This is not the first time we have been in the UAE, choosing a hotel this time, we were looking for a hotel with a good location, close to the metro and close to the center. Everything is fine with that here. We had a rest in early January 2026. The metro is 15 minutes away, the Mall of Emirates is 400 m away, there is a bus stop where you can take a bus to Jumeirah and get there in 12 minutes within walking distance. Dubai Marina is nearby, several metro stops. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just 3 metro stops away. Lulu hypermarket is 10-15 minutes away, there is a large assortment of products and prices are cheaper than in neighboring large supermarkets. Minutes in 10 2 Day to day (clothes and everything else). The room is small, with a wardrobe with a drawer, 8 hangers, 2 chairs, a table, a bed, a TV and bedside tables. There is everything you need. There is a hairdryer, kettle, mugs, tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water every day. There is soap and gel in bottles in the shower, there are no glasses for brushes, as we wrote above. There isn't a single shelf in the shower itself either. It's not very convenient. The water in the shower is warm, we didn't have any problems. Cleaning and change of towels every day. The breakfasts are modest, not varied, but satisfying. There are porridge, cereals, yoghurts, toasts, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, rice, soy sausages, vegetables, fruits (watermelon, melon, oranges), delicious fresh croissants, muffins. You won't stay hungry. Heated swimming pool on the 14th floor. You need to sign up for the beach at 8 a.m. the day before the beach, they take you 3 times in the morning (Jumeirah Beach is about a 15-minute drive from the hotel). We took the subway to Kite beach on our own. In general, everything is not bad enough, even on the contrary, if you go to the UAE to see the sights, and not to sit in a hotel. This hotel is just perfect for that.

The hotel left a pleasant impression. Cleaning every day, good food, metro nearby. The swimming pool and gym are all in good condition. Next to the big Mall of Emirates and 81 bus stop, you can use it to get to the beach and to Dubai Mall. You need to book a hotel transfer to the beach at 8 a.m. the day before, but you can come in the morning, sometimes there are places left. They bring you to Jumeirah beach, clean, beautiful, there is a toilet and a shower. I hope to come back to this hotel again)

We are quite experienced tourists who have been to different places and lived in different hotels, there were also five-star hotels that were frankly weak and urban-format hotels that are much better than stated. Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall is exactly like that. Very friendly staff who are ready to help immediately, call a taxi, explain the way, bring an iron to the room or change the light bulb. Excellent location of the hotel. Cool mall right across the street. Expensive boutiques, electronics stores, and a supermarket are nearby. Almost all the sights can be seen from the windows of the hotel and the pool. There is a metro station nearby, which is located at an equal distance from everything and helps to save money on travel very much, and it is easy to move around the city. The room was rented on the 11th floor. We lived for 9 days. It's quiet and peaceful at night. Cleaned every day, there are no complaints. The breakfast is excellent. It's delicious, there's no chicken or meat, but everyone will find something for themselves. There are fruits, vegetables, eggs, porridges, etc. We definitely recommend it!

Nice hotel, friendly administrators. The buffet is a bit poor, except for sausages there is nothing meaty. Watermelon was not introduced on our last day, only melon. If there are few fruits, then melon cannot be called in the plural. The refrigerator in the room was not cold, our room was on the 13th floor with a view of the Emirate Mall. The noise from the street was constant, there was a feeling that the window was not fully closed, but after my checks it turned out to be closed. The only thing that kept out the noise were the very thick double curtains. The bed and towels were changed every day, the floors were poorly washed, and dirt remained outside the room door. The neighbors' audibility is 60%, muted. Still, there's a subway nearby, a rooftop pool, and friendly staff, so I give it 5 stars. Will I come to this hotel again? Yes, of course. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent location, close to one of the largest malls in the Emirates, which has a lot of things, including Ski Dubai. Near the mall there is a metro station, a bus station with routes to tourist attractions, a flower park, a Butterfly park, and a Global Village. You can take city buses in different directions. Very decent food for 3*, you can change dinner for lunch without warning. Very helpful staff. We arrived at the hotel before 7 a.m., put our things in the luggage room, changed our clothes and went to the beach on the hotel bus. We returned from the beach and checked in well before 14:00. Swimming pool with 22 sun beds. The pool is normally warm (we had it on cold days). The bus took me to a public beach. Clean water, sand.

Nice hotel, very convenient location. Near the Emirate Mall shopping center, metro, bus stop, many small cafes nearby, pharmacy, etc. The hotel is cleaned cleanly, 2 bottles of water daily, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle in the room. Slippers, hairdryer, shampoo, no other accessories. Breakfasts and dinners are monotonous, there is not much choice, but you will not stay hungry. There is a Lavazza cafe where you can buy a sandwich and yogurt for a snack. In the evening, a sports bar and a club with live music. There are promotions for women's and men's days. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, but it is difficult to sign up. Many people take taxis. The tax is 10 dirhams/night. There is no deposit.

A wonderful hotel for your money. Deserved three stars, no more. The rooms are good, at first we moved to the 2nd floor (213 rooms) upon arrival So everything is sad there. The next day, I asked and was moved to the 9th floor, everything got better here. It feels like the windows don't have sound insulation at all. Everything else was fine, the food was excellent and there was a large selection (I only took breakfast), the staff was smiling and friendly, always ready to help if anything. I am completely satisfied with the hotel. A great location to stay, near the Emirates Mall and the metro station, which is very convenient.

The food is good, for 3 stars it is very good. Varied and delicious. The dinners are long. The location is excellent. Across the street is the Mall of Emirates with shops and a huge supermarket. There's a subway there! Day to Day and Brands for less are within walking distance. The rooms have a TV with YouTube and one Russian channel. Minus for the very small rooms and the noise. You don't know where to put your suitcase. Well, they're a little tired. Noise from the Sheikh Zayed highway, which is very close. In addition, the air conditioners on the walls are very noisy. There's nothing you can do about the highway. But with windows, it's probably possible. The humane price compensates for this to some extent. But if the hotel takes care of replacing the glazing, it will be fine.

The hotel is urban. Normal, though not new. I liked the room service, cleaning, linen. There is a problem with setting the water temperature in the shower. Then cold, then boiling water. Detergents are 3 in 1. There is no cup for brushes. There is no closet or shelves in the room. There is an open barbell with several hangers. We had a view of the house next door, so we didn't open the curtains. The food - breakfast/dinner - is about the same every day, without frills. I was surprised that there were no hot drinks for dinner, you can't take tea or coffee, just buy it at a coffee shop. And also a disgusting omelet (it looks like it's powdered). The location is normal, near a large mall, through which you can get to the subway. But getting to the beach is not convenient, and not fast. There is a 3p/day delivery service from the hotel, but somehow it is very difficult to sign up for it, we have never traveled. We went to the rooftop pool once, and they give us towels right there. You can sunbathe and refresh yourself if there are places. In general, the hotel is worth its little money, we didn't find fault, and we didn't spend much time in it, just spent the night)

Wonderful hotel, great location, excellent cuisine, polite and adequate staff. Everything is comfortable, convenient, and accessible. The pool is small, but very cozy. From the roof, where the pool is located (14th floor), there is a beautiful view of all the sights of Dubai. We bought a silver card and used all types of surface and underground (metro) transport (except taxis). I definitely recommend it, as everything is accessible and very convenient.

A hotel with excellent staff creates a wonderful atmosphere. The advantage of this hotel is that breakfasts start at 6:30 a.m. and dinners end at 23:00. No matter how early we left for an excursion and no matter how late we returned, we always had time for breakfast and dinner. The food is always fresh and with a minimum amount of spices. Cleaning is 10 out of 10. Despite the fact that the hotel is 3*, it turned out well thanks to the staff who work in it. Plus, there's a gym and a swimming pool, but I didn't get to them, so I don't know how it is.

We have been staying for over 10 years now. The cozy hotel is located next to the Emirates Mall, where there is a ski complex. Near the metro. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel. There is an underground parking. European breakfast buffet, although the menu does not change from year to year. The rooms are shabby but well maintained. The hotel has a view of the Emirates Mall, the Kempinski Hotel, the Burj all Arab Hotel, and the Burj Khalifa skyscraper.

I visited the hotel in January 2026, the hotel is relatively small. I had two beds in my room, which I want to say about them, they could have been installed wider, when you turn over on the other side, there is a chance of falling. There are always a lot of people at breakfast around 10:00, if you come by 6:30, then of course there are not many people, but I came mostly by 10:00, the waiters did not have time to prepare the tables, I had to sit down at the dirty one, but the truth is, when they saw that you came, they tried to clean up faster. The food for breakfast is good, the coffee is not very good, only made of titanium, as it is. What I like is that the hotel is located very close to the mall. But that's what I needed, so the flaws didn't bother me much.

Advantages-- room cleaning every day, convenient location Cons- there is no Russian-speaking staff, the hotel does not provide operational information to the tour operator. In my case, it was not indicated that the pool was not working and this was critical, plus the transfer to the sea was not working, you can get there yourself. This is not what you expect from a 3-star hotel. For the non-working pool for 14 days and the absence of a transfer, they offered dinner at a restaurant, as a result, the dinner did not take place, it was closed, so they apologized. The breakfasts are worse than in Turkey by 2 stars. In fact, it's just a guest and that's it.....

Nice hotel in Dubai, right next to the Mall of Emirates. The rooms on the upper floors are comfortable, while the disco music on the lower floor can be heard on the lower floors, but in general it may not interfere. The hotel staff seemed to be friendly, they did not delay the request to relocate, they quickly resolved issues around the room. The water pressure is so-so in the shower, but it's enough, without frills.

Great hotel: The breakfasts are not very varied every day, but the choice is large, everything is delicious. The rooms are excellent - the sound insulation is good, it is spacious, there is a bathtub. There's not a lot of storage space. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are super. The pool is not bad, the gym is not very big, but it's not bad either. I would have returned to the same hotel a second time.

I do not know what it depends on, but we did not have toothbrushes and toothpastes in the room, if anyone would be interested in information. It's so clean, cozy, and the food is delicious. The metro and bus stop are within walking distance, and there is a shopping center nearby. All the cafes are nearby. The sea can be reached by 81 buses. They took the tourist tax, they didn't ask for a deposit.

Located near the shopping center and metro station, convenient. Breakfasts and dinners are quite tasty, for dinner there are always vegetables, fruits, fish, meat or chicken, salad, several side dishes, soup for an amateur, desserts. Only water is served for dinner, and juices, tea, and coffee are served for breakfast. The rooms are small but clean, the bed linen and towels are clean and fresh. Cleaning every day. There is only shower gel/shampoo in one bottle in the bathroom. There are no bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste, cotton pads, etc. The staff is friendly. We settled in at 11 a.m. instead of 14 p.m. There are no balconies, the laundry can be dried on a rope, it must be pulled out of the metal circle in the bathroom, but it dries for a long time. The view from the window is average. The noise insulation is not very good, the laughter of the neighbors can be heard perfectly. The pool is normal, not tiny, the depth is 90-180 cm, there are not always places. Overall, it's a good hotel for its price, thank you for your hospitality!

I share my stay at this hotel) we had a rest from 13.11 to 21.1. we had a good rest, the room is cleaned every day, very clean. The breakfasts are quite normal, monotonous, but we haven't had enough in a week. However, our child, who is 7 years old, wanted to eat our food)) and there was a slightly different cuisine, although there were omelets, rice, boiled eggs. The most delicious thing was the hummus sauce. The location of the hotel is excellent, the metro is close, and there are bus stops too. We could get to any sights in 15-20 minutes. We actually took the bus to the beach ourselves , the shuttle was always free , and we had to get up earlier to make an appointment (but we woke up at that time) There are also inexpensive and delicious cafes nearby, with huge portions. The rooms aren't big, and the furniture isn't too old, but we had enough of it to spend the night. By the way, the sound insulation was good

The hotel is very conveniently located, with a number of retail outlets and a large mall 600m from the hotel. But the big disadvantage is that it's far from the beach, there's a bus that needs to be booked, we haven't been able to get on it more than once and took a taxi with a blue roof to the Aqua Park, and then the hotel is clean on foot.plumbing, linen, white heated pool, water was +31 in December. Our window faced the roadway, and although it was closed, we slept like on the street, 100% audibility, and lived on the 1st floor. We didn't eat at the hotel. There are many food outlets, but mostly hamburgers and French fries. And it got pretty boring in 9 days. And so, of course, Dubai is a fairy tale, we've been to a lot of places, shopped, poked around. The weather was comfortable on 22-27, and I want to go there again in the second half of December.

Excellent location, across the street from the shopping center, where you can take the subway. It's a long walk to the sea, we didn't use the transfer from the hotel. The food was good, there was a variety of juice, coffee, tea, and a buffet for breakfast. For dinner, drinks include only water, and there is also a buffet. The Internet was working well, the smart TV. Cleaning every day, brought 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee. The hotel itself is tired already, the renovation is too old. But clean. We only spent the night there. There is a swimming pool on the roof, which was open every day until 20:00. Round-the-clock exercise equipment

Nice hotel. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. Diverse and always fresh. It's also great that dinner is until 22:30. Our tour was delayed due to traffic jams and we arrived at 22:10 and had dinner with pleasure. The location is very good-opposite the largest shopping mall-the largest in Dubai. The subway is 15 minutes away, not funny steps. Wiring to the beach and back-every hour.

We went in December from the 13th to the 24th. The 3* hotel is really 3*, no more, no less. The rooms are tiny, there are no closets, there is nowhere to put things stupidly (a pair of shallow pull-out cabinets in the desk could only accommodate a base such as panties, tops and bras). For outerwear, there are several hooks on the wall at the side of the bed. And there was a single kind of place for things under them - a pull-out cupboard deep down, like a chest in depth, in appearance too. Putting things in there is absolutely inconvenient, because then you just won't find anything without digging, so it's easier to leave it in the suitcase. The room has a safe, a kettle with water, a couple of mugs and a refrigerator. Tea bags and coffee were provided very sparingly, two tea bags and two coffees per day. It's good that they brought it at least on request. But they didn't bring water on request. The reception explained that the water (2 bottles / day) is a compliment from the hotel and no one owes us anything at all. (This is the first hotel in Dubai where they didn't bring us water on request, and we had cheaper hotels once) By the way, this is also the first hotel in Dubai where there is no iron in the room, but there is a piece of paper that it costs money to iron things. The bed in the room is nice and comfortable, but the pillows are very thin, so we asked for extra pillows and brought them. It was very stuffy in the room without the air conditioner, but we found that the windows on our 14th floor were opening in the "window panes" mode, so at night we just slept with the window open, it wasn't hot or stuffy. Now about the bathroom. For us, it was again the first time when there was nothing in the bathroom accessories, not even cups for toothbrushes. At least there was liquid soap and shower gel in the dispensers, otherwise it was really sad. We had a room with a bathroom (I don't know about the others), a rain shower on top. The pressure is not very high, and it happened once that I was in the shower, and the water abruptly stopped flowing, although the faucet was open. It helped to close and open again, I don't know what the problem was, but thank God it was only once. The water is warm, if you want hot water, you have to wait, apparently, it does not reach the upper floors immediately. The towels were changed every day, in general, the cleaning was every day and quite good. Oh, yes, there were slippers in the room, but there were no bathrobes. The receptionist said that they don't have dressing gowns in the hotel in principle. To sum up, I'll say this: if you see a really good low price for a tour with this hotel, or just for this hotel, then come. If you take a tour for 200+k, then for this money this hotel will most likely disappoint you.

We stayed at this hotel from March 15 to March 25, 2025.. The room was on the 9th floor, linen and towels were changed and cleaned efficiently every day, tea, coffee, sugar, cream and two bottles of 0.5 water were replenished daily. The staff is friendly, they responded to all requests immediately. At the reception, we communicate through an interpreter in the phone app. The food is monotonous, the assortment is sufficient not to be hungry, we had half board. Buses took three flights to the beach by appointment near the Parus Hotel. Near the Emirate Mall 81, you can take a bus to the beach using a silver card for 3 dirhams, this is who was late for the shuttle from the hotel. The location of the Citimax is great (across the street is the Emirate Mall, metro, supermarkets with ready-made food, Tay tu day like our fixprice with cheap souvenirs and so on). All amenities are 15-20 minutes by metro. The Internet was working properly in the room. The window in the room opened, the swimsuits dried overnight, the pool was not used, there was enough sea, the weather was lucky, it was moderately hot. I recommend this hotel to everyone, my husband and I were satisfied.

I recommend. The hotel is 3 stars, and the service is 5* Royal breakfasts and dinners, a huge selection of dishes. Clean and nice, cozy. Yes, the rooms are small, but near the metro and one of the best hypermarkets. There is a bus to the beach and back, and the rooms have everything. Towels in the room are changed daily, and the cleaning is of high quality. Note: there are no beach towels, but they are not provided because the hotel is urban. The staff speaks English.

We only used the hotel for overnight stays and the internet. In general, it is an ordinary inexpensive hotel that tries to maintain the image of its brand. Positive: - The staff is responsive, responds to all requests. The current shower was replaced within an hour of the request. - Location - five minutes walk to the mall, 12 minutes walk to the subway. There is a lot of tourist infrastructure in the vicinity. - The Wi-Fi in the rooms is excellent. The rooftop pool is nice. Sleep comfortably and comfortably. Medium - There's a lot of choice for breakfast, but it's a bit monotonous. The food hasn't changed much in a week. - There is a shuttle service to the beach and back, we didn't use it, I can't estimate it. Minuses - The rooms are old (the bed is peeling, the shower is leaking, something is dripping in the bathroom). - There is no place to dry swimsuits and clothes - if you hang them in the bathroom, they don't have time to dry. And balconies are not provided.

The hotel is pleasant, near the metro. We arrived at 10, we were at the hotels by one o'clock in the afternoon, they checked us in right away. All the staff speaks English, but they are very polite if they need to communicate through a translator. We took breakfast + dinner (you can change it for lunch). We usually always went to lunch and left in the evening. The breakfasts are good, fruits (we had watermelons/melons/grapes in April), pastries, cereals, eggs, beans, steamed vegetables, and fresh carrots/cucumbers/tomatoes/greens. Cheese cheese, sausage of the same kind. Coffee/tea. Dinners (fish/meat/ potatoes/ pasta/rice, fresh and steamed vegetables/legumes/ watermelon/ sweet puddings (there were even mango) cakes, dried fruit candies, watermelon/melon. We had dinner once, I think they give it like at lunch. But there's only water for lunch and dinner. We always had seats for breakfast at 7/7:30, the staff cleans everything up promptly, you can also find seats for lunch/dinner, but by 12:30/13:00, I understand they are bringing a group of tourists from Asia for lunch (some of the tables will be occupied). By weekends, half of the dining room is closed for lunches and dinners for the bar. We were given a room on the 6th floor, with access to the house where the locals lived, and we didn't hear any noise. There is an air conditioner in the room, there is a refrigerator, a safe, they give two small bottles of water per person per day, tea/coffee, everything was updated. They cleaned well. The subway is nearby, we walked through the shopping center, and most often we walked across the street. There are bus stops nearby, cross the street, everyone will go right to the shopping center, and you will go left (from there you went to the beach by kite, to Madina Jumeirah), once we took a bus from there to JBR, it seemed a little more convenient, since there are many crossings in the subway, it's a long walk, and then I sat down and drove. We went to the pool at 8, and later, someone wrote that they were taking up and leaving, there is no such thing. There's just not enough space, the pool is small and there's not much room, of course, if you get to 10, it will be occupied. But no one lies there for half a day, some for an hour, some for two.On the downside, there are strange cabinets (there are no doors, everything will be in plain sight, there are no drawers, I put things in drawers from the desk. The shower room was also not thought out, the water was pouring on the floor, we stood with our backs to the glass partition, so more or less. Well, the biggest disadvantage is that it is very strange for such a country that there is only water at lunches and dinners, which cannot be bottled in the dining room. We live in the 21st century, and I don't think it would be a problem to put water coolers in such a rich country.... There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, the curb is completely dead, the only way to break your legs is to continue walking along the sand and planks to the shopping center, but this is a question for their administration. Well, the hotel that burned down is nearby, it's creepy to look at , but they were guided by it at the beginning. There is no fence, only a sign "do not walk nearby."

Very convenient location, within walking distance of the metro, shopping center, cafes, shops. The room is standard (there is a kettle, tea-coffee-water, hairdryer, liquid soap, shampoo- shower gel), cleaned daily and towels were changed. The staff is friendly. The food was quite varied, a buffet breakfast was included, you can choose for every taste, and even at the end of breakfast there was no shortage of dishes, replenished and asked if it was already possible to clean. It was possible to have lunch or dinner for a fee. In addition to the buffet, the hotel has a cafe. The pool is warm, shallow, and small, and there have always been sun beds and canvases. I couldn't use the transfer to the beach, because I had to make an appointment in advance and there were many people who wanted to. The impression is good. The only thing is, there are no towel rails to dry the swimsuits (and there was a room without a balcony), because we had an excursion program, there were no problems.

I stayed at this hotel from May 12 to May 23, 2025. Quite a decent hotel. We checked in immediately upon arrival (at noon). We charged a tourist fee of 10 dirhams per room per day. You can change the money directly at the hotel, but the exchange rate is slightly lower. In the hotel, $100 is 340 dirhams, and in the mall, $100 is 363 dirhams. The room is clean. There is a table, 2 mirrors (one above the table, the other separate), a table lamp, a comfortable swivel chair near the table and a freestanding armchair. Bedside lamps. The closet is open (without doors), but there are enough hangers. A small refrigerator, a safe and a drawer for things near the table. The bathroom had liquid soap near the sink and shampoo in a fixed bottle in the bathroom itself. Linen and towels were changed on demand. The cleaning is excellent! The food was also of good quality. All the dishes are delicious. The range is not super large, but there is always something to taste. Very tasty desserts. There was a watermelon every day. There was always coffee in the boiler in the morning, cold and hot milk, orange and pineapple juices. But in the evening, the drinks were only cold water. Sometimes in the evenings you could see shorty water (but this is rare). The staff is very well-trained, they communicate very politely. They try to solve any issue. They only speak in English, or through a translator on their phone. A bus takes you to the beach without payment from the hotel every morning at 8.10am, 9.10am and 11.10am. But you have to sign up for this bus at 8.00a.m. the day before, because the number of seats is limited. The same bus takes you back at 12 o'clock, 13 o'clock and 15 o'clock, respectively. Nearby is the Mall of the Emirates and the budget Day to day store, as well as many cafes. The subway is in the mall itself. It is convenient to get to any point of the city. I personally liked this hotel, and I am pleased that I chose it. I have pleasant impressions!

We were in Dubai for the first time, we got to this hotel, we liked it! The rooms are clean, bed linen is changed every day, tea and coffee are provided with water! Problems are solved promptly (we had a broken kettle) For a budget option, it is quite suitable! A huge plus is that there is a large shopping center nearby, and the metro is also nearby) The package only paid for breakfast, and the food was monotonous, but everything was quite edible! Lunch or dinner at this hotel costs around one and a half thousand rubles, which is also fine in principle) but we ate well at the KFC (it is located in the shopping center nearby) it was cheaper) there are probably better hotels for that kind of money, but since we don't know anything, we were happy with it, since we came just to spend the night there)

Oh, this is a great hotel! The location is very convenient. The rooms are always clean, cool, and there are rooms for smokers. There is a swimming pool on the top floor. The food is very satisfying and delicious! The staff is attentive and courteous. I heartily recommend it! There is a large mall nearby, literally across the street, and there is a metro station on the second floor. In the Footcord Mall, restaurants, a bar in the form of h&m, and many other shops are prohibited. Without going into the pier, there is an alcohol market for MMA tourists. Through the parking lot, without entering the mall on the left side. There are many alleys with local food near the hotel. It is located in a very convenient location. The hotel has internet access, and so do the rooms. There is a hairdryer, safe, TV, comfortable mattress, pillows, cleaning on request at least twice a day. There's gel and soap in the bathroom. Take brushes and paste with you, and he doesn't have slippers with a bathrobe either, but it's nothing at all. We were satisfied. We will return there if we are lucky enough to visit Dubai again.

The location of the hotel is just great. All types of transport run from the Mall of Emirates, and it is 3 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily, there are rooms for smokers, the windows are open, there is a conder and a fan mode. Tea, coffee, cream, and water are replenished daily. The room is quite spacious for the room, the refrigerator is small and not completely cold, I got ice from the store (daily). You can set up your YouTube account on the cart, and go ahead. There is a good gym, and a heated swimming pool. There is a beach-hotel-beach transfer. I didn't take any food, there are enough food courts around for every taste and budget. Prices in Dubai are very high, for everything. Take sunscreens and all cosmetics with you. If you need anything small, run Day to day, it's a 9-minute walk away. I will return to this hotel 100%

A normal hotel for your money. Good location. Across the street is a large shopping center where there is everything! There is an exit to the subway from the same shopping center. Good breakfasts. They clean every day + water and coffee in the room. I recommend

We stayed in this hotel from 31.01 to 06.02. We had a vacation with my mom. The hotel is excellent for its price and for its stardom. You can choose which beds you want in the room or, for example, a smoking/non-smoking room. The hotel was completely full! We checked in at 12, and we had to stand in line for check-in (if you check in before 2 p.m., you can leave your things under supervision for free and go for a walk nearby at MallofEmirates). The staff is very friendly and always tries to help. If you do not know English, then all questions can be solved with the help of an interpreter. Wi-Fi is available and works fast. We only took breakfasts, we liked them 10 out of 10. Lots of vegetables, fruits, pancakes, croissants, eggs, beans, rice, sausages and sausages, coffee. We never went hungry (but preferably come before 9 a.m. for breakfast to avoid crowding) The rooms have a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, and a refrigerator. Large mirrors, towels, hair dryer. Everything is as it should be! The location is perfect. Mallofthe Emirates is just 5 minutes away and there is a subway passage through this shopping center. There is a bus stop nearby, we took it to Kite Beach (we drove for about 35 minutes + waited for the bus for about 25 minutes). Nearby are Lulu shops (a budget supermarket chain where we shopped), Carfoursa and 2 Day to Day shops (I highly recommend going there!!, they are 10 minutes from the hotel, 50 meters from each other, in one store there are groceries and souvenirs, and in the other there are clothes, you can buy gifts!). It takes about 19 minutes by metro to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There is a swimming pool on the roof (towels are provided there, heated water) and a gym, everything is included in the room rate. And also a great view of Dubai and the Burj Al Arab. Upon checking out of the hotel, they also left their belongings at the reception and went for a walk, as the transfer was only in the evening. In the end, I recommend it, and I will be happy to return to this hotel again in the future.

Everything is great. The hotel firmly holds its three stars. Don't expect more from three stars and don't look for flaws, and everything will be FINE. We had a rest in early February. There were a lot of people, but despite this, we were checked in at 12:30, for which thanks to the managers at the reception. We were given a great room on the 13th floor with a view of the Burj Khalifa. The room was clean and tidy, the room was cleaned daily, we took breakfast and alternated lunch with dinner. The hotel is located 5 minutes walking distance from the Emirate Mall. The metro is close, 10 minutes on foot, which gives you a great opportunity to move around on your own and save on buying tours. There is a transfer to the beach. There is no Russian-speaking staff, please learn English, gentlemen! We liked everything! We recommend the hotel!
