We were in the restaurant and were absolutely delighted! 🍷 The food is beyond praise: each dish is prepared with love and served very beautifully. The service is impeccable: attentive waiters who are always there, but at the same time unobtrusive. I would like to mention the interior separately — it creates a special atmosphere of comfort and sophistication. And live music makes the evening truly magical. 🎶 Definitely one of the best places in the city, where you want to come back again and again!

Lou Lou is my absolute favorite among the restaurants in the city. There is a combination of refined cuisine and top-level craftsmanship: delicious dishes, the freshest seafood, which is so difficult to find in our region. For a whole hour, a lot of dirty dishes were not taken away from us, although the waiter even came to take our tea order, but did not remove the dishes. After that, we waited for this tea for another 30 minutes. During all this time, none of the 3 waiters paid attention to our table, no matter how hard we tried to attract him. As a result, we were able to catch a hookah man and ask the waiter to come over. During this time, a cake was taken out to all the tables in honor of the institution's birthday, but our table was the only one in the hall, forgotten by everyone and filled with dirty dishes. As a result, at the request of the hookah bar, the waiter came up, we were reminded about the tea and it was brought to us anyway. And all this wonderful service cost us only 80 thousand tenge. Perhaps it is better to use this money differently than to go to this institution.
