was kind of unfriendly, I was surprised. But on the third day, everyone began to smile a lot, open the door in front of the stroller, always ran to help. So I think it was just a coincidence in the early days))) it's a bit hot to go to the beach even in the morning and evening, we were there at 39-41 degrees. Walk 5 minutes slowly. The transfer goes often, it takes 3 minutes to get to the beach with traffic lights. Sometimes they waited for a transfer, there were no 10 minutes and since they were waiting in the heat, they went to the pool, since they didn't want to go to the beach anymore.
The room was a little tired. There was a musty smell from the toilet at night. The lights were turned off in the bathroom and toilet for 2 days. To fix it, it was necessary to go to the reception, since only English speakers answered the calls. Separate greetings to the maids, they cleaned well, the bed was changed almost daily, missed a couple of times, towels are fresh every day.
The indoor pool is very cold, we went once. The Jacuzzi is hot, the pool is cold, not comfortable. Therefore, there is always almost no one there. Outside in the pool is very comfortable, it is cooled. You get used to the first 10 seconds, and then you didn't get out with the children for 2 hours. The eldest and 3 hours swam without a break. Sometimes in the evenings there is a wind by the pool, it gets cool.
We were unexpectedly surprised when we came to the beach in the evening, and it closes as the sun has set. It's still light, but it's already closed. We returned to the pool and it's closed there. We did not know about such a feature that everything closes after sunset, although it is still light for almost an hour. But nothing, they found out and adjusted their schedule further to this feature.
In general, with all the pros and cons, we had a very good rest, the hotel is excellent. The main thing is non-alcoholic, no one breaks the peace. It's perfect with children. Thank you to the staff for doing everything to make us rest!

The hotel is missing!...it was good in it until February 1, 2024, while the owners were Arabs. One February night, the French changed the sign and attributes of the hotel and condemned it to negative reviews. The restaurant's premises are not designed to fully load the hotel, and I'm not even talking about the staff, it's just not enough. If you come to breakfast for the opening, then there are no waffles, no pancakes, no omelette, no scrambled eggs yet. The chefs who do all this pull up only after 20-30 minutes, slowly start cooking, and a queue forms again. If you come for breakfast, lunch or dinner, after standing in line, then empty plates from disassembled dishes are no longer replenished, you have to be content with the leftovers. The assortment is meager. The waiters can not cope with so many guests, the tables are filled with dirty dishes. The rooms are poorly cleaned, sometimes you have to remind after lunch that the cleaning has not been done. The furniture, TVs, carpet, towels and bed linen are sooooo tired. The mini-bar is empty, and the drinks offered last year are missing. There is water, but now it is in glass bottles, without a label, open, what is poured there is unknown. The French save on everything from the staff to the comfort of the guests. The first sign of failed management is the absence of local Arabs among the vacationers. They just stopped coming here. The reception is rude, not qualified, not to mention the knowledge of the Russian language. The decline in the rating of the hotel can be traced throughout. Our vacation was accompanied by a struggle for survival according to the "all inclusive" system. The hotel received payment for the lack of services. I do not recommend it!!!

We rested at the hotel in September 2023. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest, but there are nuances. But remember - your rest and its success depends primarily on your attitude to the situation and the way to solve it (for me, the main thing was to relax as much as possible without being distracted by problematic moments and quickly forgetting about them; not to look for minuses, but to see only the good for myself in everything).I put 4*.
At the hotel, most of the tourists were from Russia, so there was always a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, who immediately solved all the issues that arose. There were no bathrobes in the room - they were brought; an ironing board and iron were brought on request and were not taken away for the entire period of stay. The rooms require a little repair, but these are quite small things (for example, a worn wall). Room cleaning leaves much to be desired: by the time of your pre-dinner return to the room from the beach or pool, cleaning will not be done, even while you are at lunch - you will return to the dirty room again, but as soon as you want to lie down, they will come to clean... To the request to come later - only the next day. The balcony and the balcony door are not washed apparently in principle: dust and debris on the balcony, the glass is all stained (since the moment of settlement, and so it has not been wiped from the inside, not from the outside). The bed linen may turn out to have holes, or spots of something you don't understand. In the bathroom, they do not monitor that you are running out of shampoo / gel / conditioner (reusable dispensers are hanging). There are no hygienic bags. Tea, coffee, water and sugar are reported. But, the mugs in the room may be chipped and cracked. There is no toothbrush cup in the bathroom. You can dry the laundry only on a rope, which is located in the shower (in summer and in September there is high humidity, and nothing will dry on the balcony). The air conditioner works perfectly! The location is also good: it does not blow directly on the bed or on your head. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot along a shaded path. Electric cars drive, but sometimes you can't wait for them, or there's a big queue.
Bars: there are 2 of them - by the pool in the courtyard of the hotel, and on the beach. They work from 10 to 18 hours, but sometimes they close earlier. On the beach 2 out of 7 days in the morning there was no light, only water was given. At other times, soft drinks. Bartenders are extremely serious (tired), it's definitely not worth waiting for them to smile or keep up a conversation, jokes or a little more attention. And by the pool in the bar, you can stand for a long time and wait for the bartender to come to his workplace, having solved all personal questions by phone.
Security guards throughout the territory, including on the beach, lifeguards. There are animators on the beach - they play volleyball in the afternoon (16-17 hours). But keep in mind - they will not invite you. If you see that several animators have started throwing the ball to each other, you need to go to them.
Meals at the restaurant (he is alone). They let you in by room number. There is not enough space in the restaurant, so sometimes there is a queue for the entrance in standby mode (this happens more often for dinner). Breakfast - one type of porridge, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, hot, fruits, vegetables, cereals, yoghurts. There are no dates, raisins and nuts. Coffee is terribly tasteless, purely from the vending machine. Lunches and dinners have 3-4 types of meat and one type of fish (white), the side dish is also 3-4 dishes. Salads, vegetables, desserts and fruits. There is always an Indian corner separately: basmati rice, chickpeas, curry. We have extremely mixed feelings about the service in the restaurant, because of the special diet for honey.indications (gluten-free). On the first day, they approached the manager, the chefs, asked what was possible and what was not, but at first the staff reacted extremely indifferently. When, on the second day of rest, I felt unwell due to an error in the diet, the conversation was tougher, and only with two managers and two cooks we were able to find a compromise and understanding of the whole situation, for which we thank them very much!!! The manager Ajin Dinesan, with his attention to our situation, saved the rating of our review, brightened up our meals, negotiating dishes with the chefs (we were cooked separately meat and fish, desserts, pancakes for breakfast). But they need to take a closer look at the waiters' work - the guys work slowly, the plates are taken away for a very long time.
I do not know how further rest will develop in this hotel, since the new owners have bought it and are beginning to change the concept of the entire rest in this place.
You can walk only a little around the hotel, walk to the neighboring one (2-4 km in one direction along an equipped path). There is no shop in the hotel, they said that it will open only on October 1, when the season officially begins. There is always a taxi, but payment is only in cash.

I really liked it, we want to come back again. I went with my son of 4 years old, friendly staff, huge rooms (we had a two-room with two bathrooms and a huge balcony without extra charges), delicious food, a cool path to the beach (the beach is on the other side, it was very cool to walk in the shade), silence and comfort! There is nothing around the hotels - no shops (to the nearest 2.5 km), nothing, but that's what we were looking for, a relaxing holiday. WiFi worked everywhere, including on the beach. The beach looks into the bay (other hotels will be visible).
