Our fabulous vacation is coming to an end We are having a family vacation at the hotel from June 3 to June 15. This is not our first time in Dubai, we stayed at another Marriott hotel on our previous vacation. This is the first time in this hotel. And he won our hearts from day one. I'll start with the placement. Thank you to the sweet, kind fairy, Regina, for the opportunity to choose, for her patience and attention! Room 1212 is on the 12th floor of a tall tower overlooking the main street of JBR and with partial sea views. We chose our own rooms from the ones offered to us. Special thanks for congratulating our daughter on her birthday - it's very sweet and very pleasant! We didn't expect to see a gorgeous bouquet of flowers in the room after returning from the beach (which still pleases us) and a bottle of cold white wine. It feels like you're welcome here and you've been expected! It's cozy and homey. The staff is all very friendly, attentive and friendly, everyone is trying to help and make your vacation as comfortable as possible. For the first time, it feels like we haven't left yet, but we already want to come back here again) we don't want to leave at all (The room has everything you need - a hair dryer, an iron with a board, all the necessary accessories (machine tools, toothbrushes, body cream, men's combs, consumables), a kettle and a coffee machine, accordingly, tea, coffee (pills), cookies and chocolates are brought every day, as well as fruits in the room) There is a necessary inventory. If you need something, something is missing, ask for a call at the reception, everything will be organized and brought, the necessary dishes, glasses, ice, water will be added (in glass) and so on. And very quickly. The service is top-notch. Cleaning twice a day, we don't even need that much, we've freed the staff from the second cleaning in our room. The beds, towels, and bathrobes are all snow-white, and everything is changed daily. The territory is huge, green, well-groomed, everything is being watched, birds are singing, seals and peacocks are walking freely) Very pleasant atmosphere, relaxation in a word) 3 pools for every taste, large playgrounds, children are very loved here. The beach is gorgeous, sun beds, umbrellas, everything is enough. During the day, ice cream, mini snacks and cold towels are distributed on the beach and by the pools. There are a lot of people, but I never see a crowd, there's enough for everyone. Security is everywhere - there are a lot of guards around. Nutrition is a separate topic, I can't list everything, from simple dishes to exquisite, I think everyone will find what they like, a lot of meat (beef, lamb, poultry) fish of several types, seafood, mussels, shrimp, squid, a huge selection of dishes and snacks, vegetables, fruits (strawberries, avocado) I really love passion fruit, I take my soul away here, I enjoy the abundance of everything. We traveled from 12.07-22.07.25, 2 adults and a 2.4-year-old child, checked in quickly, gave free superior room with partial sea view, the room is very clean, fresh, furniture is not worn, carpets and curtains are clean, the room has everything you need, hairdryer, kettle,coffee machine,iron, all bathroom accessories, safe,a cooling refrigerator, air conditioning is regulated from the room, a bunch of hangers, fruits and chocolates are brought to the room every day, the room is cleaned very carefully, even in the evening if there is no one in the room, the staff will make the bed and put the room in order, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. They refused the deposit, asked to remove all drinks from the room, and charged a tourist tax of 20 dirhams per room per day. The hotel provides only 2 meals a day, breakfast + lunch/ dinner, every day you can choose lunch/ dinner, because we have a small child, we went mainly for lunch. There is a buffet in the restaurant, there is a lot of different food and everything is very tasty, they have never been poisoned, cheeses of different types, salted fish, fruits, 4 types of fresh juices, seafood, meat, ice cream, yoghurts, etc., there is everything you need. Tea, coffee, juices are free only for breakfast, water for lunch and dinner, other drinks are paid. Drinks by the pool are also for money, cola / sprite, etc. on average 30 dirhams, ice cream 20-30 dirhams. At lunch, fruit ice and cooling towels are distributed free of charge by the pool, the staff will always help to spread out the balloon, move the umbrella, there are also special ice buckets for cooling drinking water, everything will be brought and helped, towels are given both by the pool and on the beach, there are only 3 pools, both adults and children have a place to swim, the depth is different. There is a children's room, from the age of 4 a child can be left there, up to 4 years old only with his parents. Upon check-in, the child was given a gift. The territory is very large, well-groomed, the grass is green, the plants are cared for, the pools are all clean, the tiles are clean, there is no mold and mildew. There is a buggy running around the territory, you can use it to get to the beach, and peacocks are also walking around the territory, which is very unusual. Check-out at the hotel is at 12.00, but we were allowed to stay free of charge until 15.00, until the transfer picked us up. The hotel's contingent is 70% American, Great Britain, and the rest is Russia. I want to draw attention to those with children, I learned this on the penultimate day from one vacationer, the reception staff does not say this upon check-in, the child can order room service for free, i.e. because we have a small child, she had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, and dinner can be ordered in the room from the children's menu- for free, up to 3 or 4 years old, I don't know for sure. Since we didn't know this at first, we bought food for the child, but we could order it for free..and the staff is silent about this... Because July is considered off-season, there was no animation, no music, no disco, it's already dark in the evening after 7.30 pm and there's nothing to do at the hotel. I will also note one inconvenience, near the beach, the deck chairs are far from the sea, i.e. you leave your things on the chaise longue and to go for a swim in the sea, you need to walk on the hot sand for another 150 meters, and you leave the sea while walking to the chaise longue is already covered with sand, and with a child it is very inconvenient. I would like to have a path from the sun beds to the sea itself, so that you can ride in a stroller with your child, not walk on hot sand and not get your feet dirty after the sea, walk along the path and be perfect. Each table is served personally by a waiter, only the plate is empty-everything is quickly cleaned. Tea and coffee are always available on request. Alcohol can be ordered on tap at dinner for a fee. The hotel has Russian-speaking staff in the lobby and in the restaurant. The territory of the hotel is very large and very well maintained. Three pools with chilled water. Two of them have alcohol bars. It was +43° hot, and ice towels were constantly brought to the sun beds, and sometimes ice cream and cold drinks were distributed. Great hotel! Good service: bed linen/towels are changed every day, extra water, nozzles, tangerines/ apples are delivered to the room in the late afternoon (free of charge). The staff is correct and positive. Very tasty and varied breakfasts/lunches/dinners. On Saturdays, for an additional fee (optional), brunch. A house is currently being built nearby. We traveled by taxi in the city, there were constant traffic jams on the roads, and we drove 2.5 hours to the airport from the Marina in the evening. I have stayed at this hotel several times, the last time 5 years ago. On this trip (November 2024), I came to this hotel twice, took a Beach pass. A beach day costs 400 AED/person - the entire amount works as a deposit for food and drinks. Very tasty food at the Pool Bar and Beach bar. The hotel has a large green area with peacocks. But the beach is so-so - almost all the sun beds are already occupied in the morning, it's a long way to the water, the swimming area is a small paddock fenced with buoys. Noisy and gasoline-smelling boats and jet skis, green muddy water and a steep bottom, music from the bar and beach of a nearby hotel, noise from airplanes, jellyfish sting in the water interfere with rest. But the area is well maintained and the toilets are very pleasantly clean.
