Great hotel. Both the service and the restaurant. All issues were resolved promptly. There was even a capsule coffee maker in the room, but I couldn't use it.

The hotel is great. The approach is terrible! They do not respond to emails, it is very difficult to get through on the phone, the conversation took 30 minutes, it was difficult to negotiate, the language barrier, as a result, after 30 minutes they say they need a credit card to confirm the reservation. if you do not arrive before 18.00 on the appointed day, then the amount for 1 day will be deducted. I arrived at 16:00, they say the reservation was canceled because the credit card failed. and why should it have passed if the time is 16:00... it is unclear, as a result, I had to pay an additional $ 60 due to the change of course. when booking, they indicated a late check-out, everything was explained that until 15:00 for free, until 18:00 half a day, after 18:00 payment per day, it was confirmed. upon check-in, they said that this was the first time they heard such a thing and it would not work for some unknown reasons. It's a complete mess.
