Don't expect a human relationship. Unless you sign up for a gold card for a decent amount of money per year. Typical problems are a formal attitude, a poorly functioning online bank, etc . The one who disliked it is either an employee of the bank, or it is still poorly serviced)) However, I wish everyone only positive things.
