The hotel disappointed.
The first and most important disadvantage is noise. On the ground floor of this hotel, a club is perfectly located, which regularly holds parties from 00 to 04 hours. We lived on the 8th floor. Nevertheless, the music from this club could be heard perfectly. Also, the walls in the hotel are just cardboard, and the entrance door to the room has a huge gap from the bottom. As a consequence: you will hear all the sounds, conversations, stomping, slamming of doors from the hall very clearly. Opposite our room there were several staff rooms and apparently a laundry room. At night, the staff spent a lot of time under our doors. Again, the constant noise and slamming of doors.
We asked to be moved to another room - they refused, referring to the fact that everything is occupied. They promised to let me know if something was released - they didn't offer anything until the end of the vacation. As a result: for the whole vacation, I slept a maximum of 3 hours a day.
The second minus, also no less important, is food. We had breakfast and by the end of the vacation (which is only 5 days), it was already impossible to eat it. The menu does not change, that is, it is the same every day. There is simply no meat. Yes, there are some chicken-soy sausages, but after trying them you will realize that there is no smell of meat there. The rest of the food is: beans, a strange omelet, porridge, yogurt with additives in the form of dry oatmeal (which is designated as granola) or rice balls, good pancakes with syrup, and a bunch of carbohydrate food in the form of rice, bread, etc. There is no protein in these breakfasts) one plus - there were fruits: melon and watermelon.
The rest of the hotel is approx. The rooms are cleaned daily; the staff is polite, not Russian-speaking. Shower gel, soap is available, consumables and towels are also changed daily.
Upon request, they provided an ironing board and an iron in the room (of course, he is probably older than me, but this is already a huge plus)
The area is for an amateur) it's crowded, you wouldn't think that you're in Dubai) but it suited me fine.
A big plus is the proximity of the Mall of Emirates and the metro (which is located in it, respectively). There is a large supermarket in the shopping center, you can buy everything you need.
There was a transfer from our tour to the beach, but we never managed to use it. Registration for the transfer is carried out from 6 to 10 am the next day. We approached at 7-8 in the morning, everything was already scheduled. Maybe this information will be useful to someone
It would be a good hotel if not for the two most important disadvantages: food and sleep (for which people rent hotels).
As a result, lack of sleep, constant search for breakfast outside the hotel and 2 stars.

We were in July 2022, this is a new hotel of this chain- we liked it, cleaning every day..The buffet is decent, some of the dishes have changed, everything is always fresh, fruits, sweets have always been .The staff is friendly, if you need something, they run to help.The location is convenient, the Pier and the Parus Hotel were visible from our window. The bus takes you to the beach every hour in the morning (which is fenced off by the hotel area)the purest, unlike the beaches of 5 * hotels where there is fuel oil or oil on the shore🤭

Just got back from Dubai. As always, everything is fine.We rested at the hotel from 22 Jan to 31 Jan. The weather is great for excursions, very comfortable. Nice rooftop pool, with sea water. Heated pool t30°. The beauty is unreal. We went to the beach once, if you forget that the water is very cold, the beach itself did not like the word at all! Unequipped at all, no toilets, no changing rooms, nothing at all. We've been to Dubai 4 times, but I've never seen such horror anywhere. We used to take them to Al Mamzar beach, there is a fabulous beach, fully equipped.
The hotel has very attentive staff at the reception, two of them speak Russian very well. I especially want to mention the girl Zara at the reception, very attentive. I am always ready to help with any question. I don't know the name of the young man, he also speaks well in Russian, at the entrance we really liked the room, without any problems he beckoned us to the room for half an hour. We had breakfast and dinner. Dinner can be changed for lunch if you are going on an excursion. We changed it, very convenient. Dinner and lunch are very tasty, an excellent choice, dishes were constantly changing.Breakfast is simpler, but you definitely won't stay hungry, but the same thing every day. Watermelons, melons, pineapples, grapes, oranges every day for breakfast and dinner. We went on excursions, walked, in general, the rest, as always, was a success! Thank you Dubai, we'll be back!

Great hotel. Were in September 2022. Always clean, cleaning every day. There is always tea, coffee, water, sugar in the rooms. Transfer to the sea in the morning, you need to sign up. Meals we took for breakfast and dinner. Everything is very tasty. The hotel has a club, a bar and a disco. Near the Emirate Mall, within walking distance, there are many cafes and restarans for every taste. There is a metro nearby, so you can easily get to the sights for every taste and budget.

I really liked the hotel. Nice rooms, heated pool, rested in January, beauty!!!!! I really liked it. Delicious cuisine, food was taken for breakfast + dinner, enough, in the afternoon we had lunch in the city. We have been to the Emirates 7 times and are always happy with everything. There are no bad hotels, there are always dissatisfied tourists, come with a positive attitude and you will be happy.

The hotel is located near the metro, bus station and a huge mall. For a budget tourist, just a great location. They never took a taxi. We had lunch at the mall. The breakfasts at the hotel are ordinary, everyone will find something for themselves. The dinners are just awesome, the desserts are exquisite, well, very tasty. The room is ordinary, small, clean. There is no Russian channel, but you can connect a USB flash drive to the TV.

I was at the hotel in December 2022. For three stars, everything is fine. Conveniently located, near the Emirates Mall, and there is the metro. On the roof there is a swimming pool with broken sun beds. The breakfasts were monotonous, the coffee was not delicious, the fruits were pleasing. Cleaning does not find fault and clean towels. We went to the beach by taxi as the bus from the hotel left full.

We rested in this hotel with the whole family in mid-January 2023. We were very satisfied!!! We will be happy to come here again.
The most important thing is the convenient location of the hotel: 1.5 minutes to the largest mall (where we ate, shopped, walked). Near the metro. But we often used taxis. It is better to take municipal ones (they are beige with checkers), work on the counter, it turned out cheaper. But you can also call through Uber, it works.
Room service is good, daily cleaning, linen change every other day.The rooms are spacious, the furniture and renovation are very fresh.The windows are panoramic.The administration responds quickly to requests, they always smile.
There is a pool with warm water on the roof, visited, liked it.
Breakfast at the hotel is normal. Not as diverse as in Turkey, but everything is fresh, delicious.Great pancakes.Fruits every day-melon, watermelon, pineapples. You won't stay hungry for sure.
The only thing that was missing - there are no balconies and clothes hangers in the rooms.
We visited the flower and butterfly park.We went to the Global Village - by taxi, because it's far away.I really liked it!
We bought a sightseeing tour of Dubai from the hotel guide with a climb to the Burj Khalifa and a boat trip to the Dubai Marina. super! We visited the famous gold market (by metro ourselves), for good reason, we bought something interesting.
Separately , we took the subway to the Frame (Dubai History Museum with transparent floors at a height of 48 floors). It's breathtaking.I recommend it.
One day the men went to the largest and most technologically advanced water park in the world Atlantic Aquapark. It is located at the top of the palm Jumeirah. We took a taxi. They returned in full delight. Considering that we have visited many places and seen different water parks, but this one is very technological and interesting.

The rooftop pool is open until 18 hours, the gym (in Ramadan) was open 24/7. Breakfast is Arabic and continental. In 5 days, the bed linen was changed, cleaned every day. Good service, a large chain hotel, among the guests are Europeans, CIS natives and wealthy Indians, Pakistanis. There is a swimming pool on the roof, daily cleaning. The hotel itself is newly renovated, the location is ideal for a city hotel, I recommend it!
The food is good for the desert in general, super, not a radisson of course, but everyone will find something to eat, the choice is great!

As a result, we came from the beach at 14.00, the room keys do not work. I go to the reception, they say that you have delayed leaving the room, pay a fine of 100 dirhams (2200r), the most annoying thing is that not the guide, not at the reception, not the tour operator did not tell us that we need to leave the room at 12.00.

Buken is blaming the hotel, and the hotel is blaming them! Then the janitor broke the mug while we were on the beach and dumped it on us!!! A letter was brought to our room for this mug !!!! Then we sorted it out and apologized!!! Upon arrival at the hotel, we paid 100 derham for a late check-out, and again a nuisance!!!! There is little furniture in the rooms, there are no wardrobes, only a hanger.

There are no dishes, except for the electric kettle. They give out disposable glasses.

Instead of a clothes dryer in the shower there is a rope where, due to humidity, the laundry dries for a very long time.Therefore, I had to dry the laundry on the windowsill.
There is no air freshener, no toilet brush. The hood, too, is missing.
The administration responds to the requests of guests as follows: agrees, smiles, but does nothing to solve the issue.
Breakfasts are below average. Mostly-spicy national dishes that are more suitable for a lunch meal than for breakfast.
Of course, you can find something to eat: vegetables, fruits, pastries. But no more..
On the roof of the hotel there is a small pool and sun loungers where you can relax.
The transfer takes you from the hotel to the beach, but there is a queue.... You have to sign up 2 days in advance, otherwise you won't get there.
Rooms without balconies. From the window there is a view of the neighboring street.
A big plus is the location of the hotel, which is within walking distance from the Emirate Mall and the metro. There is also a bus station nearby, from where you can get to the Flower Garden and other attractions.
In general, as they say: "one-time visit to the hotel": we stayed, we found out, we don't want any more.

Near the hotel there is a huge number of Asians and people of other nationalities, their sea. The staff does not speak Russian at the hotel. The breakfasts are vile and meager. There's nothing to do in this hotel. The only advantages are that the Emirates shopping center and the metro station of the same name are nearby. The hotel is an extremely modest troika that does not claim to be a star. For the price of 135 thousand for 2 adults for 8 nights at breakfast, you need and can choose a more decent hotel.

I poured myself a cup of coffee, sat down comfortably and began the story...My husband and I rested at the hotel from 11.09.21 to 18.09.21 (8 days, 7 nights), a wonderful vacation turned out, I would love to repeat it! We were brought to the hotel by transfer at 10:00, September 11, check-in at 14:00, but the staff did everything possible to check in faster, we sat at the reception with suitcases (although it was possible to walk around the city, but since the covid test, or rather its result has not yet come, we were waiting at the reception). We asked for a room on the 13th floor, there is a view of the Parus Hotel (as people say) and the Burj Khalifa tower in the distance, we were given a room without extra charges on this floor, I was delighted, there was a view of the Parus Hotel, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Ski Dubai ski resort and even when it was the sea could also be clearly seen. We settled in around 13:00. We were waiting for the test results, they came only the next day at 14:00. We did not take any chances, although our hotel guide said you can go out for a walk, without passports. This is, of course, a minus, but it's not the fault of the hotel, and this is a global problem at the moment and everyone is wearing masks everywhere very strictly, a fine of $ 800 (as if you decide for yourself).
I will briefly summarize the main thing about the hotel.
HOTEL: small, cozy, clean. Cleaning every day, water is brought every day for 0.5 per person, there is always coffee/tea in the room, shower gel, hand soap, towels are changed every day. for me, 3 stars are perfect, they pull for all 4. There is a rooftop pool, small, but still, we got high there for the first two days when we were waiting for the results of the Covid test.
FOOD: not to say that every day was different, about the same thing, but the dishes changed periodically. Very tasty. Breakfast buffet. Food is imposed on you (because of covid measures), you say what you want, then they impose it, if you want supplements, ask, they will bring it. Breakfast: there are no porridges usual in Russia. There are cereals, omelets, sausages, boiled eggs, vegetables, herbs, grilled tomatoes, lots of croissants, jams, toasts, fruits (melon, watermelon, pineapple), beans, cheeses, all kinds of sauces. We took breakfast/dinner. Dinner can be moved to lunch (for example, if you don't have time for dinner). The dinners are very tasty and the portions are simply huge: the first (soup and salad, soups are very tasty and thick, I haven't eaten them anywhere), the second (pasta, basmati rice, beef, chicken, vegetables), the third (dessert, as a rule, ice cream with fruit). Barely finished eating. Room service is available for both breakfast and dinner, lunch is free. It is also very convenient, used several times. The serving in their cafe is very beautiful, like in a restaurant. Drinks are not provided for dinner, but water is always poured. In the morning: juices, coffee, tea.
BEACH: they take you to one beach for free, next to the hotel by Sail, literally 10-15 minutes to go. You can go at 8 and 9 in the morning, sign up the day before. They don't take you home in the evening. The beach is cool, deserted (probably because it's not the season), there is a bar on the beach, we always took cocktails there (very tasty). There is a construction site on the beach nearby (but this is Dubai, baby), there is an eternal construction site here. If you want to go to other beaches, Marina Beach and so on, take the subway.
LOCATION: The hotel is ideally located, 7-10 minutes to a Huge Mall, 15-20 minutes to the metro, through this mall. By metro to Dubai Marina 15 min, to Burj Khalifa 10 min.
Everything sooooo liked it!!! Friendly staff, always prompt, help, it is advisable to come with a good knowledge of English, they know the language very well and sometimes it was very difficult to understand them because of their rapid pronunciation. The staff always smile, wish us a good day, open the doors, if something is missing, they will definitely provide it, asked us to take a shower before departure (when they already handed over the room), provided us with a shower, clean towels, you could swim there for at least 30 minutes.
In general, I recommend the hotel if it is 3 stars such as 4 and 5 stars. We are not very experienced tourists (who rest only in 5 stars and have been to more than 10 countries, maybe they will not appreciate the rest in this hotel as much as we do), rested in Turkey (4 stars), Egypt (5 stars), Cyprus (4 stars), Georgia (4 stars) and if we compare, then 3 stars in Dubai are simply amazing. I rarely wrote reviews, almost never, but I didn't spare an hour of time and wrote here, because I can't keep silent, let everyone know what kind of service this hotel has and let you have more satisfied tourists. Prosperity and development of this hotel!!! The hotel, by the way, has a whole network in Dubai.
