We stayed at this hotel with my daughter in the middle of July 2025. This is the most amazing hotel I've ever been to! The service and food are at the highest level!🔥 There are simply no words to express your emotions and gratitude to the hotel staff!The guys are great, the doormen and the reception and the room cleaning, how much attention they pay to the guests, they always smile, they are friendly and ready to help. We had problems with English, but in this hotel it's not a problem at all! My daughter and I were sooo satisfied!😊 The rooms are gorgeous, we checked in immediately upon arrival at 9:00 a.m., we didn't expect anything at all, without any extra charges, our things were picked up immediately at the entrance and delivered to the room. The reception staff gave a pleasant compliment, a refreshing drink 🥤 There are fresh flowers everywhere in the hotel, the fragrance is amazing, I will never forget these scents🤗 The food is beyond praise! 🫶 The beach is on the second line, but it carries an air-conditioned shuttle, and it's already there when you get out. The restaurant (where the buffet is served) has wonderful administrators who greet guests at the entrance, I want to mention one Russian-speaking lady, unfortunately I did not remember the name, but she is all ours For her help, support, and understanding. I also want to express my gratitude to Yaroslav at the reception, who gave us an unexpected and very pleasant surprise. Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel from 12/13/2025 to 12/21/2025. The emotions from the hotel were simply overwhelming!!! The buildings of the hotel are very beautiful, you look at them from the outside both day and night. The twin Towers are two huge "sphinxes". Inside, the hotel is pretentious (the interior and lighting are beyond praise), it sparkles with its cleanliness and a pleasant scent of perfume is everywhere in the air. I would like to say separately about our room 1807 on the 18th floor. This is a large and bright room with a king-size bed, a 55-inch TV, a coffee machine, a kettle, an iron, a hairdryer and other amenities with a large CORNER balcony offering beautiful views of Dubai Marina, the CIEL Tower, the neighboring hotel tower and the Persian Gulf. This room certainly added positive emotions to the piggy bank of our stay at this hotel. The food at the hotel is good and varied for every taste (as they say, do not add or take away). The service at the hotel is at a VERY high level. In kind words, I would like to mention a hotel employee named Leonid, who helped us with all our issues, including calling an individual transfer for 6 people to the airport, as well as the staff serving our room (his name was Keshan, if I remember his name correctly) for a friendly smile, clean cleaning and attention to all sorts of little things. And in general, the hotel staff is doing great!!!

The hotel is wonderful: spacious rooms (if you are a family with children, then consider the apartments: 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen).Room service for 5 people, they also prepare for bedtime. The location is on the marina embankment, it is very pleasant and beautiful to walk, especially in the evening. There are 2 pools in both towers. It's more pleasant and cozy for adults in Tower 2. There is a passage between the towers (buffet in tower 1), the beach in the neighboring hotel, buses often leave, it takes about 10 minutes to go (this is a minus, but it does not bother). I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it.

We had a vacation with my husband and granddaughter in November 2025. The service at the hotel is top notch.Starting from the entrance to the hotel, all the staff are smiling and welcoming. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.One of them was Leonid.We contacted him if we had any questions, and he was always happy to help us.The butler guy brought us little chocolates every night and always asked with a smile if everything was okay in the room and if everything was fine with us.The room has everything to make your vacation really feel like a fairy tale. I have been eyeing this hotel for a long time, because it is a friendly hotel to our beloved LeRoaylMeridian in the JBL area and they share a common beach. I've heard a lot about good restaurants, but the proximity to the beach always pulled LeRoayl over))). And then there was a great opportunity to try to live on the "dark side" (joke), from Marina's side. The price tag for hotels on the same dates varied greatly in favor of GH. And the decision was made. I must say right away that we didn't regret it. A very decent hotel. A good 5*. We were on half board, and the breakfasts and dinners were decent. The concept of food is that hot dishes are prepared according to your order, that is, they are always fresh and hot. Snacks according to the buffet principle. Very clean and delicious. There are many different restaurants a la carte, mostly Michelin. The rooms are excellent, the textiles are excellent. There are no complaints about cleaning. We took a shuttle to the beach and walked back (10 minutes at a leisurely pace). In the evening, after dinner, leisurely walks along the Marina. Very convenient. All in all, very good impressions. For lunch and dinner, only water is available for free. If you pay for dinners and lunches at the reception, the price per person is 155 dirhams, in the restaurant 260. I really liked the hotel - for 5+. We lived in tower 1, a huge hall, lots of staff, service for 5. The room is not large , but sufficient for a comfortable stay. Very expensive, high-quality shower gels, shampoos, creams, etc. in the rooms. 8 pillows on the bed..... Everything is great, we really enjoyed everything. I would like to mention the Russian-speaking staff at the hotel Olga, Yeldin, and Kristina. Frank, a short, sturdy doorman, always works in a great mood at the entrance to the hotel, he earns 1001% of his bread. The staff is always very friendly and ready to fulfill all your wishes. This is the 7th time we have stayed at this hotel. The penultimate time was in 2019 before covid. The hotel has changed in 6 years. It has turned from a business hotel into a family beach hotel, although it is located on the second line. A convenient, luxurious transfer to the beach of the hotel Le Royal Meridian, where you can use all the amenities of this beach for free (sun beds, umbrellas, towels), remains, and the bus runs every 15 minutes. They still offer ice cream and cold wipes, but there is no face spray anymore. The cosmetics in the rooms are gorgeous in large bottles. We've been upgraded. Instead of two rooms, they offered a double apartment in the second tower. We've lived there before. The food remained on the same level, but now there are no fish days, which took place on Thursdays, where you could enjoy crabs, oysters, red caviar, scallops, not to mention shrimp and fish. But this is understandable, because there were much fewer people in the hotel, and now in early December the hotel was fully loaded. The decoration with fresh flowers has remained, of course it has changed, but it is also beautiful and there are a lot of fresh flowers. We are unlucky that the renovation of the large swimming pool in the first tower and the large SPA in the second tower is currently underway, but the second tower has a smaller pool and a nice smaller SPA in the first tower. Everyone writes about the endless construction sites around, but they didn't bother us at all, we didn't even notice them. We really like this hotel, the Marina area and Dubai in general. Despite the changes, the hotel remains Luxurious in every sense.

The hotel is about 20 years old, but it looks very fresh, the rooms are renovated, the bathroom is super comfortable, the towels and bathrobes are snow-white, new, expensive Byredo cosmetics, cool toothbrushes. The bed linen is snow-white, pleasant, cleaned well and at a convenient time for the guest, I liked the smart home system, you control the light and air conditioning from 3-4 points. The air conditioner is built into the wall under the ceiling, it is not noisy and blows sideways, very convenient. You can't hear the neighbors from the other room at all, the sound insulation is super) The meal plan was breakfast and dinner, everything was decent, rib eye steak, tenderloin, lamb quiche, lamb lula, sea bass fish, dori, salmon, shrimp, pasta - you order near the stations and the waiter brings it to the table when ready. The compositions of the freshest flowers in the lobby are luxurious! There is a small swimming pool on the 4th floor, we did not use it. The hotel is on the second line, and a shuttle runs every 15 minutes from the hotel to the royal Meridien beach, where you can use all the infrastructure. You can walk to the beach or back - 10 minutes, after 16:00 when there is no heat, it is convenient. The sun beds are at a decent distance from each other, in good condition, mattresses, towels are provided, and ice is brought to the thermocooler near the sunbed. Drinks and food are paid - Cola 28 aed, Burger with double patty and fries - 120 aed. The beach between the lounge area and the sea is a huge strip, and there is almost no one on it, a sense of spaciousness. The water is clear at noon, you can see the fish. In early April, the sea was very warm in the bay, and swimming was super comfortable. The entrance is 2-3 meters shallow, then immediately much deeper. Water sports - scooter, wakeboard, inflatable sofa behind the boat. From time to time, a light-engine airplane throws out parachutists, they fly beautifully. Hotel summary:: the price-quality ratio is 10 out of 10, I recommend it.

We were settled into an apartment with two bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a kitchen (built-in refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, lots of glasses, cutlery, dishes). The room is clean, quiet, spacious, has three balconies overlooking the Dubai Marina and the hotel pool. High level of service, all staff are well-trained. In the restaurant, they are escorted to an empty table (they stand at a considerable distance), the waiters bring drinks (tea, latte, cappuccino, orange, pineapple, apple juice) in the morning. In the evening, they roast fresh steaks, lamb on a bone, kebab, king prawns, salmon, sea bass (you don't have to stand in line with a plate, you call the table number and wait for the waiter).In the evening, Evian water is available from drinks, alcohol is available, but very expensive (1.5 tr glass of beer, 7tr bottle of mediocre Sauvignon) It is better to take a taxi at the entrance to the hotel (with checkers, payment by the meter, cheaper than Yandex). There is always a staff near the entrance to the hotel who opens the door to the taxi, takes out the luggage, helps to find the way if he hesitates. The hotel has compositions of fresh flowers, huge bathrooms (and not similar to them), a Russian-speaking guy at the reception helped us (with advice) how to order the famous Dubai chocolate at the hotel for 70 dirhams, not 150 from the guide. For lunch, you can order rib eye steak, lamb loin, various fish! My daughter has never tasted such delicious grilled chicken anywhere! He eats every day! She was nicknamed Chicken Lady! We are currently staying at the wonderful Grosvenor House Dubai Hotel. We chose the hotel according to reviews, price and location. We really love high-quality service, there is something to compare it with. Having lived here for a week, I can definitely say that all the excellent reviews correspond to what Grosvenor offers. We arrived early and, in theory, we should have checked in no earlier than 14.00, but they immediately gave us a room (at 9.00), but what a room! Instead of the standard one-room apartment, they offered apartments without a balcony (living room, bedroom, kitchen, two bathrooms), my husband and I were happy, and my teenage daughter was upset that there was no balcony. To which the hotel specialist wanted to make it pleasant, and she and we were given an apartment with a balcony. Thank you so much, this is a wonderful room-apartment. The staff is as customer-oriented as possible everywhere (I myself worked in the staff service of a Russian hotel and I know everything about excellent service). I can certainly recommend this hotel to all my acquaintances, friends and relatives. The food is great, the cleanliness is great, the customer orientation is great. Now about the location: if you are without kids (who need to be entertained especially), then I definitely recommend Grosvenor, because you get two important locations at once: access to the beautiful Marina promenade and the beach area of the Le Royal Meridien hotel. 3-5 minutes and you're on the beach, every 10 minutes (every time we leave the hotel, there was a branded hotel bus, we never had to wait 10), a comfortable shuttle runs to the beach (and back). I will not repeat all the advantages that you get when choosing Grosvenor, everything corresponds to reality. My husband, my 13-year-old daughter, and I are very happy that we chose Grosvenor. And even if my review doesn't count as advertising, I'm really thrilled, if I don't like something, I'll definitely leave a detailed review. If you don't know which hotel to choose, choose Grosvenor- you can't go wrong. And we will be happy to come here again.

We lived in a large suite with a huge veranda overlooking the Marina and the bay. To Dubai for a couple of days - JUST here. A wonderful hotel! I was struck by how well thought out everything is, how sensitive and attentive they are to any issue. We upgraded the room category to a three-room apartment as a compliment for the first visit. The food is a complete delight and the breakfasts and dinners are varied, delicious-I had to keep myself in hand.)Wonderful cleaning. Convenient transfer to the beach. The location of the hotel is very convenient, everything is nearby. We had an invigorating sea from December 10-15, but then you get used to it.

I have been coming to the hotel for 3 times already. The first times everything was perfect, but this time we paid for the room through the tour operator. The room was small for three people, and the water was either very hot or very cold. The rain shower is not working. Water-saving watering cans have been installed, apparently of poor quality. For two meals a day, it turned out that tea and coffee are paid for dinner, which is nonsense for a hotel of this level. How is this possible? If the dinner is paid for, it's not alcohol or any non-standard drinks, it's regular tea and coffee. The 3rd person arrived the next day and had to remind the staff 3 times about a sleeping place for her. It's one o'clock in the morning and so far no one has come and made an additional paid place for a person. This time the hotel was disappointing. There are no such problems in the neighboring hotels. We wanted to transfer and enjoy staying at our favorite hotel, but the desire to return disappeared.
