My second time around Atana. First was in 2018 and I was in love with this new hotel. 5 years later: loads of people at food time, food variety is less and no non-spicy food for kids, people are killing each other to use free transfer. Beach transfer get you to crowded and dirty beach. Reception service isn’t welcoming anymore. It is time to change, Atana!

Our recent stay at the Atana Hotel was a truly unforgettable experience that absolutely exceeded all our expectations! We stayed in a room for three on the 20th floor, and it was a great solution: the windows offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, especially beautiful in the evening, but there was no noise from the roads. The room itself was very spacious, modern, clean and well equipped to comfortably accommodate three adults. We appreciated every detail, from the comfortable beds to the thoughtful design. A large spacious bathroom, a minibar, a safe and a huge closet. By the way, many people wrote in the reviews that they waited a long time for the elevator, we didn't have any such problems at all, everything was very fast, we didn't even have to wait in the morning during breakfast. We would also like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff. Every employee we talked to, from the reception desk to the restaurant staff and the cleaning service, was incredibly polite, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. There was a sincere desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible. As for the food, it was simply excellent! We took a half-board - breakfast and lunch/dinner to choose from. Breakfasts: started from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m., offered a huge selection of dishes for every taste – fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, stations with omelets – everything was very tasty and of high quality. The dinners were varied until 11 p.m., every evening there was a different cuisine (but with an emphasis on European cuisine), for example, one evening there was an emphasis on vegetarian food (there were a lot of vegetable dishes, but there was also fish and meat). You can order room service if desired. There was also a separate restaurant on the ground floor, where there was a lot of European and Italian food. The location of the hotel also proved to be as convenient as possible, providing easy access to Dubai's main attractions and public transport. The metro is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, shops and round-the-clock pharmacies nearby, all within walking distance. The hotel also has a gym, a children's room and parking (all included in the price), a shuttle service to beaches and shopping malls. There are more foreigners in the hotel itself, during the week of stay only 2 Russian-speaking families met here, although the hotel is large and there are a lot of tenants. But for us, it was more of a plus than a minus. However, if you do not know English, it will be difficult for you to communicate here. We are thrilled with our experience at the Atana Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for superior service, comfort and a great location in Dubai. We will definitely come back!

I liked the hotel as a whole, the food was good (we took breakfast and dinner), varied, and the time was very convenient (breakfast from 6, dinner until 23). The hotel has a good location, close to the metro, the area is calm, clean, and beautiful. The room was cleaned strangely, then everything would be cleaned and consumables would be applied, then only the shower towels would be left without everything else. The pool smelled very much of bleach, but it didn't hurt to sunbathe and swim a little, it's unpleasant to stay in the water for a long time.

We had a rest in October 2025. I really liked the hotel. Friendly staff, at our request they gave us a room on the 17th floor with a good view, without any extra charges. They charge a tax when checking in for two people 110aed per week, no deposit is needed. I don't know about the food, we only rented a room. A nice beach near Parusa is 10 minutes away by taxi (35aed one way). There is also good transport accessibility to all attractions, and the metro is a 10-minute walk away. There was a case when I forgot my phone in a taxi, the staff immediately responded to the hotel reception, found the car number on the cameras and contacted the driver, for which special thanks. There is a spacious and beautiful swimming pool, but it is in the shade after 9 a.m.There are many inexpensive and delicious cafes nearby. In general, I recommend the hotel. Compared to the other hotel of the previous year (marina view apartments), this hotel is a cut above.

Lunch and dinner are varied: everything is delicious, fresh food, pleasant service. Now about the cons: The balcony was dusty, and the exterior details were obviously being looked after worse than the interior. The location is not the most convenient, you have to go to almost any point. And now the most important thing is the atmosphere of artificiality. At the reception, the girls seem to be playing the role of "polite staff", but without live participation. There is no sincerity, no emotion. You have to "knock out" a smile, the feeling that they are pretending to help, but in fact either ignore the request or do the opposite. No involvement, no human approach. It's like everything is mechanical - standard phrases, zero interest in the guest. Breakfasts are monotonous and quickly get boring. A wonderful Dubai hotel! The location is gorgeous - 8 minutes walk to the metro, a state taxi is always on duty at the hotel, it is very convenient to get in all directions! We were lucky to get a room with a view of the Persian Gulf and Burj Al Arab, we enjoyed it all the time! We only took breakfast. They are from 7 to 11, but at 10:30 the staff very quickly cleans up all the food so that by 11 everyone is already kicked out, so it's better to come by 10:00. It happened that there were not enough cutlery after 9:00, but they were brought within 5-10 minutes. Don't expect a variety of dishes, but you won't stay hungry either. The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is clean and beautiful. Bathroom accessories: towels, shampoo, balm, body lotion. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the room is decent, yes, the hotel has been open for a long time, but everyone tries and keeps it in decent condition. A pleasant hotel for a good price. We took a 3-bed room — it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's not hot in them. There is everything you need to stay. I like this hotel, we have already stayed 4 times. The guy cleaned our rooms very well. There is water, tea, coffee, sugar in the room, everything was replenished daily. There are also shops nearby. We lived in room 1852 in the building next to the dining room. The service is excellent, especially the room service. Everything is clean, cozy and comfortable. The managers at this hotel are very attentive, understand the guest well, and take care of their guests. We usually arrive in Dubai in the morning, and arrive at the hotel by 8 a.m., of course, the manager has the right to say that the room is not ready (after all, check-in is after 14-00), but this has never happened to us, the managers ask in advance about the time of arrival at the hotel, and we never had to wait for check-in. The European cuisine is delicious, I liked that the dishes are without strong spices and flavors, mostly not spicy. A nice small pool was open until 22. There are two hotel employees who speak good Russian. And from the very beginning of the settlement, there was some kind of misunderstanding. On one of the days of arrival, we had no cleaning, towels were not changed and shampoos were not put on. Of course, there is a free bus to JBR beach, but it is one for several hotels, and each time it was full (Atana is the last hotel the bus stops at). Therefore, we had to get to the sea on our own. If you rent a car or use a taxi, then there is no problem. Pedestrians will have to use the subway or bus to get to JBR or Kite beach, which is not very convenient and can take a long time (in my experience 40-60 minutes).

The smell from the corridor is excellent, it smells like dampness, and there is also a dukhan in the room. The toilet is even worse, the smell of diarrhea. The wallpaper is all shabby, streaked. It's scary to look at the ceiling in the bathroom. We wanted to change the room to an improved one with an additional fee, but they refused us. But thank God we only spend 3 nights here. There are no toothbrushes, razors in the room, only soap, shampoo, gel and body lotion. There are only 3 towels, one of them is on the floor for the feet ((.
