Who plans to spend time in Alaska, you go there. I do not recommend this hotel. Russian Russian is spoken by the staff, but they are also rude in Russian. The hotel is not client-oriented. Settled in a dirty room, hair on the floor,furniture on the balcony in dust…Food! You won't be hungry, but you won't expect refinement and gastro delight either. Fresh is diluted or it is not clear from what, with some kind of flavor. We stayed for 1.5 days and left at our own expense to another hotel. They demanded compensation through their tour agent. So they behaved so low that, like, we're still at their hotel, how we don't like it…As a result, $150 was paid out of the $400 paid. Definitely not in this place!

The hotel is beautiful, as well as all the staff working in it.It was from May 22 to May 30.I recommend it to everyone.You can safely take excursions from Alexey and his colleagues at the Reception.It's much cheaper and very good there.All tourists praise.If there is an opportunity, I will return to this hotel again.The hotel is worth the money.Good luck and prosperity to all employees

We were at the hotel in April 2023. The hotel is fresh, the rooms are well renovated. Yes, there are shoals, but neither mold nor any obvious defects were found. They are cleaned for 4, regardless of whether you put the money or not) The food is fantastic, the choice is not very large, but everything that is offered is VERY tasty. I even ate things that I usually don't like. It is quite diverse, for dinner there is grilled meat and risotto with seafood. In general, the food is on 5++. The territory is small: a playground (there is no fence at the hotel, so in the evening both locals and children from neighboring hotels come to it), a tennis court, basketball and football grounds, a short embankment for walking. The pool is very small, there is a children's area. The beach is across the road, it takes 3 minutes to walk, but golf cars go for those who have a hard time. Of the minuses: there are no changing rooms on the beach, sun beds and umbrellas are all broken, very dubious "all inclusive" (we add drinks on the beach to full board), and the biggest minus for me is that there is nothing for children in the hotel except a public playground without an awning. A trampoline was put on for the weekend, not an ordinary inflatable one. The playground on the beach is just a cradle for very little ones (my 3-year-old barely fit). There is no animation at all, even music is not included. There are very few children's chairs in the restaurant, we had to eat outside because there we could report a pillow from the next chair. In general, the hotel is excellent in terms of privacy and food quality. It will not be very convenient and boring with children. Well, the sea in the bays is certainly blooming, which is not pleasant to me personally.

The hotel has almost no territory, the beach is across the highway (5 minutes on foot)
The furniture and other things in the rooms are old. Specifically, the safe did not work in our room (it was repaired 2 times), the phone. The TV is old and small.
The service at the hotel is at a low level - you have to ask for everything several times, and still they may not do it.
When changing the linen, towels are taken away, but they may forget to put new ones. You need to ask for an adapter for an outlet, as well as bathrobes (they are also taken away during cleaning and forget to give new ones)
, the men's pool and steam bath did not work upon arrival. As a result, they did not work.
When leaving the hotel at night, no one was at the reception - as a result, no one gave out the ordered lunch boxes, however, the room cards were not taken away.
In general, the hotel is 3 points, and if you consider that it is supposedly 5 stars, then even 3 is weak.

Everything is amazing. The food is healthy and delicious. Bran appetizer with carrots and apple slices mmmm, beef stewed in its own juice with chili pepper and vegetables, vegetable puree soup from green peas and celery, natural juice freshly squeezed from oranges, pineapple, apples. The beach is quiet, comfortable, in the evening the tide is decent. The staff is friendly, all requests were resolved quickly. A large embankment on the other side for walking.

There are almost always Russian-speaking guys at the reception. Settled promptly, cleaning every day, air conditioners work well.
The pools are slightly cool, in the heat it is the most. Children do not climb out of the water, and due to the fact that the hotel is built in the shape of the letter P, there is shade almost all day.
What upset you:
- the beach and swimming pools are closed after 18
- dinner after 19
- there are slippery tiles near the pool
- there is a first line, but you can't swim nearby, there are just huge rocks and there is no beach
- there is no animation for children, no animation at all
Of the advantages:

- delicious food, although there is not enough variety

Nice hotel. Amazing sound insulation in the room. The beach is a five-minute walk away. If you don't want to go, they'll take you. The food is normal. A little "tired" furniture, but that's not the main thing. If you don't find fault with anything, then the rest will be wonderful.

The rest was in August 2022. When checking into the room, they asked for a charging adapter and an ironing board with an iron. Everything was quickly delivered to the room. The service is excellent, the food is varied and delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious.

Great hotel. We were in the last weeks of May with the children. Good food. There are almost no people at this time. The hotel is half empty.
The only drawback is that Arabs come to rest with their families for the weekend. And it's just teeming with everything. There are so many people in the pool that there is no free space. But it's only a day or two. The sea with small algae. But they are cleaned by local hard workers.

Old fashion Arabic style, totally boring, no animation and no leisure. Meals for 4. There is no alcohol in the hotel and nearby. The beach is across the street, a golf cart in the form of a transfer runs quite regularly, 7-10 minutes on foot. The quality of cleaning is 4 out of 5.

We stayed at this hotel in February.
Of course, this is 5 and immediately at the reception they can settle in a larger room. The price of the question is how much it is not a pity.
The food is excellent, the chefs bow. Not as much choice as in Turkey, but the quality of the food is higher.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is the beach, but there is so all along the coast. This is a bay and the water is standing, there are algae and small shells. Here in Abu Dhabi, the beaches are gorgeous. But this is no longer a question for the hotel.
We took excursions at the hotel, too, and were satisfied. We bought it from Alexey.

A good hotel for a relaxing holiday. There is a lot of food and it is quite normal. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are large, but the child was not given a separate sofa, had to move 2 armchairs. The beach is within walking distance. There is no entertainment, but there is wi-fi in the room. Marjan Island is still developing in terms of infrastructure. There are a lot of vacant lots on which hotels will be built someday and there will be a lot of people. In the meantime, just enjoy this peaceful and peaceful place.

Boring. The food is very specific. The pool is one and very small and shallow. A bunch of Indians are not educated. To the bay on foot or by electric car. And it's not the sea, it's the bay! Sand with a crumb of shells, not a buzz. Water with mud, the smell is present.
